Claims (2)
- 直流入力電源の両端子間に直列に接続されたトランスの1次巻線と主スイッチング素子と、
前記トランスに設けられた第一の補助巻線と、抵抗とコンデンサが直列に接続された積分回路とを含む主スイッチング素子駆動回路と、
出力端子間に直列に接続された前記トランスの2次巻線と同期整流素子と、
前記主スイッチング素子のオン・オフにより前記トランスの2次巻線に発生する電圧で充電される出力コンデンサと、
前記トランスに設けられた第二の補助巻線を含み、前記同期整流素子をオン・オフする同期整流素子駆動回路と、
から成るフライバック型の電源装置を備え、
前記電源装置に対して着脱自在に別体に設けられ、前記電源装置が接続されて給電される電子機器を有し、前記電子機器には、前記同期整流素子の制御入力端子へオン期間を制御する制御信号を送る制御部が設けられ、
前記主スイッチング素子駆動回路は、前記同期整流素子のオフによって反転する前記第一の補助巻線のプラス側電圧が、コンデンサを介して前記主スイッチング素子の制御入力端子に印加可能に構成されるとともに、前記積分回路が前記主スイッチング素子の制御端子に接続され、
前記主スイッチング素子駆動回路は、前記同期整流素子のオフによって前記第一の補助巻線のプラス側電圧を前記主スイッチング素子の制御入力端子に印加して、前記主スイッチング素子をオンさせるとともに、前記第一の補助巻線のプラス側電圧を前記積分回路に印加して、前記積分回路の電位を上昇に反転させ、所定時間の経過後に前記積分回路の電位が前記トランジスタのベース電圧に達すると前記トランジスタがオンして、前記主スイッチング素子をオフさせる動作をし、
前記同期整流素子駆動回路は、前記主スイッチング素子のオフによって反転する前記第二の補助巻線の電圧を前記同期整流素子の制御端子に印加して前記同期整流素子をオンさせる動作をし、
前記同期整流素子のオン期間に、前記出力コンデンサの充電及び前記出力コンデンサから前記トランスを介して前記直流入力電源へ電力を回生することにより、前記制御部により設定した出力電力を前記電子機器へ供給することを特徴とした同期整流スイッチング電源回路。 - 前記出力コンデンサの両端が前記電源装置の出力端子に接続され、前記電源装置に前記電子機器が接続されることにより、前記同期整流素子の制御入力端子が、前記制御部からの制御信号を出力する制御端子に接続されることを特徴とした請求項1記載の同期整流スイッチング電源回路。
