図1は、本発明を適用したハイブリッド車両の駆動装置の第1実施形態を示すシステム構成図である。
図5〜図8は、本発明を適用したハイブリッド車両の駆動装置の第2実施形態を示し、図5はハイブリッド車両の駆動装置のシステム構成図、図6はハイブリッド車両の駆動装置の変速時の動力伝達状態を示す説明図、図7は変速開始から変速終了までの各要素の回転数およびトルクの推移の概要を示すタイムチャート、図8は変速時の第1クラッチトルク、エンジン回転数、および車両駆動力の変化を示すグラフである。本実施形態においては、第2入力軸が第1入力軸に第2クラッチを介して接続される構成が第1実施形態と相違する。なお、第1実施形態と同一装置には同一符号を付してその説明を省略ないし簡略化する。
図9は、本発明を適用したハイブリッド車両の駆動装置の第3実施形態を示すタイムチャートである。本実施形態においては、第1および第2実施形態における変速終了時における第1クラッチC1の締結力の上限値への復帰タイミングを変更することにより変速時間を短縮するようにしたものである。なお、第1および第2実施形態と同一装置には同一符号を付してその説明を省略ないし簡略化する。

Claims (5)
- 出力軸と少なくとも2つの入力軸との間において噛合い式クラッチにより選択されて動力を伝達可能となるよう常時噛合う複数の歯車組を有し、第1入力軸は第1クラッチを介してエンジンに接続可能であり、第2入力軸はモータジェネレータに接続され且つエンジン若しくは第1入力軸に第2クラッチを介して接続可能であり、各歯車組は噛合い式クラッチを介して動力伝達可能となる変速機と、エンジンおよびモータジェネレータを制御すると共に第1,2クラッチの締結力および噛合い式クラッチを制御する制御手段とを備え、
前記制御手段は、モータジェネレータおよび/またはエンジンの駆動力により第2入力軸と出力軸との間の歯車組を介して出力軸を駆動する第1の変速段から前記第1入力軸と出力軸との間の歯車組を介してエンジンの駆動力により出力軸を駆動する駆動力倍増率のより低い第2の変速段への変速時は、モータジェネレータが第2入力軸と出力軸との間の歯車組を介して出力軸を駆動するトルクアシスト状態とし、
第2クラッチを遮断するとともに第1クラッチの締結力を増減調整することで第1入力軸の回転を第2の変速段に適合させて第2の変速段を選択する噛合い式クラッチを締結し、
その後に第1クラッチの締結力をすべり状態に制御することを特徴とするハイブリッド車両の駆動装置。 - 前記第1クラッチにおけるすべり状態での締結力は、運転者の駆動力要求に応じた締結力とすることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のハイブリッド車両の駆動装置。
- 前記第1クラッチにおけるすべり状態の締結力は、前記エンジンの目標回転数と前記エンジンの実回転数との差が敷居値以下の場合には、前記第1クラッチの締結力を最大値へ上昇させることを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載のハイブリッド車両の駆動装置。
- 前記モータジェネレータのトルクアシスト量は、前記第1クラッチの締結力の最大値への上昇時におけるトルク変化を減少若しくは反転させるよう増減させることを特徴とする請求項3に記載のハイブリッド車両の駆動装置。
- 前記第2クラッチの締結力は、前記第1クラッチの締結力の最大値への上昇時におけるトルク変化を動力循環で吸収するよう一時的に増加させることを特徴とする請求項3または請求項4に記載のハイブリッド車両の駆動装置。
