Claims (5)
- 同一ピッチ円直径に配設された2列のボール群と、前記各ボール群が同一ピッチ円直径で転動するようにされた2つの軌道面を外周に有する一体の内輪と、前記内輪の2つの軌道面に対応する2つの軌道面を内周に有する一体の外輪と、を有する並列組合型複列アンギュラ玉軸受であって、前記内輪の一方の軌道面の前記内輪端部側に前記軌道面の反内輪端側より小径のカウンタボアを設け、前記内輪の他方の軌道面の前記一方の軌道面側に逃げ部が設けられ、前記内輪の他方の軌道面側に対応する前記外輪の一方の軌道面の前記外輪端部側に前記軌道面の反外輪端側より大径のカウンタボアを設け、前記外輪の他方の軌道面の前記一方の軌道面側に逃げ部が設けられ、前記逃げ部は軌道面とは境界部を介して設けられ、かつ、前記いずれかの逃げ部は内外輪の分離時には、一部のボールが重力や摩擦等により前記逃げ部に移動し、移動したボールと、前記いずれかの逃げ部及び対応する前記軌道面との隙間がなくなるようにされていることを特徴とする並列組合型複列アンギュラ玉軸受。
- 前記外輪の一方の軌道底の径と前記外輪のカウンタボアの径との差、及び前記内輪のカウンタボアの径と前記内輪の一方の軌道底の径との差が前記ボール群と前記内外輪軌道面とのラジアル隙間より小さくされていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の並列組合型複列アンギュラ玉軸受。
- 前記内輪の逃げ部と前記内輪の他方の軌道面との境界部の径が、前記内輪の他方の軌道底径より大きく、前記ボールと前記内輪の他方の軌道面とが接触するアキシャル内部接触相当位置の径より小さくされ、前記外輪の逃げ部と前記外輪の他方の軌道面との境界部の径が、前記外輪の他方の軌道底径より小さく、前記ボールと前記外輪の他方の軌道面とが接触するアキシャル内部接触相当位置の径より大きくされていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の並列組合型複列アンギュラ玉軸受。
- 請求項2記載の並列組合型複列アンギュラ玉軸受を軸を垂直にして置き、上側の前記ボール群を上方にも保持する保持器をつまみ上げ、前記内輪と外輪とを分離することを特徴とする並列組合型複列アンギュラ玉軸受の分離方法。
- 請求項2記載の並列組合型複列アンギュラ玉軸受の軸をおよそ水平方向にして回転させながら前記内輪と外輪とを分離することを特徴とする並列組合型複列アンギュラ玉軸受の分離方法。
