Description
a)i)モリブデン塩、
ii)ビスマス塩、
iii)鉄塩、
iv)コバルト、タングステン、バナジウム、アンチモンおよびニッケルからなる群より選択される1種以上の金属の塩、ならびに
v)カリウム、ルビジウムおよびセシウムからなる群より選択される1種以上の金属の塩
を含む金属塩を硝酸水溶液または有機酸溶液に溶解して、触媒懸濁液を調製する工程;
b)工程a)の触媒懸濁液をマイクロ波加熱炉(microwave oven)で乾燥させる工程;
c)工程b)の乾燥させた触媒を粉砕および成形する工程;ならびに
d)工程c)で得られた触媒粉末を焼成する工程;
を含むプロピレンおよびイソブチレンの部分酸化反応用触媒の製造方法を提供する。

(化学式1中、
Xは、コバルト、タングステン、バナジウム、アンチモンまたはニッケルであり、
Yは、カリウム、ルビジウムまたはセシウムであり、
a、b、c、dおよびeは、それぞれの金属の原子モルの比率を示し、aが12である場合、bは0.5〜2、cは0.5〜2、dは3〜8、eは0.005〜0.2、そしてfはそれぞれの金属の酸化状態によって決められる数値である)
本工程において、プロピレンおよびイソブチレンをアクロレインに部分酸化するための触媒として作用する金属の塩を、硝酸水溶液または有機酸溶液に溶解して触媒懸濁液が調製される。
本工程において、前記のとおり製造された触媒懸濁液がマイクロ波加熱炉で乾燥される。
本工程において、マイクロ波加熱炉で乾燥した触媒が粉砕される。
本工程において、粉砕された触媒が成形および焼成される。成形は、押出、不活性支持体コーティングなどの一般的な方法によって行われ得る。
500ccのガラス反応器に、蒸溜水400mLを加え、撹拌しながら75℃まで加熱した。前記反応器にクエン酸300gを加えて溶解し、そして、モリブデン酸アンモニウム100g、硝酸鉄39.4g、硝酸コバルト54.95gを順に加えて完全に溶解した。その溶液に、硝酸中に溶解した硝酸ビスマス34.35gおよび硝酸カリウム0.286gの溶液を加えた後、混合物を完全に溶解して、触媒懸濁液を調製した。
500ccのガラス反応器に、蒸溜水400mLを加え、撹拌しながら75℃まで加熱した。前記反応器にクエン酸200gを加えて溶解し、そして、モリブデン酸アンモニウム100g、硝酸鉄39.4g、硝酸コバルト60.44gを順に加えて完全に溶解した。その溶液に、硝酸中に溶解したビスマス34.35gおよび硝酸カリウム0.286gの溶液を加えた後、完全に溶解して触媒懸濁液を調製した。
触媒懸濁液を、波長が1GHzであるマイクロ波加熱炉で30秒間乾燥したことを除いて、実施例2と同一の方法で、金属の組成がMo12Bi1.5Co4.4Fe2K0.06である金属複合酸化物触媒を製造した。
硝酸400mlを使用して懸濁液を調製したことを除いて、実施例2と同一の方法で、金属の組成がMo12Bi1.5Co4.4Fe2K0.06である金属複合酸化物触媒を製造した。
水400mlのみを使用して懸濁液を調製したことを除いて、実施例2と同一の方法で、金属の組成がMo12Bi1.5Co4.4Fe2K0.06である金属複合酸化物触媒を製造した。
500ccのガラス反応器に、蒸溜水400mLを加え、撹拌しながら75℃まで加熱した。前記反応器にモリブデン酸アンモニウム100g、硝酸鉄39.4g、硝酸コバルト60.44g、硝酸ビスマス34.35gおよび硝酸カリウム0.286gを硝酸に溶解した溶液を加えて、触媒懸濁液を製造した。
実施例1〜3および比較例1で製造された触媒を、それぞれ250〜350℃の温度と1〜3気圧で反応器に充填した。その後、プロピレン1〜10容量%、酸素1〜15容量%、水蒸気5〜60容量%および不活性ガス20〜80容量%を空間速度500〜2000時間(STP)で触媒に導入した。プロピレン転換率、アクロレインおよびアクリル酸の収率ならびに触媒の表面積を下記の方法によって測定し、その結果を下記表1に示した。

Claims (4)
- 下記の化学式1で示されるプロピレンおよびイソブチレンの部分酸化反応用触媒の製造方法であって、
a)i)モリブデン塩、
ii)ビスマス塩、
iii)鉄塩、
iv)コバルト、タングステン、バナジウム、アンチモンおよびニッケルからなる群より選択される1種以上の金属の塩、ならびに
v)カリウム、ルビジウムおよびセシウムからなる群より選択される1種以上の金属の塩を含む金属塩を硝酸水溶液または有機酸溶液に溶解して、触媒懸濁液を調製する工程;
b)工程a)の触媒懸濁液をマイクロ波加熱炉で乾燥させる工程;
c)工程b)の乾燥させた触媒を粉砕および成形する工程;ならびに
d)工程c)で得られた触媒粉末を焼成する工程;
を含むプロピレンおよびイソブチレンの部分酸化反応用触媒の製造方法。

- 工程b)の乾燥工程が、触媒懸濁液10mLあたり30秒〜5分間行われる請求項1記載のプロピレンおよびイソブチレンの部分酸化反応用触媒の製造方法。
- 前記触媒の表面積が10〜20m2/gである請求項1記載のプロピレンおよびイソブチレンの部分酸化反応用触媒の製造方法。
