Description
接の有無にかかわらず平行に併走する電極間に存在する隣接電極間容量等を合成した静電容量をCとすると、位置指示部材の当接による静電容量変化を高精度で安定して検出するには、静電容量Cをなるべく小さくし、静電容量の相対変化量である△Cを大きくする方
が好ましい。
受けやすくなり高精度の位置検出が安定的にできないという課題を有していた。
場合は、接触がない場合に比べて静電容量が増大して、VREFに達するまでの時間が増えるので周期が長くなり、それによって接触がなされた第1の電極3、第2の電極4を特定できることになる。

Claims (1)
- タッチ面となる表面部材と、
この表面部材の裏面側に設けられた互いに並走する複数の第1の電極と、
この第1の電極に交差するように前記表面部材の裏面側に設けられた互いに並走する複数の第2の電極と、
前記第1の電極及び前記第2の電極を挟んで前記表面部材と反対側に位置する背面部材とを備え、
前記背面部材は、気体泡を包含するシート材であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の位置検出装置。
