Claims (14)
- 塩化水素酸化反応工程用成型触媒であって、
前記塩化水素酸化反応工程用成型触媒は成型担体100重量部に対して、ルテニウム酸化物1乃至10重量部及び金属酸化物を0.5乃至10重量部を含み、
前記金属酸化物はセリアを含み、
前記塩化水素酸化反応工程用成型触媒はペレット形態であり、圧縮強度(crushing strength)が32乃至200Nである
ことを特徴とする塩化水素酸化反応工程用成型触媒。 - 前記金属酸化物は、ジルコニアを含む
請求項1に記載の塩化水素酸化反応工程用成型触媒。 - 前記金属酸化物は、セリア:ジルコニアの含有量比が1:0.5乃至1である
請求項2に記載の塩化水素酸化反応工程用成型触媒。 - 前記成型担体はアルミナ、チタニア及びジルコニアから選択される少なくともいずれか1つ以上を含む
請求項1に記載の塩化水素酸化反応工程用成型触媒。 - 前記ペレット形態は、直径が1乃至10mmである
請求項1に記載の塩化水素酸化反応工程用成型触媒。 - 請求項1に記載の塩化水素酸化反応工程用成型触媒の製造方法であって、
金属酸化物添加剤及びルテニウム酸化物から選択される少なくともいずれか1つ以上を成型担体に含浸して製造され、
前記含浸は、担体を成型し金属酸化物添加剤とルテニウム酸化物を同時に添加して含浸するか、または、担体を成型し金属酸化物添加剤を先に添加して含浸し、ルテニウム酸化物を後で添加して含浸し、
前記金属酸化物添加剤は、セリウムの錯塩を含む
ことを特徴とする塩化水素酸化反応工程用成型触媒の製造方法。 - 前記含浸後に乾燥及び焼成することをさらに含む
請求項6に記載の塩化水素酸化反応工程用成型触媒の製造方法。 - 前記金属酸化物添加剤は、ジルコニウムの錯塩をさらに含む
請求項6に記載の塩化水素酸化反応工程用成型触媒の製造方法。 - 前記セリウムの錯塩は、硝酸セリウムを含む
請求項6に記載の塩化水素酸化反応工程用成型触媒の製造方法。 - 前記成型担体はアルミナ、チタニア及びジルコニアから選択される少なくともいずれか1つ以上を含む
請求項6に記載の塩化水素酸化反応工程用成型触媒の製造方法。 - 前記乾燥は10℃乃至120℃で3時間乃至5時間の間行う
請求項7に記載の塩化水素酸化反応用成型触媒の製造方法。 - 前記焼成は350℃乃至700℃で行われる
請求項7に記載の塩化水素酸化反応工程用成型触媒の製造方法。 - 請求項1に記載の触媒の存在下で塩化水素酸化反応による
ことを特徴とする塩素の製造方法。 - 前記塩化水素酸化反応は280℃乃至380℃で行う
