Claims (4)
- ケースと、上記ケース内に配置した重ねられたクラッチ板を含む調節可能なパワー伝達クラッチと、外部からアクセス可能となるよう上記ケースの外側に配置されたスプリング抑制常閉シーケンス弁と、
より成り、
上記パワー伝達クラッチが、軸方向に延びる中心パワー伝達軸と、上記クラッチ板を圧縮するため流体により操作される、小面積及び大面積部分を有する可動ピストンと、上記小面積ピストン部分に圧力を加える流体のため上記パワー伝達軸に設けた第1の圧力流体通路と、上記大面積ピストン部分に圧力を加える流体のため上記パワー伝達軸に設けた第2の圧力流体通路とを有し、
上記常閉シーケンス弁が閉じた状態では、上記第2の圧力流体通路を閉じ、上記クラッチを調節するため上記小面積ピストン部分に加えられる上記可変流体圧が所定値以上となったとき上記常閉シーケンス弁を開き、上記第2の圧力流体通路が開かれ上記大面積ピストン部分に流体圧を加え、上記クラッチを全クラッチ容量である調節できない最大係合状態とすることを特徴とするパワー伝達ハウジング。 - ケースと、上記ケース内に配置した船舶用変速機と、
上記ケースの外側に配置したスプリング抑制常閉シーケンス弁と、
より成り、
上記船舶用変速器が、プロペラを有する船舶のドック入りと位置決めの間前進及び後進速度を低く調節し、且つ調節可能なパワー伝達クラッチを有し、このクラッチが、重ねられたクラッチ板と、軸方向に延びる中心パワー伝達軸と、上記クラッチ板を圧縮するため流体により操作される、互いに分離された小面積及び大面積部分を有する可動ピストンと、上記小面積ピストン部分に圧力を加える流体のため上記パワー伝達軸に設けた第1の圧力流体通路と、上記大面積ピストン部分に圧力を加える流体のため上記パワー伝達軸に設けた第2の圧力流体通路とを有し、上記船舶のドック入りの際上記クラッチを調節するため上記小面積ピストン部分が可変流体圧を受け、上記船舶推進の際上記クラッチを調節できない最大係合状態とするため上記大面積ピストン部分が流体圧を受け、
上記シーケンス弁が閉じた状態では閉じた状態では、上記第2の圧力流体通路を閉じ、上記クラッチを調節するため上記小面積ピストン部分に可変流体圧が加えられ、
上記シーケンス弁が開いたとき、上記第2の圧力流体通路が開かれ上記大面積ピストン部分に流体圧が加わり、船舶推進のため上記クラッチが全クラッチ容量である調節できない最大係合状態とされることを特徴とするパワー伝達ハウジング。 - ケースと、上記ケース内に配置したパワー伝達手段と、
外部からアクセス可能となるよう上記ケースの外側に配置したスプリング抑制常閉シーケンス弁と
より成り、
上記パワー伝達手段が、調節可能な前進及び後進パワー伝達クラッチを有し、上記前進パワー伝達クラッチが駆動すべき負荷と原動機に連結され、上記後進パワー伝達クラッチが上記負荷を後進方向に駆動するため上記前進パワー伝達クラッチに連結され、上記両クラッチが夫々クラッチ板と、軸方向に延びる中心パワー伝達軸と、上記クラッチ板を圧縮するため流体により操作される、互いに分離された小面積及び大面積部分を有する可動ピストンと、上記小面積ピストン部分に圧力を加える流体のため上記パワー伝達軸に設けた第1の圧力流体通路と、上記大面積ピストン部分に圧力を加える流体のため上記パワー伝達軸に設けた第2の圧力流体通路とを有し、上記クラッチを調節するため上記小面積ピストン部分が可変流体圧を受け、上記クラッチを調節できない最大係合状態とするため上記大面積ピストン部分が流体圧を受け、
上記シーケンス弁が閉じた状態では上記第2の圧力流体通路を閉じ、上記クラッチを調節するため上記小面積ピストン部分に可変流体圧が加えられ、上記シーケンス弁が開いたとき上記第2の圧力流体通路が開かれ上記大面積ピストン部分に流体圧が加わり、上記クラッチが全クラッチ容量である調節できない最大係合状態とされることを特徴とするパワー伝達ハウジング。 - ケースと、上記ケース内に配置した船舶用変速機と、
外部からアクセス可能となるよう上記ケースの外側に配置したスプリング抑制常閉トリガ弁と、
電子制御回路と、
より成り、
上記船舶用変速機が、プロペラを有する船舶のドック入りと位置決めの間前進及び後進速度を低く調節し、船舶推進速度を次第に増大し、且つ調節可能な前進及び後進パワー伝達クラッチを有し、上記前進パワー伝達クラッチが、駆動すべき負荷と原動機に連結され、上記後進パワー伝達クラッチが上記負荷を後進方向に駆動するため上記前進パワー伝達クラッチに連結され、上記両クラッチが夫々クラッチ板と、軸方向に延びる中心パワー伝達軸と、上記クラッチ板を圧縮するため流体により操作される、互いに分離された小面積及び大面積部分を有する可動ピストンと、上記小面積ピストン部分に圧力を加える流体のため上記パワー伝達軸に設けた第1の圧力流体通路と、上記大面積ピストン部分に圧力を加える流体のため上記パワー伝達軸に設けた第2の圧力流体通路とを有し、上記船舶のドック入りの際上記クラッチを調節するため上記小面積ピストン部分が可変流体圧を受け、上記船舶推進の際上記クラッチを調節できない最大係合状態とするため上記大面積ピストン部分が流体圧を受け、上記トリガ弁が、上記前進及び後進パワー伝達クラッチに夫々設けられており、各トリガ弁が、上記小面積ピストン部分に加わる上記伝達軸内の流体の流体圧に応じて上記大面積ピストン部分に加えられる流体圧を制御し、上記常閉トリガ弁が閉じた状態では上記クラッチを調節するため上記小面積ピストン部分に可変流体圧が加えられ、上記常閉トリガ弁が閉じられているとき上記大面積ピストン部分に加わる流体圧を所定値以下とし、上記常閉トリガ弁が開いたとき、上記大面積ピストン部分に加わる流体圧を上記所定値以上とし、上記クラッチを全クラッチ容量である調節できない最大係合状態とし、上記電子制御回路が、流体圧源と、上記後進クラッチに圧力流体を供給するため上記流体圧源に連通せしめた一方の比例弁と、上記前進クラッチに圧力流体を供給するため上記流体圧源に連通せしめた他方の比例弁と、上記船舶を選択的に前進及び後進せしめるため上記比例弁に連結せしめた制御レバーとを有することを特徴とするパワー伝達ハウジング。
