Description
さらに、エンボスは、インナ冷却フィンの組立時の組立位置のずれを防止するガイドの役割と、インナ冷却フィンが存在しない部位で板形チューブの剛性を維持する役割とを担う。
上部チューブ板補強板材及び下部チューブ板補強板材が前記上・下部チューブ板の平板部との間に形成されたオイル通路内に積層式に配置され、前記上・下部チューブ板にそれぞれ溶接結合され、さらに前記オイル通路の中心側に突出した部分が互いに当接して溶接結合された状態で設けられ、かつ前記上・下部チューブ板補強板材は、その一方の縁面が円弧状に形成され、残りの縁面は前記平板部の長手方向及び幅方向に沿ってそれぞれ直線型に形成され、前記オイル通路内で前記平板部の幅方向に沿って長く配置されていることを特徴とする。
図1に示すように、上部チューブ板11一枚と下部チューブ板13一枚とが互いに重なって溶接で結合されて一個の板形チューブ10を構成し、このように構成された板形チューブ10の複数が積層式に溶接結合されてオイルクーラを構成するようになっている。
そして、上・下部チューブ板補強板材51、53のエンボス51b、53bは、お互いの先端部が面相互で当接されてブレージング溶接によって結合される。
そして、上・下部チューブ板補強板材51、53に形成されるエムボス51b、53bは上・下部チューブ板補強板材51、53の長手(L)方向に3.0mmないし5.0mmの長さを有する平面に形成されるが、好ましくは、4.0mm程度の長さを有するように形成されるのがよい。
さらに、エンボス51b、53bと溶接結合面51a、53aとは一定の角度を有する傾斜面51c、53cを通じて連結されるが、傾斜面51c、53cは本実施例のように平板状に形成してもよいし、または円弧状に屈曲して形成してもよい。
即ち、平板部11b、13bの内側面の間隔(M)は、普通3.0mmに形成され、上・下部チューブ板補強板材51、53の厚さ(t)は、それぞれ0.6mmの寸法を有するように形成され、これによって上・下部チューブ板補強板材51、53の溶接結合面51a、53aの間には1.8mmの空間が確保される。
従って、オイルクーラの耐久性を全体的に増大させられるようになり、品質向上にも多く貢献できるよ。

Claims (3)
- 上部チューブ板一枚と下部チューブ板一枚とが同方向に互いに重なって溶接で結合されて一個の板形チューブを構成し、この板形チューブの複数が積層式に溶接結合されて構成される自動車の自動変速機用オイルクーラ構造において、
上部チューブ板補強板材及び下部チューブ板補強板材が前記上・下部チューブ板の平板部との間に形成されたオイル通路内に積層式に配置され、前記上・下部チューブ板にそれぞれ溶接結合され、さらに前記オイル通路の中心側に突出した部分が互いに当接して溶接結合された状態で設けられ、かつ前記上・下部チューブ板補強板材は、その一方の縁面が円弧状に形成され、残りの縁面は前記平板部の長手方向及び幅方向に沿ってそれぞれ直線型に形成され、前記オイル通路内で前記平板部の幅方向に沿って長く配置されていることを特徴とする自動車の自動変速機用オイルクーラ構造。 - 前記上・下部チューブ板補強板材は、前記オイル通路内で前記平板部にそれぞれ結合される両側の溶接結合面と;
この溶接結合面の間で前記オイル通路の中心側に突出して互いに溶接結合されるエンボスと;
を備えるように形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の自動車の自動変速機用オイルクーラ構造。 - 前記エンボスは、平面に形成され、前記溶接結合面とは傾斜面を通じて連結されるように形成されていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の自動車の自動変速機用オイルクーラ構造。
