【発明の詳細な説明】
【０００１】
【発明の属する技術分野】この発明は、汚れなどを拭き
取るために使用する積層体のウェットティッシュに関す
る。
【０００２】
【従来の技術】従来、不織布製のティッシュペーパに薬
液が含浸したウェットティッシュを互い違いに折り重ね
て容器に納め、その１枚ずつを分離して取り出すことが
できるようにすることは周知である。
【０００３】
【発明が解決しようとする課題】ウェットティッシュを
納めた容器は、その取り出し口を比較的小さくすること
ができる場合には、折り重ねたウェットティッシュの１
枚ずつを互いに分離して取り出すことが容易である。し
かしながら、取り出し口を小さくすることができない場
合には、濡れることによって互いに強く密着しているウ
ェットティッシュを１枚ずつ確実に分離して取り出すこ
とが難しくなる。例えば、そのウエットティッシュが乳
幼児のおしりを拭くものであって、それを容器に詰め替
えて使用するものであるときは、母親にとってその詰め
替え作業が容易となるように容器の取り出し口を比較的
大きくすることがある。容器に納めたウェットティッシ
ュは、取り出すべき１枚目の先端を容器の内側から外側
に向かって取り出し口に挿通しなければならないから、
その口が大きいほど挿通は容易である。その反面、そう
した容器では、ウェットティッシュを取り出し口で１枚
ずつ分離することが難しくなり、次に取り出すべきもの
まで取り出してしまったり、そうはならないまでも、次
に取り出すべきものが取り出し口から大きくのぞいてし
まったりすることがある。
【０００４】そこでこの発明は、互い違いに折り重ねた
複数枚のウェットティッシュを１枚ずつ容易に分離でき
るようにすることを課題にしている。

【課題を解決するための手段】前記課題を解決するため
に、この発明は、ティッシュペーパに薬液が含浸したウ
ェットティッシュを互い違いに折り重ね、所要の容器か
らその１枚ずつを取り出し可能にしたウェットティッシ
ュ積層体を前提にしている。
【０００６】かかる前提において、この発明が特徴とす
るところは、前記ウェットティッシュが、疎水性繊維１
００〜５０重量％を親水性繊維０〜５０重量％とからな
る上下各層と、疎水性繊維０〜２０重量％と親水性繊維
１００〜８０重量％とからなり、前記上下層間に介在す
る中間層とによって構成されていることにある。

【実施例】添付の図面を参照してこの発明にかかるウェ
ットティッシュ積層体の詳細を説明すると、以下のとお
りである。
【０００８】図１において、（Ａ）はウェットティッシ
ュ詰め替え容器１の斜視図であり、（Ｂ）は容器１に納
められたウェットティッシュ２の模式的な部分側面図で
ある。容器１は、容器本体３と外蓋４とからなる。外蓋
４は、本体３に着脱可能であり、中央部に２本の指を挿
入できる程度の比較的大きなティッシュ取り出し口５を
有し、取り出し口５は、外蓋４と一体に形成された内蓋
６で開閉可能である。ウェットティッシュ２は、１枚ず
つが互い違いにＺ字型に折り重ねられた積層体７として
納められ、最上部のウェットティッシュ２の先端が取り
出し口５からのぞいている。そのウェットティッシュ２
は、先端を軽く持ち上げると、次に取り出すべきものか
ら分離して容器１の外に出る一方、次に取り出すべきも
のの先端が取り出し口５からのぞく。
【０００９】図２に部分断面図で示されたウェットティ
ッシュ２は、所要の薬液が不織布製のティッシュペーパ
に含浸したもので、このティッシュペーパは、上下層１
１，１２と、これら両層１１，１２間に介在する中間層
１３とによって構成されている。上下の各層１１，１２
は、疎水性繊維１００〜５０重量％と親水性繊維０〜５
０重量％とからなり、中間層１３は、疎水性繊維０〜２
０重量％と親水性繊維１００〜８０重量％とからなる。
各層１１，１２，１３は、５〜５０ｇ／ｍ2の坪量を有
する。各層内と各層間において、これらの繊維は互いに
機械的に絡み合うか、溶着するか、またはそれら絡み合
いと溶着とによって不織布としての形態を維持してい
る。特に肌触りのよいウェットティッシュが必要な場合
には、繊維が機械的に絡み合うものであることが好まし
い。疎水性繊維としては、ポリエチレン，ポリプロピレ
ン，ナイロン，ポリエステル等の熱可塑性合成繊維やこ
れらの複合繊維を使用することができ、親水性繊維とし
ては、レーヨン繊維や、パルプ、コットン等の植物繊
維、親水化処理した熱可塑性合成繊維等を使用すること
ができる。
【００１０】不織布に含浸させる薬液は、ウェットティ
ッシュの用途に応じてその組成を定めることができる。
例えば、乳幼児のおしり拭きを目的とするときには、プ
ロピレングリコール１０重量％と水９０重量％の混合液
や、プロピレングリコール７重量％とパラペン０．３重
量％と、水９２．７重量％の混合液をティッシュペーパ
に含浸させればよい。そのときの含浸量は、ティッシュ
ペーパの乾燥重量の１５０〜３００％が適当である。
【００１１】このように構成したウェットティッシュ２
では、含浸した薬液が親水性の強い中間層１３に主とし
て保持されて、疎水性繊維を多く含む上下層１１，１２
が比較的水分の少ない状態になる。それによって、積層
体７として重なり合うティッシュ２どうしは、薬液を介
して強く密着するということがなくなり、容器１から取
り出されるときには、１枚ずつが容易に分離して、次に
取り出すべき１枚が徒らに取り出し口５からのぞくとい
うことがない。また、このウェットティッシュ２は、使
用時に圧力が作用すると、中間層１３から薬液が滲出
し、清拭すべき面を適宜濡らすことができる。
【００１２】なお、図示されていないが、ウェットティ
ッシュ２は、上下（表裏）面に多数の凹凸部が存在する
ようにエンボス加工を施されていると、拭き取り効果が
向上するうえ、積層状態での互いの接触面積がその加工
を施されていない場合に較べて少ないため、それだけ分
離し易い。

【発明の効果】この発明にかかるウェットティッシュ積
層体は、各ウェットティッシュの表裏面が主として疎水
性繊維で構成されているから、重なり合うウェットティ
ッシュどうしが含浸薬液を介して強く密着することがな
く、ウェットティッシュの１枚ずつを容易に分離するこ
とができる。

    (57)【特許請求の範囲】
  1. 【請求項１】ティッシュペーパに薬液が含浸したウェッ
    トティッシュを互い違いに折り重ね、所要の容器からそ
    の１枚ずつを取り出し可能にしたウェットティッシュ積
    層体であって、 前記ウェットティッシュが、疎水性繊維１００〜５０重
    量％と親水性繊維０〜５０重量％とからなる上下各層
    と、疎水性繊維０〜２０重量％と親水性繊維１００〜８
    ０重量％とからなり、前記上下層間に介在する中間層と
    によって構成されていることを特徴とする前記ウェット
    ティッシュ積層体。
  2. 【請求項２】前記上下各層と中間層とは、それぞれ繊維
    が機械的に交絡することにより形成されている請求項１
    に記載のウェットティッシュ積層体。
  3. 【請求項３】前記上下各層と中間層とは、それぞれの層
    を構成する繊維が互いに機械的に交絡することにより接
    合している請求項１または２記載のウェットティッシュ
    積層体。
