Claims (4)
- 指示された位置を静電容量方式によって検出するセンサ基板が筐体の上面側に配設された位置検出装置であって、
前記センサ基板は、複数の検出用電極が配設された検出領域と前記検出用電極から延出された配線が配設された配線領域とを備えるとともに柔軟性を有しており、
前記センサ基板の上面には、上面側から見たときに端部が前記センサ基板の周部より突出するように形成されて前記センサ基板の表面を覆うシート部材が設けられ、
前記筐体には、前記センサ基板および前記シート部材を収納する収納部が設けられており、
前記収納部内に前記センサ基板と前記シート部材が収納されたときに、前記シート部材の表面位置が前記収納部周辺の前記筐体の表面とほぼ同一の高さとなるように、前記収納部の深さが設定されており、
前記筐体の表面側には、前記センサ基板が配置される領域であって前記シート部材の端部よりも内側に、前記配線領域が挿通されて前記収納部に配置される貫通孔が設けられ、
前記センサ基板の前記検出用電極から延出された配線が配設された配線領域は、前記検出領域に隣接する隣接配線領域と前記貫通孔に挿通される引出配線領域から構成され、
前記引出配線領域が前記隣接配線領域から延出される位置には切り欠き部が設けられ、
前記引出配線領域を、前記切り欠き部が形成された根元部分から前記シート部材の端部よりも外側に突出しないように折り曲げた状態で前記貫通孔に通すことを特徴とする位置検出装置。 - 位置指示器によって指示された位置を電磁誘導方式によって検出する磁束検出用基板が前記筐体内であって、前記センサ基板と対向する位置に設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の位置検出装置。
- 前記センサ基板に配設された前記検出用電極には前記位置指示器によって発生した磁束によって生じる渦電流を低減するためのスリットが形成されていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の位置検出装置。
- 前記センサ基板にはシート部材が接着されるとともに、前記センサ基板の、前記センサ基板に配設された前記検出用電極と前記シート部材とが対向しない領域に溝部が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の位置検出装置。
