Claims (11)
- 吸気系へ供給される二次添加ガスが通流するガス通路の一部をなし、内燃機関の車両前側に取り付けられる吸気系部材の車両前側に取り付けられる通路形成体と、
この通路形成体の車両前側の外側面を覆うように取り付けられ、遮熱材料からなる遮熱体と、
上記遮熱体を挟んで上記通路形成体に固定され、上記遮熱体を通路形成体の車両前側の外側面上に保持する遮熱カバーと、
を有する内燃機関の吸気装置。 - 上記内燃機関が、吸気側を車両前側とする横置き姿勢で車両に搭載されている請求項1に記載の内燃機関の吸気装置。
- 上記通路形成体には、ガス通路として、上流側の主通路と、この主通路から分岐する分岐通路と、が形成される請求項1又は2に記載の内燃機関の吸気装置。
- 上記主通路が通路形成体の長手方向に沿って延びており、
上記分岐通路の一部が、上記主通路から折り返され、この主通路に隣接して略平行に延びている請求項3に記載の内燃機関の吸気装置。 - 上記主通路の上流側の導入口が、上記通路形成体の気筒列方向の一端側に形成されており、
上記分岐通路の一部が主通路から折り返され、その下流側の出口孔が上記気筒列方向の一端側に形成されている請求項3又は4に記載の内燃機関の吸気装置。 - 上記遮熱体が発泡材料からなる請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の内燃機関の吸気装置。
- 上記通路形成体は、周縁合わせ部で互いに接合される一対の分割薄板部により構成され、
内面が予め凹設された一対の分割薄板部を接合することによりガス通路が形成される請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の内燃機関の吸気装置。 - 上記通路形成体が吸気マニホールドに取り付けられ、
この吸気マニホールドに、上記ガス通路の一部をなすマニホールド通路が形成され、通路形成体からの二次添加ガスがマニホールド通路に通流する請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載の内燃機関の吸気装置。 - 上記吸気マニホールドが、ブランチ合わせ部で互いに接合されて、複数の吸気ブランチを形成する第1及び第2マニホールド分割体を有し、
上記マニホールド通路が上記ブランチ合わせ部に沿って形成されている請求項8に記載の内燃機関の吸気装置。 - 上記吸気マニホールドの複数の吸気ブランチにそれぞれ吸気制御弁が配設され、
上記マニホールド通路は、上記吸気制御弁よりも下流側の位置で、上記複数の吸気ブランチ内の吸気通路にそれぞれ開口している請求項8又は9に記載の内燃機関の吸気装置。 - 上記二次添加ガスがブローバイガスである請求項1〜10のいずれかに記載の内燃機関の吸気装置。
