Abstract
本发明涉及一种自动变速器的润滑油冷却器机构,该机构包括上集管板加强件和下集管板加强件,各在上集管板的平面部分和下集管板的平面部分之间形成的油道中排成一层,并且分别被焊接到上集管板和下集管板,以及其凸起部分伸向油道的中心,相互邻接并且在其之间被焊接,从而改进上和下集管板的组装刚性,并且增强润滑油冷却器的整体耐用性,由此改进其质量。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种自动变速器的润滑油冷却器机构,尤其涉及一种适于防止上集管板和下集管板之间装配误差以及改进其整体耐用性的自动变速器的润滑油冷却器机构。
背景技术
润滑油冷却器设置在上集管板和下集管板,它们互相叠置并且被焊接形成一个板管(plated tube)。通常,五到六个板管被层置来构成一个润滑油冷却器。
形成润滑油冷却器的最上面的板管设置在其顶部,具有一对连接管使油流通,并且形成各个板管的上集管板和下集管板分别安装有油孔,来与连接管相通。凸起部分分别形成在油孔附近平面的中心区域。
凸起部分起连接上集管板和下集管板的作用并且通过钎焊来连接。
另外,凸起部分还起着在内冷却销装配时防止装配位置分离的作用,以及还起着在没有内冷却销的区域保持板管刚性的作用。
发明概述
本发明提供一种自动变速器的润滑油冷却器机构,其中配有凸起部分的加强板是单独制造的,并且该板通过钎焊整体地连接到上集管板和下集管板,由此防止上集管板和下集管板之间的装配误差,并且使凸起部分能通过一个大的区域被焊接,由此提高其整体耐用性。
根据本发明的一个优选实施例,自动变速器的润滑油冷却器机构包括:上集管板加强件和下集管板加强件,各在上集管板的平面和下集管板的平面之间形成的油道中排成一层,并且分别被焊接到上集管板和下集管板;以及其凸起部分伸向油道中心,互相邻接并且在其之间被焊接。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图详细说明本发明的优选实施例,本实施例在此仅是作为说明之目的,并不限制本发明的范围。
如图1所示,上集管板11和下集管板13叠置并且被焊接形成一个板管10。多个板管10层置并且被焊接来构成一个润滑油冷却器。
形成在上集管板11和下集管板13的油孔11a和13a形成一个空间,使油能在其之间经过层置的多个板管10流通,并且该空间通过连接管(未示出)连接到自动变速器。
如图1至4所示,油道21设置有铝制上集管板加强件51和铝制下集管板加强件53,并且沿平面部分11b和13b的宽度设置,通过钎焊被焊接到上和下集管板11和13。
上和下集管板加强件51和53包括焊接连接面51a和53a,分别相邻于并且被焊接到从油孔11a和13a延伸的平面部分11b和13b的表面,凸起部分51b和53b从焊接连接面51a和53a的中心部分伸出,并且与平面部分11b和13b隔开一定距离,伸向油道21的中心。
上和下集管板加强件51和53的凸起部分51b和53b在其顶部相互邻接并且通过钎焊来连接。
上和下集管板加强件的一个边的表面弯成拱形,从而与上和下集管板11和13的油孔11a和13a的一部分相一致,它们的其它三个边的表面沿平面部分11b和13b的纵向及横向方向直地形成。
优选地,形成在上和下集管板加强件的凸起部分51b和53b是直的平面部分,在沿上和下集管板加强件51和53的纵向(L)方向具有3.0毫米至5.0毫米的长度,并且更优选有4.0毫米的长度。
作为参考,上和下集管板加强件51和53的整个长度取决于平面部分11b和13b的宽度(D1和D2),但一般有大约25.0毫米的长度。
优选地,平面部分11b和13b的宽度(D1和D2)为2.9毫米。
另外,凸起部51b和53b与焊接连接面51a和53a通过各有规定角度的斜面51c和53c来连接。
斜面51c和53c可分别以直的平的形状或弧形形状来形成。
上和下集管板加强件51和53的厚度(t)制成是平面部分11b和13b内面之间间隙(M)的0.2倍。
换言之,平面部分11b和13b内面之间的间隙(M)是3.0毫米,上和下集管板加强件51和53各厚度(t)制成0.6毫米。因此,在上和下集管板加强件51和53的焊接连接面51a和53a之间形成1.8毫米的空间。
上和下集管板加强件51和53通过凸起部分51b和53b连接上和下集管板件11和13,从而实现保持板管10刚性的作用,同时实现在内冷却销(未示出)装配时防止内冷却销装配位置分离的作用。
同时,上集管板11,下集管板13以及上和下集管板加强件51和53都是由铝薄板通过压制方法制造的,并且上集管板11和下集管板13在其压制成形时整体地形成有油孔11a和13a。
在本发明的润滑油冷却器机构,配有各具有足够区域的伸出的凸起部分51b和53b的上和下集管板加强件51和53是单独制造的,通过钎焊方法分别连接到上和下集管板11和13,从而能防止润滑油冷却器刚性及耐用性的下降,在这些下降是由凸起部分的伸出区域不足而产生的情况下,并能防止由整体压制到凸起部分的凸起部分产生的上和下集管板的局部表面收缩。
因此,润滑油冷却器的耐用性被全面提高,由此有助于增强其质量。
从以上所述可清楚地看出,根据本发明实施例的上述自动变速器的润滑油冷却器机构的优点在于,配有各具有足够区域的伸出的凸起部分的上和下集管板加强件是单独制造的,通过钎焊方法分别连接到上和下集管板,从而能防止润滑油冷却器刚性及耐用性的下降,在这些下降是由凸起部分的伸出区域不足而产生的情况下,并且能防止由整体压制到凸起部分的凸起部分而产生的上和下集管板的局部表面收缩,以及能全面提高润滑油冷却器的耐用性,由此有助于增强其质量。
Claims (5)
1.一种自动变速器的润滑油冷却器机构,包括上集管板加强件和下集管板加强件,各在上集管板的平面部分和下集管板的平面部分之间形成的油道中排成一层,并且分别被焊接到所述上集管板和所述下集管板,以及其凸起部分伸向所述油道的中心,互相邻接并且其之间被焊接。
2.如权利要求1所述的机构,其特征在于,所述上和下集管板加强件在所述油道中沿着所述平面部分的宽度方向纵向形成。
3.如权利要求1所述的机构,其特征在于,所述上和下集管板加强件包括:
焊接连接面,分别相邻于并且被焊接到从所述油道延伸的所述平面部分的表面;和
凸起部分,从焊接连接面的中心部分伸出,与所述平面分部隔开一定距离,伸向所述油道的中心。
4.如权利要求3所述的机构,其特征在于,所述凸起部分形成有直的平面部分,并且通过斜面连接到所述焊接连接面。
5.如权利要求1所述的机构,其特征在于,所述上和下集管板加强件的一个边的表面弯成拱形,它们的其它三个边的表面沿所述平面部分的纵向及横向方向直地形成。
