Abstract
【解決手段】 この車両用開閉装置は電動モータの回転をピニオン46とラック45とから成る動力伝動機構44を介してバックドアに伝達して自動開閉動作を行う。ラック45はスライドブロック47とガイドレール48から成るスライド機構49により直線往復動自在に支持されている。スライドブロック47はラック45の全長に対して十分短く形成されており、これに合わせてガイドレール48も短く形成される。また、ラック45には溝部64が設けられており、この溝部64には保持面65に接触する保持部材61が配置されている。そして、ラック45はこの保持部材61によりピニオン46との間隔が保持されて、ピニオン46との噛み合いが保証されるようになっている。

Claims (3)
- 車両に装着された開閉部材に連結されるラックと前記ラックのラック歯に噛み合うピニオンを回転駆動する駆動源とを有し、前記開閉部材を自動的に開閉する車両用自動開閉装置であって、
前記ラックの軸方向の一端側に設けられるスライド部と前記スライド部に係合する案内部材とを備え、前記ラックを直線往復動自在に支持するスライド機構と、
前記ラック歯に対して背面側に形成される前記ラックの保持面に接触し、前記ラックと前記ピニオンとの間隔を保持する保持部材とを有することを特徴とする車両用自動開閉装置。 - 請求項1記載の車両用自動開閉装置において、複数の前記保持部材を前記保持面に沿って所定の間隔を空けて並べて配置したことを特徴とする車両用自動開閉装置。
- 請求項1または2記載の車両用自動開閉装置において、前記保持部材に前記ラックを前記ピニオンから離れる方向に付勢する弾性部材を装着したことを特徴とする車両用自動開閉装置。
