Description
更に、ボスの外周面には複数の補強リブが軸方向に設けられており、第2部材の位置決め穴はその複数の補強リブの外周側に嵌合されるようになっているため、前記図3のようにスリットの位置合わせを行なうことが不要で、補強リブの存在に拘らずボスに対して位置決め穴を容易に嵌合させて位置決めを行なうことができるとともに、ボスおよび位置決め穴周辺に対してその補強リブによって所定の強度を確保することができる。
図1は、ドアトリムボード等の車両用内装部品10に対して、オーナメントやドアポケット、アームレスト、インサイドハンドルベゼル等の取付部品12を取り付ける際の複数の取付部分の一箇所を示す図で、(a) はその取付部分の縦断面図、(b) は車両用内装部品10の取付部分の斜視図、(c) は取付部品12の取付部分の斜視図である。車両用内装部品10は、ポリプロピレン等から成る樹脂製基材14を備えており、表面には表皮13が一体的に固着されているとともに、取付部品12が固定される取付部位15は平坦な平板部とされている。その取付部位15における樹脂製基材14の裏面(図1(a) における上面)には、中央に円筒穴16が設けられた円筒形状のボス18が一体に略垂直に突設されているとともに、そのボス18の外周面には、90°間隔で4枚の補強リブ20が軸方向に一体に設けられている。この補強リブ20は、ボス18の中央部分よりも先端側に設けられた高さ寸法(ボス18の外周面からの突出寸法)が小さい小リブ部20aと、基部側(平板部側)に設けられた高さ寸法が大きい大リブ部20bとを有し、それ等の間の境界部分にボス18の突出方向に対して略直角な段差20cを備えている。これ等のボス18や補強リブ20は、樹脂製基材14の成形時に同時に一体成形される。上記車両用内装部品10は第1部材に相当し、円筒穴16はねじ締付穴に相当する。
Claims (3)
- 中央にねじ締付穴が設けられた筒形状のボスを備えている第1部材に対して、該ボスを基準として所定の第2部材を相対的に位置決めした状態で、該ねじ締付穴に取付ねじが螺合されることにより、該取付ねじの頭部により該第2部材を該第1部材に押圧して一体的に固定する取付構造において、
前記第2部材には、前記ボスの外周側に嵌合されて位置決めを行なう位置決め穴が設けられているとともに、
前記ボスの外周面には複数の補強リブが軸方向に設けられており、前記位置決め穴は該複数の補強リブの外周側に嵌合される一方、
前記第2部材のうち前記位置決め穴の周辺部分であって前記第1部材に対面する側の対向面は平坦面とされているとともに、反対側の面には、該位置決め穴が連続して且つ貫通して設けられた筒状部が設けられており、
該筒状部が前記ボスに嵌合されることにより、前記対向面が前記第1部材に当接させられるとともに、その状態で該筒状部は該ボスよりも突き出しており、
その状態で、該ボスのねじ締付穴に前記取付ねじが螺合されて、該取付ねじの頭部が該筒状部の先端面に係合させられることにより、前記対向面が前記第1部材に押圧されて前記第2部材が前記第1部材に一体的に固定される
ことを特徴とする部材の取付構造。 - 前記位置決め穴には、前記対向面側から前記筒状部の先端側へ向かうに従って内壁面が内側へ傾斜する傾斜面が設けられている
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の部材の取付構造。 - 前記第1部材は、樹脂製基材を有する車両用内装部品で、該樹脂製基材の裏面に前記ボスが一体に突設されている一方、
前記第2部材は、前記車両用内装部品に取り付けられる樹脂製の取付部品で、該取付部品には前記筒状部が一体に突設されている
ことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の部材の取付構造。
