Abstract
Description
・サイジング工程および/または塗装工程で発生するポリビニルアルコールポリマを含む排水を、ポリビニルアルコールポリマが20~30質量%含まれるように濾過および/または蒸発工程を適用する段階、
・濾過および/または蒸発工程の結果、ポリビニルアルコールポリマを20~30質量%含有する排水に、
・カルボニルジイミダゾール、エチレンジアミン、または
・4-クロロ-プロピオニルクロリドとエチレンジアミンを加え、PVA-エチレンジアミンハイドロゲル溶媒を得る段階、
・PVA-エチレンジアミンハイドロゲル溶媒を含む溶媒浴に、ジメチルスルホキシド、ホウ酸、酢酸、界面活性剤を20~30%の割合で添加する段階、
・得られたPVA-エチレンジアミンハイドロゲル溶媒に臨界な液相のアセトンを加えて凝固工程を適用する段階、
・凝固浴を通過したポリビニルアルコールポリマを200℃~250℃の温度範囲で湿った状態で延伸し、固定工程を受ける段階。
Claims (9)
- サイジング工程および/または塗装工程で発生するポリビニルアルコールポリマを含む排水を、ポリビニルアルコールポリマが20~30質量%含まれるように濾過および/または蒸発工程を適用する工程段階と、
前記濾過および/または蒸発工程の結果として、ポリビニルアルコールポリマを20~30質量%含有する排水に、
カルボニルジイミダゾールおよびエチレンジアミン、または
4-クロロ-プロピオニルクロリドとエチレンジアミンを加え、PVA-エチレンジアミンハイドロゲル溶媒を得る工程段階と、
前記PVA-エチレンジアミンハイドロゲル溶媒を含む溶媒浴に、ジメチルスルホキシド、ホウ酸、酢酸、界面活性剤を20~30%の割合で添加する工程段階であって、
得られた前記PVA-エチレンジアミンハイドロゲル溶媒に臨界な液相のアセトンを加えて凝固させる凝固工程と、
凝固浴を通過したポリビニルアルコールポリマを200℃~250℃の温度範囲で湿った状態で延伸し、固定工程を受ける段階とを含む工程段階と、
を備える、フィラメント繊維製造方法。 - ポリビニルアルコールポリマを20~30質量%含む排水混合物に、ジメチルスルホキシドを30~70質量%、ホウ酸を0.1~1.0質量%、pH値を4~5の範囲に調整した酢酸、界面活性剤を1~20質量%添加し、濾過および/または蒸発工程を行った結果、ポリビニルアルコールポリマを20~30質量%含む排水に添加する工程段階を備える、請求項1に記載のフィラメント繊維製造方法。
- 界面活性剤として非イオン性のポリエチレングリコールを添加する工程段階を備える、請求項1または2に記載のフィラメント繊維製造方法。
- 界面活性剤として非イオン性多価アルコールを添加する工程段階を備える、請求項1または2に記載のフィラメント繊維製造方法。
- 界面活性剤として、非イオン性のポリエチレングリコールを1~20質量%の割合で添加する工程段階を備える、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載のフィラメント繊維製造方法。
- 界面活性剤として、非イオン性多価アルコールを1~20質量%の割合で添加する工程段階を備える、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載のフィラメント繊維製造方法。
- ノズル直径が0.11mmから0.08mmの間で変化する凝固工程を備える、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載のフィラメント繊維製造方法。
- 10~100g/LのNaOH、100~300g/Lの硫酸ナトリウム、2~20質量%のアセトン、2~20質量%の2-プロパノールを含む凝固工程を備える、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載のフィラメント繊維製造方法。
- 温度235℃および圧力46.9バールで行うアセトンが臨界流体相に遷移する工程段階を備える、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載のフィラメント繊維製造方法。
