Description
表1に示す組成を有するアルミニウム合金を造塊し、得られた鋳塊について、常法に従って均質化処理を行い、さらに熱間圧延、冷間圧延により1.0mm厚さの板材とし、360℃で3時間の軟化処理を施して試験材とした。
実施例1において作製した試験材No.2、3を水平材とし、実施例1において作製したブレージングシートを垂直材とし、垂直材(ブレージングシート)と水平材(試験材)を所定の形状に組み付ける前に、各材料を所定の寸法に切断し、脱脂後、各材料の表面にフルオロアルミニウム酸カリウムを塗布し、図1に示す試験片形状に組み付け、実施例1と同様の間隙充填試験を行った。結果を表6〜7に示す。
Claims (3)
- Mg0.2〜1.0%(質量%、以下同じ)を含有するアルミニウム合金材を他のアルミニウム材と組み付けて不活性ガス雰囲気中でフラックスろう付けする方法であって、組成がKx Zny Fz (x、y、zは正の整数)であるフルオロ亜鉛酸カリウムをろう付け部に5g/m2 以上で且つ(1.65×Mg%÷T℃/秒)g/m2 (Tは前記アルミニウム合金材の温度が550℃からろう付け温度に加熱されるまでの平均昇温速度、以下同じ)以上塗布し、平均昇温速度(T)を0.1℃/秒以上としてろう付け加熱することを特徴とするMg含有アルミニウム合金材のろう付け方法。
- 前記フルオロ亜鉛酸カリウムをろう付け部に5g/m2 以上で且つ(2.5×Mg%÷T℃/秒)g/m2 以上塗布し、平均昇温速度を0.1℃/秒以上としてろう付け加熱することを特徴とする請求項1記載のMg含有アルミニウム合金材のろう付け方法。
- 前記フルオロ亜鉛酸カリウムの組成がKZnF3 であることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のMg含有アルミニウム合金材のろう付け方法。
