Description

Claims (4)
- モリンダ・シトリフォリア食物繊維および蛋白質を得る方法であって,
モリンダ・シトリフォリア果汁および果肉を入手し;
500ミクロン未満のサイズのスクリーンフィルターを用いて遠心分離デカンタにより湿った果肉を果汁から濾過し、ここで湿った果肉は,10%−40%(重量)の繊維含量を有しており;
果汁および果肉を低温殺菌するかまたは酵素で処理し;
補充栄養成分を果汁および果肉と混合し;そして
果汁および果肉の混合物を20%(重量)未満の水分含量まで乾燥する
の各工程を含む方法。 - 乾燥した果汁および果肉が0.1−15%(重量)の蛋白質を含む,請求項1記載のモリンダ・シトリフォリア食物繊維および蛋白質を得る方法。
- 乾燥した果汁および果肉が0.1−20%(重量)の繊維を含む,請求項1記載のモリンダ・シトリフォリア食物繊維および蛋白質を得る方法。
- 低温殺菌工程が,湿った果肉および果汁を少なくとも83℃の温度に加熱することにより行われる,請求項1記載のモリンダ・シトリフォリア食物繊維および蛋白質を得る方法。
