Abstract
Description
クランク軸の駆動プーリ及び動力用電動モータのモータプーリに巻回される無端回動帯が設けられ、前記電動モータは、一つの支持ブラケットを用いて位置固定状態でエンジンケースに取付けられていることを特徴とする。
第2支持部24は、モータハウジング8Hの下部に形成される前後一対の下突片8B,8B(二股状の下突片8B)をボルト止めすべく取付部25から斜め下方に突設されている。第2支持部24は、一対の下突片8B,8B間に挟まれるボス部24Aを有し、ボス部24Aにはボルト挿通用で前後向きの取付孔24aが形成されている。
第1取付部25Aを取付けるボルト36の螺着手段(前側壁1Aの雌ネジ部)は、現行エンジン(異仕様エンジンF)のダイナモステー38もボルト止め可能な構造としてある(図13を参照)ので、現行エンジンをベースにしてコンパチブルに産業用ハイブリッドエンジンEが実現できている。
支持ブラケット22は、シリンダブロック1の右側壁1Rと、カバーケース5の前側壁(符記省略)との2箇所でもってボルト止めされるとか、取付部25が、第1支持部23の上側及び第2支持部24の下側の2箇所に存在してそれぞれがエンジンケースkにボルト止めされる構成など、種々の構造変更が可能である。

Claims (10)
- クランク軸の駆動プーリ及び動力用電動モータのモータプーリに巻回される無端回動帯が設けられ、前記電動モータは、一つの支持ブラケットを用いて位置固定状態でエンジンケースに取付けられている産業用ハイブリッドエンジン。
- 前記支持ブラケットは、前記電動モータを取付けるための第1及び第2支持部と、これら第1及び第2支持部の間に位置して前記エンジンケースに取付けるための取付部とを有している請求項1に記載の産業用ハイブリッドエンジン。
- 前記第1支持部は、前記電動モータの上部をボルト止めすべく前記取付部から斜め上方に突設され、前記第2支持部は、前記電動モータの下部をボルト止めすべく前記取付部から斜め下方に突設されている請求項2に記載の産業用ハイブリッドエンジン。
- 前記取付部は、前記エンジンケースの第1ケース側壁にボルト止めされる第1取付部と、前記エンジンケースにおける前記第1ケース側壁と向きが異なる第2ケース側壁にボルト止めされる第2取付部とを有している請求項2又は3に記載の産業用ハイブリッドエンジン。
- 前記第1ケース側壁は、前記駆動プーリが配置される側となる前側壁であり、前記第2ケース側壁は、吸気マニホルドが配置される側となる横側壁である請求項3に記載の産業用ハイブリッドエンジン。
- 前記エンジンケースはシリンダブロックであり、前記前側壁は前記シリンダブロックの前側壁であり、かつ、前記横側壁は前記シリンダブロックの横側壁である請求項5に記載の産業用ハイブリッドエンジン。
- 前記電動モータの軸心の位置は、前記シリンダブロックの上端よりも低い高さに設定されている請求項6に記載の産業用ハイブリッドエンジン。
- 前記無端回動帯における前記モータプーリに対する押し引きの各無端回動帯部分に緊張作用する両方向形のテンショナが設けられ、
前記テンショナは、前記電動モータに支持される緊張ブラケットに取付けられている請求項1~7の何れか一項に記載の産業用ハイブリッドエンジン。 - 前記無端回動帯における前記クランクプーリと前記モータプーリとの間の部分に巻回されるアイドルプーリが設けられ、
前記アイドルプーリを軸支するアイドラブラケットは、異なる仕様のエンジンにおける補機を取付けるための螺着部を用いて取付けられている請求項8に記載の産業用ハイブリッドエンジン。 - 前記補機はオイルフィルタである請求項9に記載の産業用ハイブリッドエンジン。
