Description
印刷回路基板の上に搭載され、一側が外部に開放された空いた空間が形成されるように構成された側壁、及び印刷回路基板に挿通するように側壁の外面から突出した固定部、が備えられたハウジングと、
一端がハウジングの側壁に挿通し、他端が印刷回路基板に挿通し、印刷回路基板と電気的に接続するように構成された接続端子と、
一部分がハウジングの空間に挿入され、残りの部分がハウジングの外部へ突出しており、他のコネクターの接続端子が挿入されるように複数の接続ホールを有する端子収容部、及び固定部の印刷回路基板から外部へ突出した部分と物理的に結合するように端子収容部の外面から固定部が位置した方向へ延びた結合部、が備えられた接続ユニットと、を含む。
端子収容部の下部から下方へ長く延びた柱部と、
柱部の下端部から固定突起が形成された方向へ延び、延びた方向の端部が固定突起と結合するように構成されたフックと、を備え得る。
左右方向へ線状で延びた延長構造と、
延長構造の左右方向の両端から前後方向へ延びたサイド構造と、を備え得る。
延長構造には、内側へ凹んだ結合溝が備えられ、
フックには、結合溝に挿入されるように構成された締結突起が備えられ得る。

Claims (11)
- 印刷回路基板の上に搭載され、一側が外部に開放された空いた空間が形成されるように構成された側壁と、前記印刷回路基板に挿通するように前記側壁の外面から突出した固定部と、を備えるハウジングと、
一端が前記ハウジングの前記側壁に挿通し、他端が前記印刷回路基板に挿通し、前記印刷回路基板と電気的に接続するように構成された接続端子と、
一部が前記ハウジングの空間に挿入され、残りの部分が前記ハウジングの外部へ突出しており、他のコネクターの接続端子が挿入されるように複数の接続ホールを有する端子収容部と、前記固定部の前記印刷回路基板から外部へ突出した部分と物理的に結合するように前記端子収容部の外面から前記固定部が位置した方向へ延びた結合部と、を備える接続ユニットと、
を含むコネクター。 - 前記固定部は、前記結合部と結合し、前記ハウジングの側壁の下部から下方へ突出して延び、さらに水平方向へ線状で延びた固定突起を備える、請求項1に記載のコネクター。
- 前記結合部は、
前記端子収容部の下部から下方へ長く延びた柱部と、
前記柱部の下端部から前記固定突起が形成された方向へ延び、延びた方向の端部が固定突起と結合するように構成されたフックと、を備える、請求項2に記載のコネクター。 - 前記結合部は、前記フックが上下方向へ移動するように前記柱部の下端部から前記固定突起が形成された方向の反対方向へ長く延びた調整台を備える、請求項3に記載のコネクター。
- 前記接続ユニットは、前記結合部をカバーするように前記端子収容部の下部から下方へ延びたカバー部を備える、請求項4に記載のコネクター。
- 前記フックは、前記印刷回路基板の外面と対向し、前記固定突起が形成された方向へ長く延びたガイド突起を備える、請求項4または5に記載のコネクター。
- 前記固定突起の一部は、前記フックの突起と前記ガイド突起との間に挟まれるように構成された、請求項6に記載のコネクター。
- 前記固定突起は、
左右方向へ線状で延びた延長構造と、
前記延長構造の左右方向の両端から前後方向へ延びたサイド構造と、を備える、請求項3から7のいずれか一項に記載のコネクター。 - 前記フックは、前記固定突起の延長構造にフック結合するように構成され、
前記延長構造には、内側へ凹んだ結合溝が備えられ、
前記フックは、前記結合溝に挿入されるように構成された締結突起を備える、請求項8に記載のコネクター。 - 請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載のコネクター及び前記印刷回路基板を含む、印刷回路基板アセンブリー。
- 請求項10に記載の印刷回路基板アセンブリーを含む、バッテリーパック。
