Description
本発明の車両用自動開閉装置は、前記保持部材に前記ラックを前記ピニオンから離れる方向に付勢する弾性部材を装着したことを特徴とする。
本発明の車両用自動開閉装置は、前記ラックには軸方向に延びる溝部が形成され、前記保持面は前記溝部における前記ラックの背面側に設けられるとともに、前記弾性部材の弾性力は前記溝部における前記ラックと対向する側の押圧面に伝達されることを特徴とする。

Claims (5)
- 車両に装着された開閉部材を自動的に開閉する車両用自動開閉装置であって、
駆動源により回転駆動されるピニオンと、
前記ピニオンに噛み合わされるラック歯を備えたラックと、
前記ラックよりも軸方向の長さ寸法が短く形成されて前記ラックの軸方向の一端側にのみ設けられ、前記開閉部材に連結されるスライド部と、
前記スライド部の作動範囲に合わせた長さ寸法に形成され、前記スライド部に直線往復動自在に係合して前記スライド部とにより前記ラックを直線往復動自在に支持するスライド機構を構成する案内部材と、
前記スライド機構とは別体に形成されて前記案内部材の一端側であるとともに前記ピニオンと前記ラック歯との噛み合い部に対応して設けられ、前記ラック歯に対して背面側に形成される前記ラックの保持面に接触して前記ラックと前記ピニオンとの間隔を保持する保持部材とを有することを特徴とする車両用自動開閉装置。 - 請求項1記載の車両用自動開閉装置において、複数の前記保持部材を前記保持面に沿って所定の間隔を空けて並べて配置したことを特徴とする車両用自動開閉装置。
- 請求項1または2記載の車両用自動開閉装置において、前記スライド部の直線状の作動範囲にわたって前記スライド部に係合する長尺状に前記案内部材を形成することを特徴とする車両用自動開閉装置。
- 請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の車両用自動開閉装置において、前記保持部材に前記ラックを前記ピニオンから離れる方向に付勢する弾性部材を装着したことを特徴とする車両用自動開閉装置。
- 請求項4記載の車両用自動開閉装置において、前記ラックには軸方向に延びる溝部が形成され、前記保持面は前記溝部における前記ラックの背面側に設けられるとともに、前記弾性部材の弾性力は前記溝部における前記ラックと対向する側の押圧面に伝達されることを特徴とする車両用自動開閉装置。
