本発明の上記と他の目的、特徴、メリット及び実施例をより分かりやすくするために、図面の詳細な説明は以下の通りである。
Claims (11)
- カキ殻焼成粉末と、ポリ塩化ビニルと、アクリル酸エステル系共重合体と、を含むプラスチック。
- アクリル酸エステル系共重合体の分子量範囲は、100万~700万の間である請求項1に記載のプラスチック。
- ポリ塩化ビニル100重量部に対して、前記カキ殻焼成粉末は3~10重量部であり、アクリル酸エステル系共重合体は0.8重量部~10重量部である請求項1に記載のプラスチック。
- アクリル酸エステル系共重合体の構成成分は、メチルメタクリレートとブチルアクリレートとを含む請求項1に記載のプラスチック。
- アクリル酸エステル系共重合体100重量%に対して、メチルメタクリレートは50重量%~99重量%であり、ブチルアクリレートは1重量%~50重量%である請求項4に記載のプラスチック。
- アクリル酸エステル系共重合体の構成成分は、ブチルメタクリレートを更に含む請求項4に記載のプラスチック。
- アクリル酸エステル系共重合体100重量%に対して、メチルメタクリレートは50重量%~70重量%であり、ブチルアクリレートは10重量%~30重量%であり、ブチルメタクリレートは10重量%~30重量%である請求項6に記載のプラスチック。
- カキ殻を提供することと、
前記カキ殻を焼成し、カキ殻焼成粉末を得ることと、
前記カキ殻焼成粉末、ポリ塩化ビニル及びアクリル酸エステル系共重合体を溶融し、プラスチックを得ることと、
を含むプラスチックの製造方法。 - 前記カキ殻焼成粉末、ポリ塩化ビニル及びアクリル酸エステル系共重合体を溶融する工程において、ポリ塩化ビニル100重量部に対して、前記カキ殻焼成粉末は3重量部~10重量部であり、アクリル酸エステル系共重合体は0.8重量部~10重量部である請求項8に記載の方法。
- 請求項1~請求項7のいずれか1項に記載のプラスチックを含むプラスチック製品。
- パイプ、包装材、文房具、装飾材、建築材料、又はそれらの組み合わせである請求項10に記載のプラスチック製品。
