Abstract
Description
(1)絶縁基材11の表面に気相成長法又は無電解めっき法により導電層12を形成することで、複合テープ材料を作製する。
(2)図9を参照して、導電層12の表面に活物質層13と保護層14とを同時に塗布する。塗布時には、活物質層13の保護層14から遠い一端の厚みを薄くさせる。
(3)活物質層13をロールプレスすることで、活物質層13を圧密して、密度を高める。
(4)ロールプレス終了後、導電層12に金属箔材(例えばアルミニウム箔)を溶接した後、前記金属箔材、保護層14、導電層12及び絶縁基体11を同時に切断することで、図7に示す電極部材1を得る。

Claims (10)
- 絶縁基体(11)と、導電層(12)と、活物質層(13)とを備えた二次電池の電極部材(1)であって、
導電層(12)は、絶縁基体(11)の表面に設けられており、活物質層(13)が塗布された本体部121と、本体部(121)から延びる突部(122)とを含み、突部(122)には、活物質層(13)が塗布されておらず、
活物質層(13)は、第1の部分(131)と第2の部分(132)とを含み、第1の部分(131)は、活物質層(13)の突部(122)から遠い端部に位置しており、第2の部分(132)は、第1の部分(131)の突部(122)に近い側に位置しており、且つ、第1の部分(131)の厚みは、第2の部分(132)の厚みよりも薄い電極部材。 - 第1の部分(131)の厚さは、突部(122)から離れる方向に向かって徐々に減少している、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電極部材(1)。 - 高さ方向(Z)において、第1の部分(131)の寸法と活物質層(13)の全体寸法との比は、3%~20%である、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電極部材(1)。 - 第2の部分(132)の密度は、第1の部分(131)の密度よりも大きい、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電極部材(1)。 - 第1の部分(131)の厚さと第2の部分(132)の厚さとの差は、0.5μm~20μmである、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電極部材(1)。 - 活物質層(13)は、第3の部分(133)をさらに含み、第3の部分(133)は、第2の部分(132)の突部(122)に近い側に位置しており、且つ、第3の部分(133)の厚さは第2の部分(132)の厚さよりも薄く、
第3の部分(133)の厚さは、突部(122)に近い方向に向かって徐々に減少している、
ことを特徴とする請求項1~5のいずれか1項に記載の電極部材(1)。 - 前記電極部材(1)は、突部(122)の絶縁基体(11)から遠い側に設けられており、第3の部分(133)に接続された保護層(14)をさらに備える、
ことを特徴とする請求項6に記載の電極部材(1)。 - 絶縁基体(11)の延性と導電層(12)の延性との差は、同じ作用力で4%以下である、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電極部材電極部材。 - 絶縁基体(11)の延性は、10%未満である、
ことを特徴とする請求項8に記載の電極部材(1)。 - 請求項1~9のいずれか1項に記載の電極部材(1)を含む電極組立体を備える、
