Description
Claims (3)
- 入力された直流電圧がトランスの1次巻線を介して供給されるスイッチング素子と、
前記トランスの2次巻線の電圧を整流平滑した電圧を検出し、検出電圧と基準電圧との誤差信号を生成する出力電圧検出回路と、
前記スイッチング素子と前記トランスの1次巻線との接続点に発生する電圧に基づき所定の電圧を生成するレギュレータと、
前記レギュレータの出力電圧を安定化するために、電源端子に接続されたコンデンサと、
前記コンデンサに並列に接続され、前記出力電圧検出回路で生成された誤差信号に応じた帰還電流信号が流れるフォトカプラと、
前記電源端子に流れる帰還電流信号を所定の比率で検出する電流ミラー回路から構成された帰還電流検出回路と、
前記スイッチング素子がオフの期間には、前記帰還電流検出回路を構成する電流ミラー回路から出カされる電流に応じた帰還電圧を生成し、前記スイッチング素子がオンの期間には、オフの期間に生成された帰還電圧を保持する帰還電圧生成回路と、
所定の周期で前記スイッチング素子をオンし、前記帰還電圧生成回路から出力される帰還電圧と前記スイッチング素子に流れる電流に応じた電圧とを比較し、前記スイッチング素子に流れる電流に応じた電圧が該帰還電圧と同じになると前記スイッチング素子をオフする制御回路と、
を備えることを特徴とするスイッング電源装置。 - 前記レギュレータは、前記トランスの1次巻線の直流電圧が入力される側に接続され、該トランスの1次巻線に入力される直流電圧に基づき所定の電圧を生成することを特徴とする請求項1記載のスイッチング電源装置。
- 前記スイッチング素子がオンからオフに変化することによって前記コンデンサにピーク電流が流入する期間に、前記帰還電圧生成回路における帰還電圧の生成動作を抑止するデッドタイム生成回路を備えることを特徴とする請求項1記載のスイッチング電源装置。
