Abstract
【解決手段】ヤエヤマアオキ(モリンダ・シトリフォリア)植物から得られる食物繊維製品,および繊維を抽出および精製する方法が開示される。1つの態様にしたがえば,ヤエヤマアオキ果肉を洗浄し,濾過により果汁から分離する。湿った果肉を低温殺菌する。湿った果肉はさらに乾燥することにより加工することができる。果肉を補充食物繊維,水,甘味料,香味剤,着色剤および栄養成分等の成分と混合することにより,高繊維製品を製造することができる。

Description
本発明は,モリンダ・シトリフォリア食物繊維を得る方法,および繊維を含む製品に関する。本発明の現在好ましい1つの態様においては,多量のモリンダ・シトリフォリア果汁および果肉を入手する。湿った果肉を果汁から濾過し,ここで,湿った果肉は,10%−40%(重量)の繊維含量を有する。湿った果肉は,好ましくは少なくとも181°F(83°C)の温度で低温殺菌する。湿った果肉は,乾燥しても湿ったまま用いてもよい。乾燥は,好ましくは慣用の乾燥手法,例えば凍結乾燥,ドラム乾燥,トレイ乾燥,日光乾燥,およびスプレー乾燥を用いて行う。乾燥したモリンダ・シトリフォリア果肉は,好ましくは0.1%−15%(重量)の範囲の水分含量,および0.1%−30%(重量)の範囲の繊維含量を有する。
モリンダ・シトリフォリアまたはヤエヤマアオキ繊維を含む高繊維組成物は,以下の成分を有するように製造した。

Claims (20)
- 若干量のモリンダ・シトリフォリア果肉;
若干量の補充食物繊維;および甘味料を含む高繊維食物製品。 - 補充食物繊維が,グアールガム,アラビアゴム,大豆繊維,カラスムギ繊維,エンドウ繊維,イチジク繊維,カンキツ類果肉嚢,ヒドロキシメチルセルロース,セルロース,海藻,食品等級の材木または木材果肉およびヘミセルロースからなる群より選択される,請求項1記載の高繊維食物製品。
- 製品が30%(重量)以下の補充食物繊維を含む,請求項1記載の高繊維食物製品。
- 甘味料が,トウモロコシ,テンサイ,サトウキビ,ジャガイモ,タピオカ,または化学的または酵素的に結晶片,粉体,および/またはシロップに変換することができる他の澱粉含有物に由来する天然の糖からなる群より選択される天然甘味料である,請求項1記載の高繊維食物製品。
- 製品が50%(重量)以下の甘味料を含む,請求項1記載の高繊維食物製品。
- 製品が1%−5%(重量)の甘味料を含む,請求項1記載の高繊維食物製品。
- 甘味料が,アスパルテーム,スクラロース,ステビア,サッカリンからなる群より選択される人口甘味料である,請求項1記載の高繊維食物製品。
- さらに香味剤を含む,請求項1記載の高繊維食物製品。
- 製品が15%(重量)以下の香味剤を含む,請求項8記載の高繊維食物製品。
- さらに着色剤を含む,請求項1記載の高繊維食物製品。
- 製品が10%(重量)以下の着色剤を含む,請求項10記載の高繊維食物製品。
- さらに栄養成分を含む,請求項1記載の高繊維食物製品。
- さらに,ビタミン,無機質,微量元素,ハーブ,植物抽出物および生物活性化学物質からなる群より選択される栄養成分を含む,請求項1記載の高繊維食物製品。
- 製品が10%(重量)以下の栄養成分を含む,請求項13記載の高繊維食物製品。
- ビタミンが,ビタミンA,ビタミンB1−ビタミンB12,ビタミンC,ビタミンD,ビタミンE,葉酸,パントテン酸およびビオチンからなる群より選択される,請求項13記載の高繊維食物製品。

- 生物活性化学物質が,カフェイン,エフェドリン,L−カルニチン,クレアチンおよびリコペンからなる群より選択される,請求項13記載の高繊維食物製品。
- モリンダ・シトリフォリア果肉が洗浄され濾過されている,請求項1記載の高繊維食物製品。
- モリンダ・シトリフォリア果肉が低温殺菌されている,請求項1記載の高繊維食物製品。
