Description
TECHNICAL FIELD The present invention relates to a container ship. In the industry, container ships are known that have lateral anchoring bridges arranged on the upper deck. Locking bridges often include various types of locking devices and / or holding devices for holding adjacent containers stacked in layers on top of each other.
The first locking hole of the nearest prior art locking bridge is located in the walking surface of the walking path, from which the first locking rod extends upward, in the stacked adjacent container A container ship holding an upper container is known. This ship is further equipped with a second locking hole on the deck surface that is 3 to 4 meters lower, from which the second locking rod extends upward and the lower side of the second container upwards from the normal deck. Hold the container at a height. The lower container is fixed directly to the hatch cover on the deck. The anchoring rod is made of a tough iron rod and stretched as a large rig screw, reaching a total weight of 40-50 kg and a total length of about 4 m.
In the operation of fixing the stacked containers, the worker first locks all the containers underneath while standing on the deck with his arms raised when attaching the locking rod. Then, the worker must walk to the walking path of the locking bridge in order to continue the process of locking the container above it. This slows down the work process when loading and unloading containers. This adds to the cost and today it accounts for too much of the transportation. Note that a very large number of containers must be locked in, because the ship carries 5000-6000 containers, half of them on the deck This is because they are stacked.
Furthermore, the above-described container locking or fixing method is not optimal from the viewpoint of the specific force acting on the stacked containers. Holding the container with an oblique locking rod that extends from one height to another suppresses the deformation of the lowermost container caused by the uppermost container following the sway of the ship during voyage to the desired level. This is usually impossible and causes problems with the overall stability of the stacked containers.
Objective The objective of the present invention is stated in the first chapter, which enables container anchoring to be performed more quickly while allowing more stable and reliable stacking of containers, thereby improving container ship service. Is to provide a type of container ship.
Novelty of the present invention A feature of the container ship of the present invention is that the locking bridge has a second locking hole disposed substantially at the same height as the first locking hole. . The second locking rod extends in a substantially horizontal direction from the second locking hole to hold the container.
Advantages An advantage of the present invention is that all anchoring of one stacked container can be done on one walking surface. This can result in quick anchoring, because the operator can work efficiently from the same work surface, i.e. the walkway of the new anchoring bridge, and anchoring the stack of containers concerned. It is because it can finish.
Furthermore, the locking rod extending in a substantially horizontal direction greatly prevents the deformation of the container, for example, prevents the situation where the top of the container is deformed to a parallelogram that moves laterally with respect to the bottom.
In this sense, it is noted that the fact that the second locking rod is oriented substantially horizontally means that the container can carry a heavier weight than in the case of a conventional container ship. Furthermore, the locking rod can be cleared at the horizontal position to be used.
When locking a mode container of operation, the stack of containers is placed between two adjacent locking bridges. The lower surface of the container is placed directly on the hatch.
In this way, the operator can approach all the locking rods from the walking path of the locking bridge, and the locking holes of the locking rods are suitable for work, for example, 1 m above the walking surface. Arranged.
The first locking rod is fixed to the container arranged in the upper stage of the stack facing upward, and the second locking rod is placed in the container positioned in the lower stage in a substantially horizontal outward direction, preferably stacked when viewed from the hatch upward It is fixed to the second level of the container.
Finally, the containers are stacked and secured by tightening the locking rod rig screw.
The second locking rod is oriented almost horizontally, so that a very “user friendly” locking is ensured and the operator does not have to lift the locking rod so much, Medium containers can be stacked that are heavier than was possible with conventional locking bridges.
Advantageous Embodiment In an advantageous embodiment, the height of the locking hole is 2.59 m (8.5 ft) to 2.90 m (9.5 ft) upward from the surface supporting the stacked containers. They are placed apart.
In another advantageous embodiment, the walking surface of the walking path is lowered by 0.5 to 1.5 m with respect to the height of the locking hole. As a result, the worker can work in a standing posture, and when attaching the locking rod, it is not necessary to bend the body to grasp the locking rod, and injury is prevented.
Furthermore, the anchoring bridge that absorbs lateral forces from the horizontal anchoring rod acting on the bridge can be provided with diagonal struts. This force is noticeable when sailing in bad weather.
