d)この共重合物の酸基の全部または一部が無機陽イオンにより中和されている統計的な熱可塑性共重合体である。
a1)50〜99モル%のエチレンおよび
b1)1〜50モル%のメタクリル酸からなり、
d1)この共重合物の酸基が、0.5〜100%まで、好ましくは10〜70%までリチウム−、ナトリウム−、マグネシウム−、カリウム−および/または亜鉛陽イオンにより中和されているアイオノマーが特に好適である。

本発明の目的には、不織布または織物が骨格層を形成し、骨格層にアイオノマーが含浸樹脂として含浸されている平面形態の含浸材料が特に好適である。骨格材料としては、ポリエチレン紡糸不織布、ポリアミド紡糸不織布およびセルロース含有材料、特に吸収性のある紙が考えられる。これらの含浸材料は、対応する積層物の良好な特性を有するのみならず、特に経済的な様式で製造することもできる。これには、不織布または織物にアイオノマーの溶融物を単純に含浸させた後、冷却によりアイオノマーを固化させればよい。
DuPont社のパンフレット2001年1月によるSurlynタイプの幾つかのエチレン/メタクリル酸−アイオノマーに対して、試料フィルムのSd値をDIN規則52615により、15μmの厚さの方向でドライカップおよびウェットカップで測定した。これらのアイオノマーは、陽イオンとしてナトリウムないしカリウム陽イオンを含んでいた。金属イオン含有量はDIN38406−E14により測定した。

Claims (13)
- 絶縁材を密閉するための積層構造防湿材であって、前記積層体が、
アイオノマーを含有するフィルム、および、
前記フィルムを支持または保護するように構成される、前記フィルムの側面に配置された少なくとも1つの材料層、
を含み、
前記アイオノマーフィルムが、蒸気拡散抵抗性を有し、前記蒸気拡散抵抗性が、周囲大気の相対湿度の関数として変化し、
前記アイオノマーフィルムが、相対湿度25%において1〜20m、および、相対湿度72.5%において0.02〜4m、の少なくとも一方の蒸気拡散抵抗性値(但し、該蒸気拡散抵抗性値は、ドイツ標準DIN52615にしたがって測定される。)を有し、
前記防湿剤の形態が、骨格材料およびアイオノマーからなる含浸材料の形態であって、
前記骨格材料が、ポリエチレン紡糸繊維、ポリプロピレン紡糸繊維、ポリエステル紡糸繊維、セルロース繊維、ポリアミドまたは紙からなる不織布または布織物である、ことを特徴とする、絶縁材を密閉するための積層構造防湿材。 - 前記アイオノマーが、
− 50〜99モル%のエチレンおよび
− 1〜50モル%のメタクリル酸
からなる共重合体であり、前記共重合体の酸基が、0.5〜100%まで無機陽イオンより中和されている、請求項1に記載の防湿材。 - 前記無機陽イオンが、リチウムおよび/または、ナトリウムおよび/または、マグネシウムおよび/または、亜鉛および/または、カルシウムの陽イオンである、請求項2に記載の防湿材。
- 前記無機陽イオンが、カリウムの陽イオンである、請求項2に記載の防湿材。
- 前記フィルムの厚さが5〜100μmである、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の防湿材。
- 中間層がアイオノマーのフィルムからなり、前記中間層が2つの外側材料層に挟まれている、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の防湿材。
- 両方の外側層が紙、ポリエチレン不織布、ポリプロピレン不織布、ポリエステル不織布またはビスコース不織布からなる、請求項6に記載の防湿材。
- ポリエステル、ガラス繊維、ポリエチレンまたはポリプロピレン製の不織布、布織物または格子からなる追加の中間層を有する、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の防湿材。
- アイオノマーの量が2〜100g/m2である、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の防湿材。
- 前記防湿材が、相対湿度25%における蒸気拡散抵抗性値(但し、該蒸気拡散抵抗性値は、ドイツ標準DIN52615にしたがって測定される。)と、相対湿度75.5%における蒸気拡散抵抗性値(但し、該蒸気拡散抵抗性値は、ドイツ標準DIN52615にしたがって測定される。)と、の比が2を超えるものである、請求項1に記載の防湿材。
- 前記防湿材が、相対湿度25%における蒸気拡散抵抗性値(但し、該蒸気拡散抵抗性値 は、ドイツ標準DIN52615にしたがって測定される。)と、相対湿度75.5%における蒸気拡散抵抗性値(但し、該蒸気拡散抵抗性値は、ドイツ標準DIN52615にしたがって測定される。)と、の比が5を超えるものである、請求項1に記載の防湿材。
- 前記フィルムが、ポリアミド、ポリエステル、ポリウレタン、ポリオレフィン、エチレンと酢酸ビニルの共重合体、エチレンとアクリル酸ブチル共重合体、エチレンとアクリル酸共重合体、エチレンとメタクリル酸共重合体、エチレンアクリル酸共重合体と、エチレンとアクリル酸メチルの共重合体、の少なくとも1つを前記アイオノマーとの混合物として含有し、前記混合物中アイオノマーを30〜95重量%含む、請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載の防湿材。
- 前記混合物中、アイオノマーを50〜80重量%含む、請求項12に記載の防湿材。
