Abstract
Description
Claims (22)
- 塩化水素を酸化させて塩素を製造する方法に使用される触媒であって、
前記触媒は触媒100重量部に対して、異種物質0.5乃至20重量部、活性成分として酸化ルテニウム0.1乃至20重量部及び担体60乃至99重量部を含む
ことを特徴とする塩化水素酸化反応用成型触媒。 - 前記異種物質はセリア、アルミナ及びシリカから選択される少なくともいずれか1つ以上を含む
請求項1に記載の塩化水素酸化反応用成型触媒。 - 前記担体はアルミナ、チタニア及びジルコニアから選択される少なくともいずれか1つ以上を含む
請求項1に記載の塩化水素酸化反応用成型触媒。 - 前記成型触媒は球形(sphere)、円柱形(cylinder)、中空形(hollow tube)、環形(ring)及びトリローブ形(trilobes)から選択される少なくともいずれか1つ以上を含む
請求項1に記載の塩化水素酸化反応用成型触媒。 - 前記成型触媒は直径が1乃至10mmである
請求項1に記載の塩化水素酸化反応用成型触媒。 - 前記成型触媒は比表面積が5乃至300m2/gである
請求項1に記載の塩化水素酸化反応用成型触媒。 - 前記成型触媒は総細孔容積(total pore volume)が0.1乃至2ml/gである
請求項1に記載の塩化水素酸化反応用成型触媒。 - 前記成型触媒は圧縮強度(crushing strength)が3乃至200Nである
請求項1に記載の塩化水素酸化反応用成型触媒。 - 異種物質から選択される少なくともいずれか1つ以上が溶解された溶液を担体に担持する第1担持ステップと、
第1担持ステップ後に1次乾燥、焼成及び冷却後に固形分を得るステップと、
前記固形分に有機バインダ、無機バインダ及び水を混合して成型して成型担体を製造するステップと、
前記成型担体を2次乾燥、焼成及び冷却後に成型体を製造するステップと、
ルテニウム前駆体が溶解された溶液を製造して前記成型体を担持する第2担持ステップと、
第2担持ステップ後に3次乾燥及び焼成するステップと、を含む
ことを特徴とする塩化水素酸化反応用成型触媒の製造方法。 - 担体に有機バインダ、無機バインダ及び水を混合して成型して成型担体を製造するステップと、
前記成型担体を1次乾燥、焼成及び冷却後に成型体を製造するステップと、
異種物質から選択される少なくともいずれか1つ以上とルテニウム前駆体が溶解された溶液を前記成型体を担持するステップと、
前記担持ステップ後に2次乾燥及び焼成するステップと、を含む
ことを特徴とする塩化水素酸化反応用成型触媒の製造方法。 - 担体に有機バインダ、無機バインダ及び水を混合して成型担体を製造するステップと、
前記成型ステップ後に1次乾燥、焼成及び冷却して成型体を製造するステップと、
異種物質から選択される少なくともいずれか1つ以上の前駆体が溶解された溶液を前記成型体を担持する第1担持ステップと、
前記第1担持ステップ後に2次乾燥、焼成及び冷却して固形体を得るステップと、
ルテニウム前駆体が溶解された溶液を前記成型体を担持する第2担持ステップと、
第2担持ステップ後に3次乾燥及び焼成するステップと、を含む
ことを特徴とする塩化水素酸化反応用成型触媒の製造方法。 - 前記成型担体を製造するステップで、
固形分100重量部に対して、水30乃至150重量部、有機バインダ1乃至15重量部及び無機バインダ5乃至30重量部を含む
請求項9に記載の塩化水素酸化反応用成型触媒の製造方法。 - 前記成型担体を製造するステップで、
担体100重量部に対して、水30乃至150重量部、有機バインダ1乃至15重量部及び無機バインダ5乃至30重量部を含む
請求項10乃至11のいずれか一項に記載の塩化水素酸化反応用成型触媒の製造方法。 - 前記成型担体はアルミナ、チタニア及びジルコニアから選択される少なくともいずれか1つ以上を含む
請求項9乃至11のいずれか一項に記載の塩化水素酸化反応用成型触媒の製造方法。 - 前記有機バインダはメチルセルロース、ヒドロキシエチルセルロース、ソジウムカルボキシメチルセルロース、精製デンプン、デキストリン、ポリビニルアルコール、ポリビニルブチラール、ポリメチルメタクリレート、ポリエチレングリコール、パラフィン、ワックスエマルジョン及び微結晶ワックスから選択される少なくともいずれか1つ以上を含む
請求項9乃至11のいずれか一項に記載の塩化水素酸化反応用成型触媒の製造方法。 - 前記無機バインダはアルミナゾル(alumina sol)、シリカゾル(silica sol)、チタニアゾル(titania sol)及びジルコニアゾル(zirconia sol)から選択される少なくともいずれか1つ以上を含む
請求項9至11のいずれか一項に記載の塩化水素酸化反応用成型触媒の製造方法。 - 前記異種物質はセリウム、アルミニウム及びシリカから選択される少なくともいずれか1つ以上を含む
請求項9乃至11のいずれか一項に記載の塩化水素酸化反応用成型触媒の製造方法。 - 前記乾燥は10℃乃至120℃で3時間乃至12時間の間行う
請求項9乃至11のいずれか一項に記載の塩化水素酸化反応用成型触媒の製造方法。 - 前記焼成は300℃乃至600℃で2時間乃至6時間の間行う
請求項9乃至11のいずれか一項に記載の塩化水素酸化反応用成型触媒の製造方法。 - 前記冷却は1℃乃至35℃の室温で行う
請求項9乃至11のいずれか一項に記載の塩化水素酸化反応用成型触媒の製造方法。 - 請求項1乃至8のいずれか一項に記載の成型触媒の存在下で塩化水素酸化による
ことを特徴とする塩素の製造方法。 - 前記塩素の製造は200℃乃至450℃で行う
