Description
Claims (3)
- 第1の面と第2の面とを有する薄肉可撓性透明基板と、
前記第1の面上の抵抗材料からなる第1の層であって、薄肉、透明、連続的で可撓性であり、かつ該第1の面上でタッチセンサ用のアクティブタッチ領域に一致する表面を覆っている、該第1の層と、
前記第1の層と電気的に連通した状態にある複数の薄肉可撓性な電極であって、前記アクティブタッチ領域の周囲に沿って配置され、かつ該アクティブタッチ領域内で該第1の層にわたって電位を印加するように適合化されている電極と、
該電極に、および該電極から、電気信号を伝送するための、該電極に電気的に接触した状態にある複数の薄肉可撓性電気リード線と、
前記第1の層に電気的に連通した状態にある複数の薄肉可撓性な導電領域であって、前記アクティブタッチ領域の周囲に沿って配置され、かつ該第1の層全体にわたり該電位を該アクティブタッチ領域内で線形化するように適合化された構図を形成する導電領域と、
を含む、可撓性容量式タッチセンサであって、前記第1の層上に保護材料からなる第2の層をさらに含み、該第2の層が、薄肉で可撓性で透明であり、かつ前記アクティブタッチ領域内で覆っており、前記保護材料が、前記保護材料の摩擦係数を減少させる化合物を含む、容量式タッチセンサ。 - 前記化合物が、オルガノシロキサンおよびフルオロカーボンの一方または両方を含む、請求項1に記載の容量式タッチセンサ。
- 前記第2の層が、真性導電性ポリマーを含ませたものである、請求項1又は2に記載の容量式タッチセンサ。
