背景技术
精密机床是制造机器的机器,被称为工业母机。轴承是精密机床中一种重要核心零部件。轴承的主要功能是支撑机械旋转体,降低其运动过程中的摩擦系数,并保证其回转精度。为了轴承的耐久性和回转精度,必须保证轴承润滑良好,通常的做法是使用轴承脂。在实际使用过程中,滚珠需要在轴承的滚轨内的循环滚动,引起内外环之间的空腔随滚珠滚动而发生周期性的剧烈变化,因此轴承脂很容易被挤向两侧,导致轴承脂的实际利用率很低。另一方面,现有的轴承脂在长期高负荷使用过程中的耐久性偏弱,在轴承脂利用不充分的情况下难以保护轴承平稳运行。
发明内容
发明目的:针对现有技术存在的不足,本发明提供一种耐久型精密轴承。
技术方案:为了达到上述目的,本发明提供一种耐久型精密轴承,包括内环、第一外环、第二外环、第三外环、一组第一滚珠和一组第二滚珠。所述第一外环和所述第二外环分别固定于所述第三外环的两侧,三者共同组成外环;所述第一外环与所述内环之间均匀分布地设有一组所述的第一滚珠,所述第二外环与所述内环之间均匀分布地设有一组所述的第二滚珠;所述第一滚珠和第二滚珠的均匀分布设置是使用常规的保持架实现的。所述第一滚珠和第二滚珠是被限制在滚轨内滚动的,所述内环上设有两道滚轨,所述第一外环和所述第二外环上分别设有与之对应的滚轨,所述第一滚珠和所述第二滚珠分别在所述两组滚轨内滚动。所述内环和所述外环在所述第一滚珠和所述第二滚珠的共同滚动支撑下可以相对旋转,共同构成双列球轴承。
进一步地,上述的耐久型精密轴承,所述第一滚珠和所述第二滚珠的在轴向上的位置相互错开,错开后两组滚珠之间的空腔的截面更大更均匀。
进一步地,上述的耐久型精密轴承,所述第三外环由硬质弹性材料制成,如硬质橡胶或质地偏软的金属材料,所述第一外环和所述第二外环通过一组螺栓贯穿固定于所述第三外环的两侧,所述第一外环和所述第二外环之间的距离可以通过所述螺栓进行微调,通过微调可以实现滚珠卡紧在内环和外环之间。

进一步地,上述的耐久型精密轴承,所述抗磨极压剂为以下混合物:硫代磷酸三苯酯、二丁基二硫代按基甲酸钼、二丁基二硫代按基甲酸锑、硼酸钾按重量计60:20:20:10的混合物。
进一步地,上述的耐久型精密轴承,所述轴承脂通过以下步骤进行制备:
S1:按配方在皂化釜中加入500SN基础油、350SN基础油和12-羟基硬脂酸,搅拌45min,同时升温至95℃,得混合物A;
S2:将氢氧化锂溶于95℃的中,逐滴加入到混合物A中,继续搅拌45min,缓慢升温至138℃,加入癸二酸,继续搅拌120min,得混合物B;
S3:加入配方中的全部剩余组分,继续搅拌90min,得所述的轴承脂。
有益效果:与现有技术相比,本发明所述的耐久型精密轴承,一方面通过对结构的优化,提高轴承脂的填充量同时提高轴承脂的利用效率;另一方面,通过对轴承脂的优化,提升了在长期使用过程中的耐久性和稳定性。

一种耐久型精密轴承,如图1至3,包括内环1、第一外环2、第二外环3、第三外环4、一组第一滚珠5和一组第二滚珠6;所述第一外环2和所述第二外环3分别固定于所述第三外环4的两侧,三者共同组成外环;所述第一外环2与所述内环1之间均匀分布地设有一组所述的第一滚珠5,所述第二外环3与所述内环1之间均匀分布地设有一组所述的第二滚珠6;所述内环1和所述外环在所述第一滚珠5和所述第二滚珠6的共同滚动支撑下可以相对旋转,共同构成双列球轴承。
本实施例中,所述第一滚珠5和所述第二滚珠6的在轴向上的位置相互错开。
本实施例中,所述第三外环4由硬质弹性材料制成,所述第一外环2和所述第二外环3通过一组螺栓贯穿固定于所述第三外环4的两侧,所述第一外环2和所述第二外环3之间的距离可以通过所述螺栓进行微调。
本实施例中,还包括分别设于所述内环1和所述外环两侧的第一密封圈7和第二密封圈8,所述第一封圈7卡设于所述内环1和所述第一外环2之间的缺口内,所述第二密封圈8卡设于所述内环1和所述第二外环3之间的缺口内。
本实施例中,所述内环1、所述外环、所述第一密封圈7和所述第二密封圈8共同形成的空腔内填充有轴承脂。
本实施例中,所述轴承脂包括以下组分:
500SN基础油 52 份
350SN 基础油27 份
12-羟基硬脂酸8 份
抗锈剂0.5份
抗氧剂0.8份
抗磨极压剂6份
氢氧化锂 2份
水15份
硼酸 1 份
癸二酸 2份
氟化硼 0.4 份
聚乙二醇 0.5份
单硬脂酸山梨坦0.4份
甲基苯并三氮唑0.3份
2-巯基苯并噻唑0.2份
石墨0.8份
聚甲基丙烯酸酯0.6份。
本实施例中,所述抗氧剂为双十二烷基二苯胺;所述抗锈剂为环烷酸锌。
本实施例中,所述抗磨极压剂为以下混合物:硫代磷酸三苯酯、二丁基二硫代按基甲酸钼、二丁基二硫代按基甲酸锑、硼酸钾按重量计60:20:20:10的混合物。
本实施例中,所述轴承脂通过以下步骤进行制备:
S1:按配方在皂化釜中加入500SN基础油、350SN基础油和12-羟基硬脂酸,搅拌45min,同时升温至95℃,得混合物A;
S2:将氢氧化锂溶于95℃的中,逐滴加入到混合物A中,继续搅拌45min,缓慢升温至138℃,加入癸二酸,继续搅拌120min,得混合物B;
S3:加入配方中的全部剩余组分,继续搅拌90min,得所述的轴承脂。
本实施例中的轴承脂,按照国家标准GB/T 3498测得滴点值为315℃。按照石油化工行业标准SH/T 0202进行四球实验,测得PB值为1100N;PD值为4450N。
以上实施例仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进,这些改进也应视为本发明的保护范围。

