In fig. 7, a folding arm crane base for a ship is implemented, a wire rope 310 is wound on a wire winding machine 31, one end of the wire rope 310 penetrates into a wire slot 101, the wire rope 310 is extended to one side of a base 1 through the wire slot 101, meanwhile, balancing weights with different weights are connected to the extending end of the wire rope 310, the balancing weights are determined according to the weight of a crane lifting weight when being connected, and the balancing weights fall on the side surface of a ship body when being used.
According to the folding arm crane base for the ship, the steel wire rope 310 arranged on the wire winding machine 31 can be better connected with the balancing weight through the steel wire rope 310, so that the balancing weight falls on the side surface of the ship body through the steel wire rope 310, meanwhile, the balancing weight generates a certain tensile force on the steel wire rope 310, the pressure born by the crane base when the crane lifts a heavy object is better balanced, the ship bodies are better stabilized, and the situation that the ship bodies incline due to the fact that objects are overweight in the lifting process is avoided.
The application method of the invention comprises the following steps:
when the crane lifting device is used, the extension rod 20 and the base 1 are arranged at the specified position of the ship body through the fastening disc 2001 on the extension rod 20, so that the extension rod 20 and the base 1 are better close to the ship body, then the crane is arranged in the mounting groove 201 through the mounting mechanism 2, the flange plate 202 on the mounting groove 201 and the crane base are fixedly connected, the crane and the base 1 are further connected together, the wire rope 310 on the wire winding machine 31 is pulled out of the wire groove 101 along the opposite direction of the lifting direction of the crane, one end of the pulled wire rope 310 is connected with the balancing weight, the balancing weight is placed on one side of the ship body after being connected, the balancing weight is dropped on the side surface of the ship body, the crane and the ship body are leveled, the situation that the ship body tilts when the crane lifts the weight is reduced better, and the whole ship body is more stable.
Finally, it should be noted that: the above embodiments are only for illustrating the technical solution of the present invention, and are not limiting; although the invention has been described in detail with reference to the foregoing embodiments, it will be understood by those of ordinary skill in the art that: the technical scheme described in the foregoing embodiments can be modified or some technical features thereof can be replaced by equivalents; such modifications and substitutions do not depart from the spirit and scope of the technical solutions of the embodiments of the present invention.
