Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 （産業上の利用分野） この考案は作業機に設けられた作業機シリンダを保護
する建設機械の作業機シリンダカバーに関する。
（従来の技術） 従来パワショベルのような建設機械には車体前部に作
業機が装着されている。
この作業機には複数の作業機シリンダが設けられてい
て，これら作業機シリンダにより作業機を駆動するよう
になっているが，作業機シリンダがブームシリンダなど
の場合，バケットが衝突して破損することがある。この
ため従来では作業機シリンダをカバーで覆うことにより
作業機シリンダを保護している。
（考案が解決しようとする課題） しかし従来のシリンダカバーはカバー本体をガイドす
るガイド部材が固着具により作業機シリンダ側へ固定し
ているため，取付けが面倒であるなどの不具合があっ
た。
この考案は上記不具合を改善する目的でなされたもの
で，取付けが容易で，かつ構造も簡単な建設機械の作業
機シリンダカバーを提供しようとするものである。
（課題を解決するための手段及び作用） この考案は上記目的を達成するために，車体の前部に
複数の作業機シリンダにより駆動される作業機を装着し
た建設機械において，上記作業機シリンダの一部に，一
端側が作業機シリンダの枢着部に枢着されたカバー本体
を作業機シリンダを覆うように設けると共に，カバー本
体の他端側を，作業機シリンダに設けた取付け板に着脱
自在に嵌挿されたガイド部材により摺動案内するように
したことにより，上記カバー本体より作業機シリンダを
保護するようにしたもので，取付け板にガイド部材を嵌
挿するだけで取付けられるようにしたことにより，取付
けの容易化と構造の簡素化を図った建設機械の作業機シ
リンダカバーを提供するものである。
（実施例） この考案の一実施例を図面を参照して詳述する。
図において１はパワショベルのような建設機械の車体
で，下部走行体２と，この下部走行体２上に旋回自在に
設けられた上部旋回体３よりなる。
上記上部旋回体３の前部には作業機４が装着されてい
ると共に，後部にはエンジンを収容した動力室５が，そ
して動力室５の前側に運転室６が設けられていて，運転
室６内に運転席７と各種操作レバー８が設けられてい
る。
一方上記作業機４にはブームシリンダ10aやアームシ
リンダ10b,バケットシリンダ10cなどの作業機シリンダ1
0が設けられていると共に，バケット10dと干渉しやすい
位置に設けられたブームシリンダ10aなどの作業機シリ
ンダ10には第２図以下に示すカバー本体11が設けられて
いる。
上記カバー本体11はチャンネル状に形成されていて，
作業機シリンダ10のピストン杆10eを最大に伸長させた
場合でもピストン杆10eを覆える長さに形成されてお
り，一端側はピストン杆10eの枢着されたブラケット12
に回動自在に取付けられている。
またカバー本体11の他端側は開口側は作業機シリンダ
10側へ向くようにして作業機シリンダ10に沿って延出さ
れ，作業機シリンダ10に設けられたガイド部材13に案内
されるようになっている。
上記ガイド部材13は第４図に示すように作業機シリン
ダ10に固着された取付け板14の両端に嵌合する長孔13a
を有していて，この長孔13aを取付け板14の両端に嵌入
するだけで取付け板14に取付けられるようになってい
る。
そして各ガイド部材13はカバー本体11内の凹溝11a内
に嵌入されて，作業機シリンダ10の伸縮に伴い移動する
カバー本体11を摺動案内するようになっている。
（考案の効果） この考案は以上詳述したように，作業機シリンダ10を
保護するように設けられたカバー本体11を摺動案内する
ガイド部材13を，作業機シリンダ10に設けられた取付け
板14に嵌挿するだけで取付けられるため，従来の固着具
により取付けていたものに比べて取付け及び構造が簡単
で安価に提供することができる。
またガイド部材13が摩耗しても新しいものと簡単に交
換できる効果もある。

  1. 【請求項１】車体１の前部に複数の作業機シリンダ10に
    より駆動される作業機４を装着した建設機械において，
    上記作業機シリンダ10の一部に一端側が作業機シリンダ
    10の枢着部に枢着されたカバー本体11を作業機シリンダ
    10を覆うように設けると共に，カバー本体11の他端側
    を，作業機シリンダ10に設けた取付け板14に着脱自在に
    嵌挿されたガイド部材13により摺動案内するようにして
    なる建設機械の作業機シリンダカバー。
