Abstract
【解決手段】エンジンと、エンジンの出力軸と駆動軸とに接続された遊星歯車機構と、遊星歯車機構に接続された第1モータと、駆動軸に動力を入出力可能な第2モータと、二つのモータと電力をやり取りするバッテリとを備える車両において、電池温度Tbが閾値Tbref未満のときにはエンジンの間欠運転を禁止してバッテリの昇温制御を伴って要求トルクが駆動軸に出力されて走行するよう制御し、電池温度Tbが閾値Tbref以上で且つエンジン水温Twが閾値Twref以上のときにはエンジンの間欠運転を伴って要求トルクが駆動軸に出力されて走行するよう制御し、電池温度Tbは閾値Tbref以上であるがエンジン水温Twが閾値Twref未満のときにはエンジンの間欠運転を禁止しバッテリの昇温制御の継続を伴って要求トルクが駆動軸に出力されて走行するよう制御する。

Description
内燃機関と、
該内燃機関からの動力の少なくとも一部を用いて発電する発電手段と、
車軸に動力を入出力する電動機と、
前記発電手段および前記電動機と電力をやり取りする蓄電手段と、
該蓄電手段の温度を検出する温度検出手段と、
走行に要求される要求駆動力を設定する要求駆動力設定手段と、
前記内燃機関の間欠運転が禁止される間欠禁止条件の一つとして前記検出された蓄電手段の温度が第1の所定温度未満のときには前記内燃機関を運転すると共に前記蓄電手段を昇温させるための昇温用の充放電を伴って前記設定された要求駆動力に基づく駆動力により走行するよう該内燃機関と前記発電手段と前記電動機とを制御し、前記検出された蓄電手段の温度が前記第1の所定温度以上で且つ前記内燃機関の間欠運転が禁止される他の間欠運転禁止条件が成立していないときには該内燃機関の間欠運転を伴って前記設定された要求駆動力に基づく駆動力により走行するよう該内燃機関と前記発電手段と前記電動機とを制御し、前記検出された蓄電手段の温度が前記第1の所定温度以上であるが前記他の間欠運転禁止条件が成立しているときには該内燃機関の運転を継続すると共に前記蓄電手段の前記昇温用の充放電を伴って前記設定された要求駆動力に基づく駆動力により走行するよう該内燃機関と前記発電手段と前記電動機とを制御する制御手段と
を備えることを要旨とする。
内燃機関と、該内燃機関からの動力の少なくとも一部を用いて発電する発電手段と、車軸に動力を入出力する電動機と、前記発電手段および前記電動機と電力をやり取りする蓄電手段とを備える車両の制御方法であって、
(a)走行に要求される要求駆動力を設定し、
(b)前記内燃機関の間欠運転が禁止される間欠禁止条件の一つとして前記蓄電手段の温度が第1の所定温度未満のときには前記内燃機関を運転すると共に前記蓄電手段を昇温させるための昇温用の充放電を伴って前記設定された要求駆動力に基づく駆動力により走行するよう該内燃機関と前記発電手段と前記電動機とを制御し、前記蓄電手段の温度が前記第1の所定温度以上で且つ前記内燃機関の間欠運転が禁止される他の間欠運転禁止条件が成立していないときには該内燃機関の間欠運転を伴って前記設定された要求駆動力に基づく駆動力により走行するよう該内燃機関と前記発電手段と前記電動機とを制御し、前記蓄電手段の温度が前記第1の所定温度以上であるが前記他の間欠運転禁止条件が成立しているときには該内燃機関の運転を継続すると共に前記蓄電手段の前記昇温用の充放電を伴って前記設定された要求駆動力に基づく駆動力により走行するよう該内燃機関と前記発電手段と前記電動機とを制御する

なる。なお、モータMG1,MG2により電力収支のバランスをとるものとすれば、バッテリ50は充放電されない。モータMG1,MG2は、いずれもモータ用電子制御ユニット(以下、モータECUという)40により駆動制御されている。モータECU40には、モータMG1,MG2を駆動制御するために必要な信号、例えばモータMG1,MG2の回転子の回転位置を検出する回転位置検出センサ43,44からの信号や図示しない電流センサにより検出されるモータMG1,MG2に印加される相電流などが入力されており、モータECU40からは、インバータ41,42へのスイッチング制御信号が出力されている。モータECU40は、ハイブリッド用電子制御ユニット70と通信しており、ハイブリッド用電子制御ユニット70からの制御信号によってモータMG1,MG2を駆動制御すると共に必要に応じてモータMG1,MG2の運転状態に関するデータをハイブリッド用電子制御ユニット70に出力する。

