Abstract

一种由纸手巾含浸药液制成的湿手巾相互对折，使湿手巾能容易地一枚枚分离的湿手巾层叠体。在由湿手巾2相互对折构成的层叠体7中，该湿手巾2由上下层11、12以及介于该两层11、12之间的中间层13所构成，上下层11、12由100-50％重量的疏水性纤维与0-50％重量的亲水性纤维构成，中间层13由0-20％重量的疏水性纤维与100-80％重量的亲水性纤维构成。

Description

湿手巾层叠体
本发明涉及用于擦除污物的湿手巾层叠物。
将无纺布制的纸手巾含浸药液而制成的湿手巾相互对折，放在容器内，可一枚一枚分别取用，这是历来众所周知的。
放置湿手巾的容器的取出口如能做得较小，折叠起来的湿手巾便能容易地一枚一枚分别取出。但若取出口不能做得较小，因浸湿而相互紧贴的湿手巾就很难保证能一枚一枚分别取出。例如给婴儿擦屁股用的湿手巾，假如该湿手巾是放在容器中取用的，当母亲的为了放置方便，有时就会将容器的取出口开得较大。因为放置在容器中的、将被第一取出的湿手巾的前端必须从容器的内侧向外侧贯穿取出口，所以取出口越大，装起来越方便。但是，反过来，用这样的容器，要将湿手巾从取出口一枚一枚地分别取出就比较困难，有时会将下次才要取出的手巾也带出来，即使没有完全带出来，也可能将下次才要取出的手巾从取出口带出大半。
因此，本发明以使相互对折的若干湿手巾能容易地一枚枚分离为课题。
为了解决上述课题，本发明以将无纺布制的纸手巾含浸药液而制成的湿手巾相互对折，放在容器内，可一枚一枚分别取用的湿手巾层叠体为前提。
在这个前提下，本发明的特征在于上述湿手巾由100-50％重量的疏水性纤维与0-50％重量的亲水性纤维构成的上、下各层，以及介于上述上下层之间的、0-20％重量的疏水性纤维与100-80％重量的亲水性纤维构成的中间层所构成。
下面，参照附图对本发明的湿手巾层叠体进行详细说明。

在图1中，(A)为放置湿手巾的容器1的斜视图，(B)为放置于容器1内的湿手巾2的模式的部分侧面图。容器1由容器主体3与外盖4构成。外盖4可在主体3上装上或取下，其中央部有二指宽的较大的手巾取出口5，取出口5可用与外盖4一体形成的内盖6盖上。湿手巾2折叠成相互成Z字形对折的层叠体7，放置于容器内，其最上面的湿手巾2的前端从取出口5伸出。轻轻地拉住该湿手巾2的前端向上提，它便同下次才要取出的手巾分离，被拉到容器外，而下次才要取出的手巾的前端被至取出口外。
在图2中，以部分截面图表示的湿手巾2是将无纺布制的纸手巾含浸了所需药液而制成的，该纸手巾由上下层11、12以及介于该两层11、12之间的中间层13所构成。上下各层11、12由100-50％重量的疏水性纤维与0-50％重量的亲水性纤维构成，中间层13由0-20％重量的疏水性纤维与100-80％重量的亲水性纤维构成。各层11、12、13均有5-50g/m2的单位面积重量。各层内与各层间的纤维相互络合或者相互熔融，并通过络合、熔融维持着无纺布的形态。若湿手巾需要特别好的肌肤触摸感，纤维最好为机械络合。疏水性纤维可以采用聚乙烯、聚丙烯、尼龙、聚酯等热可塑性合成纤维或其复合纤维，亲水性纤维可以采用粘胶纤维、纸浆、棉花等植物纤维，经亲水化处理的热可塑性纤维等。
无纺布所含浸的药液可以根据湿手巾的用途来确定其组成。例如，给婴儿擦屁股用的纸巾可以含浸10％重量的丙撑二醇与90％重量水的混合液，或者7％重量的丙撑二醇与0.3％重量的(パラペン)复合制剂以及92.7％重量的水的混合液。这种情况时的含浸量以相当于纸巾干燥重量的150-300％为宜。
这样构成的湿手巾2将含浸的药液主要保持在亲水性强的中间层13，含疏水性纤维多的上下层11、12处于水分较少的状态。这样，构成层叠体7的重叠的纸巾2之间不会由于药液而紧贴在一起，在从容器1将其取出时，容易一枚枚地分离，不会将下次才要取出的手巾白白拉出。此外，该湿手巾2在使用时一经施压，药液便从中间层13渗出，可以适当地湿润要擦洗的表面。
另外，图中虽然未表示出，湿手巾2如经压花加工，使其上、下  (表、里)面形成许多凹凸部的话，擦洗效果可以得到提高，而且由于层叠状态下的接触面积比未经加工的要小，所以也容易分离。
由于本发明的湿手巾层叠体的湿手巾各表里面主要由疏水性纤维构成，所以重叠的湿手巾之间不会因含浸的药液而紧贴在一起，湿手巾可以容易地一枚枚地分离。

Claims (3)

1.一种由纸手巾含浸药液制成的湿手巾相互对折，放在容器内，可一枚一枚分别取用的湿手巾层叠体，其特征在于上述湿手巾由100-50％重量的疏水性纤维与0-50％重量的亲水性纤维构成的上、下各层，以及介于上述上下层之间的、0-20％重量的疏水性纤维与100-80％重量的亲水性纤维构成的中间层所构成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的湿手巾层叠体，其特征在于上述上下各层与中间层是由纤维机械络合形成的。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的湿手巾层叠体，其特征在于构成上述上下各层与中间层的纤维是相互机械络合而接合的。
