Description
この発明による解決策は、汚れから保護された遊びのないギア部材のベアリングと、ギア機構の、従って調節デバイスの相対的に可動な部材の衝突安全性支持と、一つの軸のまわりに旋回が可能な調節部材を連結するためのギア機構の旋回動作とを提供する。
サイドプレートの各々には、スピンドル又は歯付きラックを通すために、貫通開口部が設けられていることが好ましい。
Claims (14)
- 自動車における調節デバイス用のスピンドルドライブ又はウォームドライブであって、
調節デバイスの互いに対して可動な二つの部分のうちの第1部分に固定するための手段を有する固定スピンドル又は固定歯付きラックと、相対的に可動な部分のうちの第2部分に連結するための手段を有するギア機構と、ギア機構を受容するためのギアハウジングとを有し、
ギアハウジングは、ベアリングシェルによって囲まれ、
ベアリングシェルは四つのベアリングプレート、すなわち、ベースプレートと、二つのサイドプレートと、上部プレートからなり、サイドプレートは凹状に湾曲したベアリングシェル部分を有し、ベースプレートと上部プレートとは相互に離間した状態で平行に設置されると共に二つのサイドプレートを介して連結されており、二つのサイドプレートは相互に平行であり、ギアハウジングから延びるスピンドル又は歯付きラックがサイドプレートに設けられた開口部を通って突出しており、サイドプレートの凹状のベアリングシェル部分は、ギアハウジングが有する凸状に湾曲したハウジング部分に対して遊びなく当接しており、
ギアハウジングが、モーターシャフトに平行に延びる軸を含む少なくとも一つの軸に対してベアリングシェル内で旋廻可能であるドライブ。 - ベースプレートが二つのスリット状の開口部を有し、二つのサイドプレートが前記開口部に係合する形状の係合片をそれぞれの側部に有し、二つの開口部のうちの一方の開口部が二つのサイドプレートのうちの一方の係合片を受容し、それら開口部のうちの他方の開口部が、二つのサイドプレートのうちの他方の係合片を受容している請求項1記載のドライブ。
- プレートの一方が別の係合片を有し、この係合片が一方の係合片と反対側のサイドプレートの側部に取り付けられており、上部プレートのエッジに設けられた切り欠きからなるリセス内に係合している請求項2記載のドライブ。
- ベースプレートと、二つのサイドプレートと、上部プレートとが溶接によって固定されている請求項1から3のいずれか一項記載のドライブ。
- プレートがレーザ溶接されている請求項4記載のドライブ。
- 溶接された継ぎ目が、2枚のプレートの連結領域であって、2枚のプレートが相互に垂直に位置する連結領域に形成された溝内に位置している請求項5記載のドライブ。
- 請求項1〜6のいずれか一項記載の調節デバイスを製造する方法であって、
ギア部材が、スピンドル又は歯付きラックと連結された後、ギアハウジングのハウジングシェルの中へ挿入され、モーターシャフトの駆動部材へ連結され、ギア機構を閉じるために、ギアカバーがギアハウジングのハウジングシェルへ連結され、仕上がったギアハウジングがベアリングシェルによって遊びのないように閉じ込められ、また、ギアハウジングとして凸状に歪曲したハウジング部分を有するハウジングが使用され、ベアリングシェルとして凹状に歪曲したベアリングシェル部分を有し、仕上がったギアハウジングがベアリングシェルによって囲まれているとともに、凸状のハウジング部分が対応する凹状のベアリングシェル部分に遊びがないように当接することによって、ギアハウジングがベアリングシェル内部でモーターシャフトに平行に延びる軸を含む少なくとも一つの軸に対して旋廻可能になっており、ベアリングシェルの少なくとも二つのプレートがギアハウジングに対して遊びがないように調節されるとともに固定される方法。 - ベアリングプレートがウィンドウ形状の貫通開口部を介して両側からスピンドル又は歯付きラック上へ押し込まれ、ベアリングプレートの凹状のベアリングシェル部分がギアハウジングの対応する凸状のハウジング部分へ遊びのない状態で当接するまで、ベアリングプレートのサイドアームが互いの中へ押し込まれ、ベアリングプレートのサイドアームの当接するサイドエッジが少なくともその長さの一部にわたってレーザ溶接によって一体に連結される請求項7記載の方法。
- スピンドルの一端が二つの相対的に可動な部分のうちの第1の部分に固定された連結用係合片へ連結され、一体に連結されたベアリングプレートが相対的に可動な部分のうちの第2の部分へ連結される請求項8記載の方法。
- ベアリングシェルが四つのベアリングプレートから形成され、二つのサイドプレートがベースプレート上へ押し込まれ、ギアハウジングが二つのサイドプレートの間に挿入され、上部プレートが二つのサイドプレート上へ嵌合され、四つのベアリングプレートが遊びのない状態に位置決めされ、一体に固定される請求項9記載の方法。
- サイドプレートの凹状のベアリングシェル部分がギアハウジングの対応する凸状のハウジング部分へ遊びのない状態で当接するまで、サイドプレートがウィンドウ形状の貫通開口部を介して両側からスピンドル又は歯付きラック上へ押し込まれるとともに位置揃えされる請求項10記載の方法。
- 四つのベアリングプレートが溶接によって一体に固定される請求項11記載の方法。
- レーザ溶接が、2枚のベアリングプレートの連結領域であって、2枚のベアリングプレートが相互に垂直に位置する連結領域に形成された溝領域内で行われる請求項12記載の方法。
- レーザ溶接が、連結される2枚のベアリングプレート両方に対して45°の角度で行われる請求項13記載の方法。
