供給材料として第1の未透過物(4)を受け取るように前記第1の膜分離ステージ(3)に接続されており、メタンよりも二酸化炭素に対してより高い透過率を有するガス分離膜を含み、メタン富化製品ガスとしての第2の未透過物(7)および第2の透過物(8)を生成する、第2の膜分離ステージ(6)と、
供給材料として第1の透過物(5)を受け取るように前記第1の膜分離ステージ(3)に接続されており、メタンよりも二酸化炭素に対してより高い透過率を有するガス分離膜を含み、第3の未透過物(10)および第3の透過物(11)を生成する、任意選択の第3の膜分離ステージ(9)と、
前記ガス圧縮機(1)の上流の前記供給ライン(2)上にある再循環供給点(13)に接続されており、前記第2の透過物(8)を受け取るように前記第2の膜分離ステージ(6)に接続されているか、または任意選択の第3の膜分離ステージ(9)が存在する場合ならば、前記第3の未透過物(10)を受け取るように前記第3の膜分離ステージ(9)に接続されているか、または前記第2の透過物(8)および前記第3の未透過物(10)を受け取るように前記第2の膜分離ステージ(6)および前記第3の膜分離ステージ(9)の両方に接続されている、再循環導管(12)と、

Claims (16)
- メタン、二酸化炭素および硫化水素を含有するガス混合物からメタンを分離するための装置であって、
ガス圧縮機(1)と、
前記ガス混合物を前記ガス圧縮機(1)に供給するための供給ライン(2)と、
前記ガス圧縮機(1)の下流にあり、メタンよりも二酸化炭素に対してより高い透過率を有するガス分離膜を含み、第1の未透過物(4)および第1の透過物(5)を生成する、第1の膜分離ステージ(3)と、
供給材料として第1の未透過物(4)を受け取るように前記第1の膜分離ステージ(3)に接続されており、メタンよりも二酸化炭素に対してより高い透過率を有するガス分離膜を含み、メタン富化製品ガスとしての第2の未透過物(7)および第2の透過物(8)を生成する、第2の膜分離ステージ(6)と、
供給材料として第1の透過物(5)を受け取るように前記第1の膜分離ステージ(3)に接続されており、メタンよりも二酸化炭素に対してより高い透過率を有するガス分離膜を含み、第3の未透過物(10)および第3の透過物(11)を生成する、任意選択の第3の膜分離ステージ(9)と、
前記ガス圧縮機(1)の上流の前記供給ライン(2)上にある再循環供給点(13)に接続されており、前記第2の透過物(8)を受け取るように前記第2の膜分離ステージ(6)に接続されているか、または任意選択の第3の膜分離ステージ(9)が存在する場合ならば、前記第3の未透過物(10)を受け取るように前記第3の膜分離ステージ(9)に接続されているか、または前記第2の透過物(8)および前記第3の未透過物(10)を受け取るように前記第2の膜分離ステージ(6)および前記第3の膜分離ステージ(9)の両方に接続されている、再循環導管(12)と、
酸素によって硫化水素を酸化させるための触媒活性を有する活性炭床を含む、前記再循環供給点(13)と前記第1の膜分離ステージ(3)との間に配置された、少なくとも1つの硫化水素吸着器(14)と
を含む、装置。 - 前記硫化水素吸着器(14)が、前記再循環供給点(13)と前記ガス圧縮機(1)との間に配置されている、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記再循環導管(12)が、前記硫化水素吸着器(14)と前記ガス圧縮機(1)との間に位置する追加の再循環供給点(15)と、前記再循環供給点(13)および前記追加の再循環供給点(15)に移動する再利用ガスの割合を制御するための少なくとも1つの制御弁(16)とへの追加の接続を含む、請求項2に記載の装置。
- 前記再循環供給点(13)と前記硫化水素吸着器(14)との間または前記硫化水素吸着器(14)と前記追加の再循環供給点(15)との間の前記供給ライン(2)上にある酸素濃度測定(17)と、前記制御弁(16)を操作して、事前設定した範囲内に前記酸素濃度を維持するように構成されたコントローラとを含む、請求項3に記載の装置。
- 前記再循環供給点(13)と前記硫化水素吸着器(14)との間または前記硫化水素吸着器(14)と前記追加の再循環供給点(15)との間の前記供給ライン(2)上にある相対湿度の測定と、前記制御弁(16)を操作して、事前設定した範囲内に前記相対湿度を維持するように構成されたコントローラとを含む、請求項3または4に記載の装置。
- 前記任意選択の第3の膜分離ステージの代わりとしての、供給材料として第1の透過物(5)を受け取るように前記第1の膜分離ステージ(3)に接続されており、二酸化炭素富化凝縮液(17)および非凝縮ガス混合物(18)を生成する、二酸化炭素凝縮ステージと、前記ガス圧縮機(1)と前記第1の膜分離ステージ(3)との間のさらなる再循環供給点(20)に接続されており、前記非凝縮ガス混合物を受け取るように前記二酸化炭素凝縮ステージに接続されている、さらなる再循環導管(19)とを含む、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記硫化水素吸着器(14)が、ヨウ素、ヨウ化物塩またはヨウ素前駆体でドープまたは含侵させた活性炭を含む、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記硫化水素吸着器(14)が、アルカリ金属水酸化物、アルカリ金属炭酸塩、アルカリ土類金属酸化物およびアルカリ土類金属炭酸塩から選択される塩基性化合物でドープまたは含侵させた活性炭を含む、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記膜分離ステージが、ポリイミド中空繊維膜を含む、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- メタン、二酸化炭素および硫化水素を含有するガス混合物からメタンを分離する方法であって、請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載の装置の供給ラインへ前記ガス混合物を供給し、第2の膜分離ステージから未透過物をメタン富化製品ガスとして回収することを含む、方法。
- 前記ガス混合物が、請求項4に記載の装置の供給ラインへ供給され、再循環供給点に再循環されたガスの割合が、硫化水素吸着器に供給されたガスまたは硫化水素吸着器から出たガス中の酸素濃度を事前設定された範囲内に維持するように制御される、請求項10に記載の方法。
- 前記硫化水素吸着器に供給されたガス中の酸素濃度が、0.1〜1.5体積%、好ましくは0.3〜1.0体積%、最も好ましくは0.4〜0.8体積%の範囲内に維持される、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 前記ガス混合物が、請求項5に記載の装置の供給ラインへ供給され、再循環供給点に再循環されたガスの割合が、硫化水素吸着器に供給されたガスまたは硫化水素吸着器から出たガス中の相対湿度を事前設定された範囲内に維持するように制御される、請求項10に記載の方法。
- 前記相対湿度が、25〜95%、好ましくは30〜90%、最も好ましくは40〜80%の範囲内に維持される、請求項13に記載の方法。
- 前記ガス混合物が、請求項6に記載の装置の供給ラインへ供給され、液化二酸化炭素が、前記二酸化炭素凝縮ステージから追加の生成物として回収される、請求項10に記載の方法。
- 前記ガス混合物が、嫌気性消化槽からのバイオガスである、請求項10から15のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
