Claims (7)
- 中実材料から加工され、ピンコンタクト(2a)又はソケットコンタクト(2b)として形成され、差込み領域(2)と接続領域(3)とを有し、該接続領域(3)は導電体を接触接続させるクリンプ接続部として形成されている、電気的なコンタクトエレメントであって、
前記接続領域(3)は、機械加工により形成されたU字形成形体(7)を有し、
U字形成形体(7)の軸方向に延びる縁面(7a)は、内側又は外側に向かって傾斜していることを特徴とする、電気的なコンタクトエレメント。 - 前記中空円筒体(3a)の前記軸方向スリット(4)の長さは、前記中空円筒体(3a)の長さの半分よりも長く設定されている、請求項1記載の電気的なコンタクトエレメント。
- 前記中空円筒体(3a)は前記軸方向スリット(4)に加えて、少なくとも1つの第2のスリット(6)を有し、該第2のスリット(6)は、前記軸方向スリット(4)に対してほぼ90°の角度を成して形成されている、請求項1又は2記載の電気的なコンタクトエレメント。
- 前記差込み領域(2)と前記接続領域(3)との間に、リングエレメント(5)が形成されている、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の電気的なコンタクトエレメント。
- 前記リングエレメント(5)は円板形に形成されており、該円板形のリングエレメント(5)の直径は、前記ピンコンタクト(2a)の直径よりも大きく設定されている、請求項4記載の電気的なコンタクトエレメント。
- 前記リングエレメント(5)は円板形に形成されており、該円板形のリングエレメント(5)の直径は、前記ソケットコンタクト(2b)の直径と同じに設定されている、請求項4記載の電気的なコンタクトエレメント。
- 前記リングエレメント(5)はほぼ、方形の扁平部材(5′)として形成されている、請求項4記載の電気的なコンタクトエレメント。
