そして、前記差動装置において、第1の回転要素はサンギヤであり、第2の回転要素はリングギヤであり、第3の回転要素は前記サンギヤ及びリングギヤと噛合するピニオンを回転自在に支持するキャリヤである。
また、前記同時制御実施処理手段は、エンジン回転速度が、エンジンを始動するのに必要なエンジン始動回転速度であるエンジン目標回転速度に到達しているかどうかを判断するエンジン回転速度判定処理手段、前記エンジン回転速度がエンジン目標回転速度に到達している場合、前記ダウンシフトの変速が終了したかどうかを判断する変速終了判断処理手段、及び前記ダウンシフトの変速が終了した場合、エンジンを点火するエンジン点火処理手段を備える。
そして、前記差動装置において、第1の回転要素はサンギヤであり、第2の回転要素はリングギヤであり、第3の回転要素は前記サンギヤ及びリングギヤと噛合するピニオンを回転自在に支持するキャリヤである。
また、前記同時制御実施処理手段は、エンジン回転速度が、エンジンを始動するのに必要なエンジン始動回転速度であるエンジン目標回転速度に到達しているかどうかを判断するエンジン回転速度判定処理手段、前記エンジン回転速度がエンジン目標回転速度に到達している場合、前記ダウンシフトの変速が終了したかどうかを判断する変速終了判断処理手段、及び前記ダウンシフトの変速が終了した場合、エンジンを点火するエンジン点火処理手段を備える。
ステップS1 回生走行又はモータ走行がされているかどうかを判断する。回生走行又はモータ走行がされている場合はステップS2に進み、回生走行又はモータ走行がされていない場合は処理を終了する。
ステップS2 エンジン始動要求が発生させられたかどうかを判断する。エンジン始動要求が発生させられた場合はステップS12に、発生させられていない場合はステップS3に進む。
ステップS3 ダウンシフト要求が発生させられたかどうかを判断する。ダウンシフト要求が発生させられた場合はステップS4に進み、発生させられていない場合は処理を終了する。
ステップS4 ダウンシフト制御を開始する。
ステップS5 発電機回転速度NGが値Naであるかどうかを判断する。発電機回転速度NGが値Naである場合はステップS6に、発電機回転速度NGが値Naでない場合はステップS8に進む。
ステップS6 エンジン始動要求が発生させられたかどうかを判断する。エンジン始動要求が発生させられた場合はステップS7に進み、発生させられていない場合はステップS5に戻る。
ステップS7 同時制御Aを選択し、処理を終了する。
ステップS8 発電機回転速度NGが値Nbより高いかどうかを判断する。発電機回転速度NGが値Nbより高い場合はステップS9に、発電機回転速度NGが値Nbより低い場合はステップS11に進む。
ステップS9 エンジン始動要求が発生させられたかどうかを判断する。エンジン始動要求が発生させられた場合はステップS10に進み、発生させられていない場合はステップS8に戻る。
ステップS10 同時制御Bを選択し、処理を終了する。
ステップS11 ダウンシフト制御のトルク相の処理を実施し、処理を終了する。
ステップS12 エンジン始動制御を開始する。
ステップS13 発電機回転速度NGが値Neであるかどうかを判断する。発電機回転速度NGが値Neである場合はステップS14に、発電機回転速度NGが値Neでない場合はステップS16に進む。
ステップS14 ダウンシフト要求が発生させられたかどうかを判断する。ダウンシフト要求が発生させられた場合はステップS15に進み、発生させられていない場合はステップS13に戻る。
ステップS15 同時制御Dを選択し、処理を終了する。
ステップS16 発電機回転速度NGが値Ndより低いかどうかを判断する。発電機回転速度NGが値Ndより低い場合はステップS17に、発電機回転速度NGが値Ndより高い場合はステップS19に進む。
ステップS17 ダウンシフト要求が発生させられたかどうかを判断する。ダウンシフト要求が発生させられた場合はステップS18に進み、発生させられていない場合はステップS16に戻る。
ステップS18 同時制御Cを選択し、処理を終了する。
ステップS19 エンジン11を点火し、処理を終了する。
ステップS21 同時制御指令が出力されたかどうかを判断する。同時制御指令が出力された場合はステップS22に進み、出力されない場合は処理を終了する。
ステップS22 車速Vから、同時制御時のモータ目標回転速度NM* 及び発電機目標回転速度NG* を算出する。
ステップS23 エンジン11のクランキングを行う。
ステップS24 エンジン反力を算出する。
ステップS25 エンジン反力トルクを打ち消すモータトルクTMを発生させる。
