Claims (6)
- 入力電圧を受けて、電気負荷の駆動に用いられる動作電圧へ変換する電圧変換回路と、
前記電圧変換回路の出力側の絶縁抵抗を検出する検出回路と、
前記動作電圧の設定値を決める制御回路とを備え、
前記制御回路は、前記検出回路によって検出された前記絶縁抵抗の劣化時における前記動作電圧を、前記絶縁抵抗の正常時での前記動作電圧よりも低く設定するとともに、前記動作電圧が前記絶縁抵抗に応じて決まる制限電圧を超えないように、検出された前記絶縁抵抗に応じて前記動作電圧を設定する、電力変換装置。 - 前記制限電圧は、前記動作電圧に対して確保が必要な絶縁抵抗の比で示される所定の規格レートの逆数と、検出された前記絶縁抵抗との積で示される、請求項1に記載の電力変換装置。
- 前記制御回路は、前記制限電圧が前記電圧変換回路によって出力可能な最高電圧よりも高い場合には、前記動作電圧の上限値が前記最高電圧となる範囲で前記動作電圧を設定し、前記制限電圧が前記電圧変換回路によって出力可能な最低電圧よりも低い場合には、前記動作電圧が前記最低電圧となるように前記動作電圧を設定し、前記制限電圧が前記最低電圧よりも高くかつ前記最高電圧よりも低い場合には、前記動作電圧の上限値が前記上限電圧となる範囲で前記動作電圧を設定する、請求項1に記載の電力変換装置。
- 前記電圧変換回路は前記入力電圧を昇圧可能であり、
前記制御回路は、前記制限電圧が前記入力電圧よりも低い場合には、前記動作電圧を前
記入力電圧と等しく設定する、請求項3に記載の電力変換装置。 - 直流電圧である前記入力電圧を供給する直流電源装置と、
請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の電力変換装置と、
前記電気負荷として設けられ、少なくとも1つの車輪を駆動可能な交流電動機とを備え、
前記電力変換装置は、
前記電圧変換回路および前記交流電動機の間に設けられ、前記動作電圧と前記交流電動機を駆動制御する交流電圧との間の電力変換を行なうインバータをさらに含む、自動車。 - 前記電圧変換回路は、前記入力電圧を昇圧可能である、請求項5に記載の自動車。