Claims (9)

1.一种耐久型精密轴承,其特征在于:包括内环(1)、第一外环(2)、第二外环(3)、第三外环(4)、一组第一滚珠(5)和一组第二滚珠(6);所述第一外环(2)和所述第二外环(3)分别固定于所述第三外环(4)的两侧,三者共同组成外环;所述第一外环(2)与所述内环(1)之间均匀分布地设有一组所述的第一滚珠(5),所述第二外环(3)与所述内环(1)之间均匀分布地设有一组所述的第二滚珠(6);所述内环(1)和所述外环在所述第一滚珠(5)和所述第二滚珠(6)共同的滚动支撑下可以相对旋转,共同构成双列球轴承。
2.根据权利要求1所述的耐久型精密轴承,其特征在于:所述第一滚珠(5)和所述第二滚珠(6)的在轴向上的位置相互错开。
3.根据权利要求1所述的耐久型精密轴承,其特征在于:所述第三外环(4)由硬质弹性材料制成,所述第一外环(2)和所述第二外环(3)通过一组螺栓贯穿固定于所述第三外环(4)的两侧,所述第一外环(2)和所述第二外环(3)之间的距离可以通过所述螺栓进行调整。
4.根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的耐久型精密轴承,其特征在于:还包括分别设于所述内环(1)和所述外环两侧的第一密封圈(7)和第二密封圈(8),所述第一封圈(7)卡设于所述内环(1)和所述第一外环(2)之间的缺口内,所述第二密封圈(8)卡设于所述内环(1)和所述第二外环(3)之间的缺口内。
5.根据权利要求4所述的耐久型精密轴承,其特征在于:所述内环(1)、所述外环、所述第一密封圈(7)和所述第二密封圈(8)共同形成的空腔内填充有轴承脂。
6.根据权利要求5所述的耐久型精密轴承,其特征在于:所述轴承脂包括以下组分:
500SN基础油 52 份
350SN 基础油27 份
12-羟基硬脂酸8 份
抗锈剂0.5份
抗氧剂0.8份
抗磨极压剂6份
氢氧化锂 2份
水15份
硼酸 1 份
癸二酸 2份
氟化硼 0.4 份
聚乙二醇 0.5份
单硬脂酸山梨坦0.4份
甲基苯并三氮唑0.3份
2-巯基苯并噻唑0.2份
石墨0.8份
聚甲基丙烯酸酯0.6份。
7.根据权利要求6所述的耐久型精密轴承,其特征在于:所述抗氧剂为双十二烷基二苯胺;所述抗锈剂为环烷酸锌。
8.根据权利要求6所述的耐久型精密轴承,其特征在于:所述抗磨极压剂为以下混合物:硫代磷酸三苯酯、二丁基二硫代按基甲酸钼、二丁基二硫代按基甲酸锑、硼酸钾按重量计60:20:20:10的混合物。
9.根据权利要求6-8任一项所述的耐久型精密轴承,其特征在于:所述轴承脂通过以下步骤制备得到:
S1:按配方在反应釜中加入500SN基础油、350SN基础油和12-羟基硬脂酸,搅拌45min,同时升温至95℃,得混合物A;
S2:将氢氧化锂溶于95℃的中,逐滴加入到混合物A中,继续搅拌45min,缓慢升温至138℃,加入癸二酸,继续搅拌120min,得混合物B;
S3:加入配方中的全部剩余组分,继续搅拌90min,得所述的轴承脂。