ステップS26 エンジン回転速度NEがエンジン始動回転速度NEthであるエンジン目標回転速度NE* 以上であるかどうかを判断する。エンジン回転速度NEがエンジン目標回転速度NE* 以上である場合はステップS27に進み、エンジン回転速度NEがエンジン目標回転速度NE* より低い場合はステップS22に戻る。
ステップS27 変速終了の判断がされたかどうかを判断する。変速終了の判断がされた場合はステップS28に進み、判断がされない場合はステップS26に戻る。
ステップS28 エンジン11を点火する。
ステップS29 同時制御を終了し、処理を終了する。

Claims (6)
- エンジンと機械的に連結された第1、第2の電動機と、第1〜第3の回転要素を備え、第1の回転要素が第1の電動機に、第2の回転要素が第2の電動機に、第3の回転要素がエンジンにそれぞれ連結された差動装置と、駆動輪に連結された出力軸と、前記第2の電動機と伝動軸を介して連結され、伝動軸に伝達された回転を変速し、変速された回転を前記出力軸に出力する変速機と、前記エンジンを始動するエンジン始動要求が発生させられたかどうか、及びダウンシフト要求が発生させられたかどうかを判断する同時制御条件判定処理手段と、前記エンジン始動要求及びダウンシフト要求が発生させられた場合、前記第1の電動機を駆動し、前記エンジンの回転速度を始動に必要な回転速度にするエンジン始動制御、及び前記変速機においてダウンシフトの変速を行うダウンシフト制御のうちの一方の制御が行われている間に、他方の制御を開始する同時制御実施処理手段とを有するとともに、前記差動装置において、第1の回転要素はサンギヤであり、第2の回転要素はリングギヤであり、第3の回転要素は前記サンギヤ及びリングギヤと噛合するピニオンを回転自在に支持するキャリヤであり、前記同時制御実施処理手段は、エンジン回転速度が、エンジンを始動するのに必要なエンジン始動回転速度であるエンジン目標回転速度に到達しているかどうかを判断するエンジン回転速度判定処理手段、前記エンジン回転速度がエンジン目標回転速度に到達している場合、前記ダウンシフトの変速が終了したかどうかを判断する変速終了判断処理手段、及び前記ダウンシフトの変速が終了した場合、エンジンを点火するエンジン点火処理手段を備えることを特徴とする電動車両駆動制御装置。
- 前記同時制御実施処理手段は、エンジン始動制御及びダウンシフト制御を同じタイミングで開始する請求項1に記載の電動車両駆動制御装置。
- 前記同時制御実施処理手段は、エンジン始動制御及びダウンシフト制御を異なるタイミングで開始する請求項1に記載の電動車両駆動制御装置。
- 前記第1の電動機の回転速度に基づいて同時変速の内容を選択する同時制御選択処理手段を有する請求項1に記載の電動車両駆動制御装置。
- 前記同時制御実施処理手段は、変速比に基づいて第2の電動機の目標回転速度を算出する第2電動機回転速度算出処理手段、並びに前記第2の電動機の目標回転速度、エンジンの目標回転速度及びギヤ比に基づいて第1の電動機の目標回転速度を算出する第1電動機回転速度算出処理手段を備える請求項1に記載の電動車両駆動制御装置。
- エンジンと機械的に連結された第1、第2の電動機、第1〜第3の回転要素を備え、第1の回転要素が第1の電動機に、第2の回転要素が第2の電動機に、第3の回転要素がエンジンにそれぞれ連結された差動装置、駆動輪に連結された出力軸、及び前記第2の電動機と伝動軸を介して連結され、伝動軸に伝達された回転を変速し、変速された回転を前記出力軸に出力する変速機を有するとともに、前記差動装置において、第1の回転要素はサンギヤであり、第2の回転要素はリングギヤであり、第3の回転要素は前記サンギヤ及びリングギヤと噛合するピニオンを回転自在に支持するキャリヤである電動車両駆動制御装置の制御方法において、前記エンジンを始動するエンジン始動要求が発生させられたかどうか、及びダウンシフト要求が発生させられたかどうかを判断し、前記エンジン始動要求及びダウンシフト要求が発生させられた場合、前記第1の電動機を駆動し、前記エンジンの回転速度を始動に必要な回転速度にし、前記変速機においてダウンシフトの変速を行うダウンシフト制御のうちの一方の制御が行われている間に、他方の制御を開始し、エンジン回転速度が、エンジンを始動するのに必要なエンジン始動回転速度であるエンジン目標回転速度に到達しているかどうかを判断し、前記エンジン回転速度がエンジン目標回転速度に到達している場合、前記ダウンシフトの変速が終了したかどうかを判断し、前記ダウンシフトの変速が終了した場合、エンジンを点火することを特徴とする電動車両駆動制御装置の制御方法。
