Abstract
【解決手段】 直流入力電源1にトランス2の1次巻線2aと主スイッチング素子3が直列に接続されている。2次巻線2cと2次側の同期整流素子7が、出力端子51a,55a間に直列に接続されている。主スイッチング素子3のオン・オフによりトランス2の2次側の巻線に発生する電圧で充電される出力コンデンサ13を有した電源装置40を備える。電源装置40が接続されて給電される電子機器60に、同期整流素子7のゲート端子へ制御信号を送る制御用IC41を設ける。同期整流素子7のオン期間に、出力コンデンサ13の充電、及び出力コンデンサ13からトランス2を介して直流入力電源1へ電力を回生することにより、制御用IC41により設定した出力電力を電子機器60へ供給する。

Claims (4)
- 直流入力電源の両端子間に、トランスの1次巻線と主スイッチング素子が直列に接続され、前記トランスの2次巻線と2次側の同期整流素子が出力端子間に直列に接続され、前記主スイッチング素子のオン・オフにより前記トランスの2次側の巻線に発生する電圧で充電される出力コンデンサを備えた電源装置を備え、前記電源装置が接続されて給電される電子機器に、前記同期整流素子の制御入力端子へ制御信号を送る制御部を設け、前記同期整流素子のオン期間に、前記出力コンデンサの充電及び前記出力コンデンサから前記トランスを介して前記直流入力電源へ電力を回生することにより、前記制御部により設定した出力電力を前記電子機器へ供給することを特徴とした同期整流スイッチング電源回路。
- 前記出力コンデンサの両端が前記電源装置の出力端子に接続され、前記電源装置に前記電子機器が接続された状態で、前記同期整流素子の制御入力端子が、前記制御部からの制御信号を出力する制御端子に接続されることを特徴とした請求項1記載の同期整流スイッチング電源回路。
- 直流入力電源の両端子間に、トランスの1次巻線と主スイッチング素子が直列に接続されて電源装置を構成し、前記トランスの2次巻線と、この2次巻線に対して出力端子間に直列に接続された2次側の同期整流素子と、前記主スイッチング素子のオン・オフにより前記トランスの2次側の巻線に発生する電圧で充電される出力コンデンサを、前記電源装置から給電される電子機器側に設け、前記電子機器に、前記同期整流素子の制御入力端子へ制御信号を送る制御部を設け、前記同期整流素子のオン期間に、前記出力コンデンサの充電及び前記出力コンデンサから前記トランスを介して前記直流入力電源へ電力を回生することにより、前記制御部により設定した出力電力を前記電子機器へ供給することを特徴とした同期整流スイッチング電源回路。
- 前記電源装置と電子機器とは、前記トランスの1次側と2次側とが磁気結合によりエネルギーを伝達することを特徴とした請求項3記載の同期整流スイッチング電源回路。
