Abstract
Description
オレフィンの豊富な炭化水素流中のオレフィンを相互変換する方法の実施の形態において、オレフィンの豊富な炭化水素流が接触させられる触媒系は、触媒を含む。その触媒は、骨格置換ベータゼオライトを含む。この骨格置換ベータゼオライトは、改質された*BEA骨格を有する。
オレフィンの豊富な炭化水素流中のオレフィンを相互変換する方法の実施の形態において、触媒系は、必要に応じて、骨格置換ベータゼオライトに加えて、1種類以上の成分を含むことがある。そのような成分の例としては、制限なく、追加のゼオライト触媒などの1種類以上の追加の触媒、触媒マトリクス支持体、結合剤、充填剤、または活性金属成分が挙げられる。
先に述べたように、オレフィンの豊富な炭化水素流中のオレフィンを相互変換する方法は、オレフィン相互変換ユニット内でオレフィンの豊富な炭化水素流を触媒系と接触させて、エチレンとプロピレンを含有する相互変換された流出物を生成する工程を含む。オレフィンの豊富な炭化水素流および触媒系の例示の実施の形態を、詳しく説明してきた。相互変換プロセスのパラメータと装置をこれから説明する。

Claims (15)
- オレフィンが豊富な炭化水素流中のオレフィンを相互変換する方法において、
オレフィン相互変換ユニット内で前記オレフィンの豊富な炭化水素流を触媒系と接触させて、エチレンとプロピレンを含む相互変換された流出物を生成する工程であって、450℃から750℃の反応温度、1バールから5バール(100kPaから500kPa)の反応圧力、および0.5秒から1000秒の滞留時間で行われる、接触させる工程、
を含み、
前記触媒系は骨格置換ベータゼオライトを含み、
前記骨格置換ベータゼオライトは改質された*BEA骨格を有し、該改質された*BEA骨格は、チタン原子、ジルコニウム原子、およびハフニウム原子からなる群より独立して選択されるベータゼオライトAl置換原子で、*BEAアルミノケイ酸塩骨格の骨格アルミニウム原子の一部を置換することによって改質された*BEAアルミノケイ酸塩骨格を有する、方法。 - 前記骨格置換ベータゼオライトが、該骨格置換ベータゼオライトの総質量に基づいて、酸化物基準で計算して、0.01%から5%のベータゼオライトAl置換原子を含有する、請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記骨格置換ベータゼオライトが、該骨格置換ベータゼオライトの総質量に基づいて、酸化物基準で計算して、0.01質量%から5質量%のベータゼオライトAl置換原子を含有し、
前記ベータゼオライトAl置換原子が、(a)チタン原子とジルコニウム原子、(b)チタン原子とハフニウム原子、(c)ジルコニウム原子とハフニウム原子、および(d)チタン原子、ジルコニウム原子、およびハフニウム原子:からなる群より選択される組合せを含む、請求項1記載の方法。 - 前記骨格置換ベータゼオライトが、該骨格置換ベータゼオライトの総質量に基づいて、酸化物基準で計算して、0.01%から5%のベータゼオライトAl置換原子を含有し、
前記ベータゼオライトAl置換原子が、チタン原子とジルコニウム原子を含む、請求項1記載の方法。 - 前記骨格置換ベータゼオライトが、
(a)400m2/gから800m2/gの比表面積、
(b)10から200のSiO2対Al2O3のモル比、
(c)0.2cm3/gから0.6cm3/gの細孔体積、および
(d)結晶格子定数a=1.26nmから1.27nm、b=1.26nmから1.27nm、およびc=2.62から2.65nm、
を有する、請求項1から4いずれか1項記載の方法。 - オレフィンの豊富な炭化水素流を触媒系と接触させる前に、ジオレフィンを含有するラフィネート流を選択的に水素化して、前記オレフィンの豊富な炭化水素流を生成し、それによって、該オレフィンの豊富な炭化水素流が、該ラフィネート流よりも少ない含有量でジオレフィンを含有する工程をさらに含む、請求項1から5いずれか1項記載の方法。
- 未変換のオレフィンを、なくすために反応器に戻すように再循環させる工程をさらに含む、請求項1から6いずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記触媒系が、該触媒系の総質量に基づいて、2質量%から90質量%の骨格置換ベータゼオライトを含む、請求項1から7いずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記触媒系が、非晶質シリカ-アルミナおよびアルミナから選択される結合剤をさらに含む、請求項1から8いずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記オレフィンの豊富な炭化水素流が、4から12の炭素原子を有する炭化水素を含み、好ましくは、粗C4精製流、ラフィネート-1流、水蒸気分解装置からのラフィネート-2流、流動接触分解装置からのC4流、および分解装置の熱分解ガソリンからのC5+流から選択される、請求項1から9いずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記オレフィンの豊富な炭化水素流が、蒸気熱分解ユニットまたは流動接触分解ユニットからの流出物である、請求項1から10いずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記オレフィン相互変換ユニットが、流動床反応器、固定床反応器、および移動床反応器から選択される、請求項1から11いずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記触媒系が、骨格置換超安定Y(USY)-ゼオライトをさらに含み、好ましくは、前記骨格置換USY-ゼオライトが改質USY骨格を有し、該改質USY骨格は、チタン原子、ジルコニウム原子、ハフニウム原子、およびその組合せからなる群より独立して選択されるUSY-ゼオライトAl置換原子でUSYアルミノケイ酸塩骨格の骨格アルミニウム原子の一部を置換することによって改質されたUSYアルミノケイ酸塩骨格を含み、より好ましくは、前記骨格置換USY-ゼオライトが、該骨格置換USY-ゼオライトの総質量に基づいて、酸化物基準で計算して、0.01%から5%のUSY-ゼオライトAl置換原子を含有する、請求項1から12いずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記骨格置換USY-ゼオライトが、
(a)2.43nmから2.45nmの結晶格子定数aおよびb、
(b)600m2/gから900m2/gの比表面積、および
(c)5:1から100:1のSiO2対Al2O3のモル比、
を有する、請求項13記載の方法。 - 前記骨格置換ベータゼオライトが、該骨格置換ベータゼオライトの総質量に基づいて、酸化物基準で計算して、0.01%から5%のベータゼオライトAl置換原子を含有し、
前記ベータゼオライトAl置換原子がチタン原子とジルコニウム原子を含み、
前記骨格置換USY-ゼオライトが、該骨格置換USY-ゼオライトの総質量に基づいて、酸化物基準で計算して、0.01%から5%のUSY-ゼオライトAl置換原子を含有し、
前記USY-ゼオライトAl置換原子がチタン原子とジルコニウム原子を含む、請求項13または14記載の方法。
