Description
前記錠は、請求項3のように、前記注入口を閉塞する前記キャップの向かって右側に取付ける構成とするとよい。
前記係合部は、請求項4のように、前記キャップの中心に対して対称位置にそれぞれ形成する構成とするとよい。
また、前記錠は、請求項10のように、前記注入口を閉塞する前記キャップの向かって右側、且つ、前記容器本体の側面から突出して形成された前記注入口の中央より下側で注入口直下方以外の位置に取付ける構成とするとよい。
請求項3の発明によれば、錠の施錠・解除操作がやり易くなる。
請求項4の発明によれば、注入口にキャップを取付ける際の自由度を増大できる。
請求項5の発明によれば、キャップの外観を、錠によるロック機構のないキャップと同じにできる。
図1は、本発明に係る尿素水容器を適用する、尿素水溶液を使用してエンジン排気中のNOxを還元触媒反応により浄化する排気浄化装置の全体構成を示す。
図1において、エンジン10の排気マニフォールド12に接続される排気管14には、排気流通方向に沿って、一酸化窒素(NO)を二酸化窒素(NO2)へと酸化させる酸化触媒16と、尿素水溶液を噴射供給する噴射ノズル18と、尿素水溶液を加水分解して得られるアンモニアによりNOxを還元浄化するNOx還元触媒20と、NOx還元触媒20を通過したアンモニアを酸化させるアンモニア酸化触媒22と、が夫々配設される。また、尿素水容器24に貯蔵される尿素水溶液は、供給配管26を介して還元剤供給装置28に供給される一方、還元剤供給装置28で噴射に寄与しない余剰の尿素水溶液は、戻り配管30を介して尿素水容器24の上部空間内へと戻される。そして、還元剤供給装置28は、コンピュータを内蔵したコントロールユニット32により制御され、エンジン運転状態に応じた必要量の尿素水溶液を、空気と混合しつつ噴射ノズル18に供給する。

Claims (10)
- 尿素水溶液を用いてエンジン排気中の窒素酸化物を還元浄化する排気浄化装置で使用する尿素水容器の構造であって、容器本体内に前記尿素水溶液を注入するための注入口の外側に、錠を着脱可能に取付け、前記注入口に螺合して当該注入口を閉塞するキャップに、前記錠のロック部材が係合可能な係合部を形成し、前記錠の施錠操作により前記ロック部材が前記係合部に係合して前記キャップの回転を阻止する構成としたことを特徴とする尿素水容器の構造。
- 前記錠は、前記容器本体の側面から突出して形成された前記注入口の直下方以外の位置に取付ける構成とした請求項1に記載の尿素水容器の構造。
- 前記錠は、前記注入口を閉塞する前記キャップの向かって右側に取付ける構成とした請求項1又は2に記載の尿素水容器の構造。
- 前記係合部は、前記キャップの中心に対して対称位置にそれぞれ形成する構成とした請求項1〜3のいずれか1つに記載の尿素水容器の構造。
- 前記キャップの外周部裏側に、前記係合部として凹部を形成し、前記ロック部材がキャップ軸方向に移動することにより前記凹部に出入りする構成とした請求項1〜4のいずれか1つに記載の尿素水容器の構造。
- 前記キャップの外周部に、前記係合部として係合孔を穿設し、前記ロック部材がキャップ径方向に移動することにより前記係合孔に出入りする構成とした請求項1〜4のいずれか1つに記載の尿素水容器の構造。
- 前記キャップの外周部に、前記係合部として係合孔を設け、前記ロック部材がキャップ軸方向に移動することにより前記係合孔に出入りする構成とした請求項1〜4のいずれか1つに記載の尿素水容器の構造。
- 前記キャップの外周部に、前記係合部としてフック部を形成し、前記ロック部材が回動することにより前記フック部に出入りする構成とした請求項1〜4のいずれか1つに記載の尿素水容器の構造。
- 前記キャップの外周部側面に、前記係合部として前記側面から外方に突出する一対の突起部を形成し、前記ロック部材がキャップの軸方向に移動することにより前記一対の突起部間に出入りする構成とした請求項1〜4のいずれか1つに記載の尿素水容器の構造。
- 前記錠は、前記注入口を閉塞する前記キャップの向かって右側、且つ、前記容器本体の側面から突出して形成された前記注入口の中央より下側で注入口直下方以外の位置に取付ける構成とした請求項1に記載の尿素水容器の構造。
