Description
請求項1の特徴部に記載のように構成された本発明による燃料噴射装置は、公知のものに比べて次のような利点、すなわち弁の大きな横断面が可能である、ピエゾアクチュエータを備えたCRインジェクタが得られる、という利点を有している。これによって噴射弁の開閉を迅速に行うことができる。また一体化されたカプラは、装置の短い構造長さを可能にする。カプラはCR圧によって助成されている。
次に図面を参照しながら本発明による燃料噴射装置の1実施例を説明する。
本発明による燃料噴射装置1には、蓄圧器(コモンレール)3から、高圧下にある燃料が高圧管路5を介して供給され、この高圧管路5から燃料は噴射管路6を介して噴射弁9に達する。内燃機関は通常このような噴射弁を複数有しているが、図面には簡単にするためにただ1つの噴射弁だけが示されている。噴射弁9は弁ニードル(弁ピストン、ノズルニードル)11を有しており、この弁ニードル11は円錐形の弁シール面12でその閉鎖位置において、燃料を内燃機関の燃焼室の内部に噴射するために働く噴射開口13を閉鎖する。燃料はノズルニードルの領域にリング状のノズル室14を介して達し、このノズル室14から燃料は、受圧肩部として形成された制御面15を介して、ノズルニードルの開放方向に圧力を加えることができる。この圧力が開放方向における力を弁ニードルに対して加え、この力が開放動作に抗して作用する力を上回ると、弁は開放する。
Claims (2)
- 燃料噴射装置(1)であって、噴射弁(9)と、該噴射弁(9)に運転時に高圧下の燃料を供給する管路(5)と、該管路(5)に接続された噴射弁の制御室(43)における圧力を制御する制御弁(41)とが設けられており、該制御弁(41)の可動の弁部分(51)が、アクチュエータ(31)によって液圧式のカプラ(38)を介して操作可能であり、該カプラ(38)が、カプラのカプラ容積と共働する2つのピストン(39,40)を有しており、可動の弁部分(51)の座(53)が内側の横断面f3を有しており、さらに前記ピストン(39,40)の案内間隙(65,67)を介してカプラ容積を、前記高圧下の燃料で満たす手段が設けられている形式のものにおいて、
前記ピストン(39,40)が互いに平行にかつ内外に入れ子式に配置されており、ピストン(39,40)の、アクチュエータ(31)に向けられた端部に、圧力増幅室(72)が配置されており、外側のピストン(40)の内部に充てん室(71-2)が設けられていて、該充てん室(71-2)が前記管路(5)と接続されており、横断面f4を有する一方のピストン(39)が、横断面f5を有するロッド(61)を介してアクチュエータ(31)と機械的に連結されており、ピストン面f2を有する他方のピストン(40)が、ピストン面f2に比べて小さな横断面を有するロッド(63)を介して、制御弁(51)を操作するようになっており、可動の弁部分(51)の閉鎖運動の方向が、制御室(43)から流出する燃料の方向と合致しており、その結果制御弁が、圧力増幅室(72)において他方のピストン(40)に作用する圧力に基づいて、少なくとも部分的に力バランスされていることを特徴とする燃料噴射装置。 - 少なくとも、アクチュエータ(31)を液圧式のカプラと結合するロッド(61)の領域において、カプラの、アクチュエータ(31)に最も近接して位置する室から間隔をおいて、別の充てん室(90)が設けられており、該別の充てん室(90)が前記管路(5)に接続されていて、ロッド(61)の案内間隙(94)を介してカプラと接続されている、請求項1記載の燃料噴射装置。
