Description
【0001】
R1=f1+f2+(1/2)f3
【0004】
(H/B)+Tsinθ
【0009】
【0012】
これらの計算結果では、ケースAにて積付重量111.0ton(5段積),92.75ton(6段積)となり、ケースBにて積付重量133.6ton(5段積),111.5ton(6段積)となる。
【0013】
(H/B)−T″sinα
【0026】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a securing device for containers stacked on a ship.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In general, in a container ship, in addition to the container being loaded into the ship, the
As the hull rolls, the
[0003]
At this time, as the racking force R 1 represented by the equation (1) is generated on the uppermost container by the horizontal forces f 1 , f 2 , and f 3 , the container undergoes rhombus deformation, and the container itself If the allowable strength is exceeded, the container will be crushed.
[Expression 1]
R 1 = f 1 + f 2 + (1/2) f 3
[0004]
Due to the horizontal forces f 1 to f 3 , a tipping force V 2 is generated at the corner of the container, and if the allowable strength at the corner of the container and the allowable tensile strength of the
[0005]
Further, the compressive force V 1 is generated at the corner of the container by the vertical forces v 1 to v 3 described above, and when this exceeds the allowable compressive strength of the container body, the container is crushed.
[0006]
Therefore, as shown in FIGS. 6 and 7, between the
[Expression 2]

Here, θ represents the tension angle (locking angle) of the
[0007]
Also with respect to the container overturning force V 2, the horizontal force Tcosθ of the tension acts in the direction to reduce, made thereby to reduce the container overturning force V 2. Depending on the ratio of the container width B to the container height H, the container overturning force V 2 ′ is expressed by the following equation (3).
[Equation 3]
V 2 ′ = V 2 −T · cos θ · (H / B)
[0008]
On the other hand , the compressive force V 1 ′ of the container is expressed by the following [Equation 4] by the tension T in the securing means.
[Expression 4]
V 1 ′ = V 1 −T cos θ · (H / B) + T sin θ
[0009]
For this reason, for the multi-stage and stacking of containers, the tension T of the rod is increased or the container
[0010]
However, when the securing tension T is increased, the container compressive force V 1 ′ tends to increase as the vertical tension force Tsinθ increases.
[0011]
[Table 1] shows the calculation results of the loaded weight of the container by the securing means of FIG. 8 and FIG.
Here, Case A shows the calculation result for the container second-stage securing means shown in FIG. 8, and Case B shows the calculation result for the container third-stage securing means shown in FIG.
[0012]
In these calculation results, in case A, the loading weight is 111.0 ton (5-stage product), 92.75 ton (6-stage product), and in case B, the loading weight is 133.6 ton (5-stage product), 111. 5 tons (6-stage product).
[Table 1]
[0013]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In view of the problems in the conventional shipboard container lashing means as described above, the present invention relates to the arrangement of the tightening means so that a component of force in the direction of pulling up the container is generated for the lashing of containers stacked on the shipboard. by devising, as well as to so that it is possible to prevent the collapse of the container, and to provide a ship container lashing apparatus that attained even smaller and lighter the fastening means.
[0014]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above-described problems, an onboard container lashing device of the present invention includes a plurality of lashing bridge pillars erected on the ship so as to lash containers stacked on the ship, and each of the lashing bridge pillars , a lashing eye plate provided fixed to a position above the container bottom, extending beauty obliquely downward on end is Ri attached taken in each of the lashing eye plate, far of the container between the lashing bridge pillars mutual is characterized in that it comprises a clamping member which lower end is Ri attached taken to the bottom corner fittings of the side, a.
[0015]
Further, ship container lashing equipment of the present invention, clamping direction horizontal plane and forms lashing angle of the clamping member, is characterized in that it is set to a range of 5 to 35 degrees.
[0016]
Further, ship container lashing equipment of the present invention is characterized in that the tightening member is constituted by a turnbuckle,
[0017]
In the above-described ship container lashing equipment of the present invention, clamping member upper end to a lashing eye plate in a lashing bridge pillar erected on board were Ri attached preparative is extending Beauty obliquely downward, the lower end of the clamping member because are attach the bottom corners hardware located on the far side of the container, with the clamping action of the shrinkage of the tightening member, it would be upward component of the tightening force in a direction to raise the container works, thereby conventional The compressive force at the corner of the container, which has been a problem, is reduced, and the container is prevented from being crushed.
[0018]
When the tightening angle of the tightening member and the horizontal plane is set to 5 to 35 degrees, the tightening member is more than 45 degrees as seen in the conventional tightening member. The length of the fastening member can be greatly reduced, and the fastening member can be reduced in size and weight.
[0019]
Further, as the decrease in length of the clamping member as described above, the constitute the clamping member by a turnbuckle, omitting the lashing rods being connected via a joint to the conventional turnbuckle, the number of parts And the structure is simplified, resulting in cost reduction and maintenance.
