Abstract
Description
図1に示す本実施形態に係る電気接続箱1は、例えば、自動車等の車両に搭載される。電気接続箱1は、図1、図2に示すように、回路基板2と、基板コネクタ10とを備える。電気接続箱1は、これらの構成要素が筐体(不図示)に収容され、組み立てられることでユニット化される。

Claims (4)
- 回路基板と、
接続端子を保持し、かつ前記回路基板に固定されるハウジングを有する基板コネクタと、を備え、
前記回路基板は、
直線状の端縁に設けられたスリット部と、
前記接続端子が半田付けされるスルーホールと異なる位置に設けられ、前記スリット部を挟んで前記端縁と平行に配列された複数の貫通孔と、を有し、
前記ハウジングは、
前記回路基板の端縁と当接する位置決め面と、
前記位置決め面から前記位置決め面と直交する直交方向に突出して形成され、前記回路基板の端縁が前記位置決め面に当接した当接状態において、前記スリット部に挿入されかつ少なくとも前記スリット部の幅方向において前記回路基板と接触する位置決めリブと、
各前記貫通孔に対応して形成されており、前記位置決め面から突出し前記回路基板側に延在して形成され、前記当接状態で前記回路基板の第一面に当接して前記回路基板を支持する支持部と、
前記支持部から前記回路基板側に突出して形成され、前記貫通孔に挿通される凸状部と、を有し、
各前記凸状部は、
外周面より軸心に向かう複数のスリットで周方向に分割され、それぞれが径方向に弾性変形自在に形成された複数の分割片を有し、
複数の分割片のうち、少なくとも1つは、
前記外周面から径方向外側に突出して形成され、前記凸状部が前記貫通孔に挿通された挿通状態で、前記支持部との間で前記回路基板が挿抜方向に移動することを規制する規制部が形成され、
前記接続端子は、前記位置決めリブが前記スリット部に挿入された挿入状態、かつ前記凸状部が前記貫通孔に挿通され前記規制部により前記回路基板の移動が規制された状態で、前記回路基板のスルーホールに挿通された状態となり、
前記接続端子が前記スルーホールに半田付けされることで前記基板コネクタが前記回路基板に固定される、
ことを特徴とする電気接続箱。 - 前記規制部は、
前記挿通状態において、複数の前記分割片のうち、前記位置決め面から前記直交方向において最も離間している前記分割片に形成される、
請求項1に記載の電気接続箱。 - 各前記分割片は、
先端部の周方向に先端部分と切り欠き部分とが形成され、
前記切り欠き部分は、
前記周方向において隣り合う前記先端部の周方向の一方に形成され、
前記先端部分は、
前記周方向において隣り合う前記先端部の周方向の他方に形成され、
前記凸状部が前記貫通孔に挿入される際に、周方向において隣り合う一方の前記先端部の前記先端部分が、周方向において隣り合う他方の前記先端部の前記切り欠き部分に挿入される、
請求項1または2に記載の電気接続箱。 - 前記ハウジングは、
前記位置決め面に連続して形成され、前記当接状態において、前記挿抜方向のうち抜去方向側に向かって前記回路基板から離間するように傾斜する傾斜面を有する、
請求項1~3のいずれか1項に記載の電気接続箱。