Claims (7)
- 内燃機関と、
該内燃機関からの動力の少なくとも一部を用いて発電する発電手段と、
車軸に動力を入出力する電動機と、
前記発電手段および前記電動機と電力をやり取りする蓄電手段と、
該蓄電手段の温度を検出する温度検出手段と、
走行に要求される要求駆動力を設定する要求駆動力設定手段と、
前記内燃機関の間欠運転が禁止される間欠禁止条件の一つとして前記検出された蓄電手段の温度が第1の所定温度未満のときには前記内燃機関を運転すると共に前記蓄電手段を昇温させるための昇温用の充放電を伴って前記設定された要求駆動力に基づく駆動力により走行するよう該内燃機関と前記発電手段と前記電動機とを制御し、前記検出された蓄電手段の温度が前記第1の所定温度以上で且つ前記内燃機関の間欠運転が禁止される他の間欠運転禁止条件が成立していないときには該内燃機関の間欠運転を伴って前記設定された要求駆動力に基づく駆動力により走行するよう該内燃機関と前記発電手段と前記電動機とを制御し、前記検出された蓄電手段の温度が前記第1の所定温度以上であるが前記他の間欠運転禁止条件が成立しているときには該内燃機関の運転を継続すると共に前記蓄電手段の前記昇温用の充放電を伴って前記設定された要求駆動力に基づく駆動力により走行するよう該内燃機関と前記発電手段と前記電動機とを制御する制御手段と
を備える車両。 - 前記制御手段は、前記検出された蓄電手段の温度が前記第1の所定温度よりも高い第2の所定温度以上で前記他の間欠運転禁止条件が成立しているときには、前記内燃機関の運転を継続すると共に前記設定された要求駆動力に基づく駆動力により走行するよう該内燃機関と前記発電手段と前記電動機とを制御する手段である請求項1記載の車両。
- 前記制御手段は、前記他の間欠運転禁止条件の一つとして前記内燃機関の冷却水の温度が所定水温未満となる条件を用いて制御する手段である請求項1または2記載の車両。
- 前記制御手段は、前記検出された蓄電手段の温度を含む該蓄電手段の状態に基づいて該蓄電手段の入出力制限を設定し、該設定した入出力制限の範囲内で前記設定された要求駆動力により走行するよう前記内燃機関と前記発電手段と前記電動機とを制御する手段である請求項1ないし3いずれか記載の車両。
- 前記発電手段は、車軸に連結された駆動軸に接続されると共に該駆動軸とは独立して回転可能に前記内燃機関の出力軸に接続され、電力と動力の入出力を伴って該内燃機関からの動力の少なくとも一部を該駆動軸に出力可能な電力動力入出力手段である請求項1ないし4いずれか記載の車両。
- 前記電力動力入出力手段は、動力を入出力する発電機と、前記内燃機関の出力軸と前記発電機の回転軸と前記駆動軸の3軸に接続され該3軸のうちのいずれか2軸に入出力される動力に基づいて残余の1軸に動力を入出力する3軸式の動力入出力手段とを備える手段である請求項5記載の車両。
- 内燃機関と、該内燃機関からの動力の少なくとも一部を用いて発電する発電手段と、車軸に動力を入出力する電動機と、前記発電手段および前記電動機と電力をやり取りする蓄電手段とを備える車両の制御方法であって、
(a)走行に要求される要求駆動力を設定し、
(b)前記内燃機関の間欠運転が禁止される間欠禁止条件の一つとして前記蓄電手段の温度が第1の所定温度未満のときには前記内燃機関を運転すると共に前記蓄電手段を昇温させるための昇温用の充放電を伴って前記設定された要求駆動力に基づく駆動力により走行するよう該内燃機関と前記発電手段と前記電動機とを制御し、前記蓄電手段の温度が前記第1の所定温度以上で且つ前記内燃機関の間欠運転が禁止される他の間欠運転禁止条件が成立していないときには該内燃機関の間欠運転を伴って前記設定された要求駆動力に基づく駆動力により走行するよう該内燃機関と前記発電手段と前記電動機とを制御し、前記蓄電手段の温度が前記第1の所定温度以上であるが前記他の間欠運転禁止条件が成立しているときには該内燃機関の運転を継続すると共に前記蓄電手段の前記昇温用の充放電を伴って前記設定された要求駆動力に基づく駆動力により走行するよう該内燃機関と前記発電手段と前記電動機とを制御する
