Description
本発明は、用量比固定製剤で免疫チェックポイント抗体と第二抗体の組み合わせを含む医薬組成物に関する。
ヒト癌は、多数の遺伝的および後成的変更を有し、免疫系が認識できる可能性のあるネオアンチゲンを産生する(Sjoblom et al. (2006) Science 314:268-74)。Tリンパ球およびBリンパ球からなる適応免疫系は、強力な抗癌能を有し、多様な腫瘍抗原に応答する広い能力および絶妙な特異性を備える。さらに、免疫系は、相当な柔軟性およびメモリー要素を示す。適応免疫系のこれらの全ての性質の利用の成功は、免疫療法を、全癌処置モダリティーの中で独特なものとする。
本発明は、X量の抗PD-1抗体またはその抗原結合フラグメントを含む第一抗体またはその抗原結合フラグメントおよびY量の第二抗体またはその抗原結合フラグメントを含む医薬組成物に関し、ここで、X量対Y量の比は、約50:1~約1:50である。ある態様において、X対Y比は約50:1、約40:1、約30:1、約20:1、約10:1、約5:1、約3:1、約1:1、約1:3、約1:5、約1:10、約1:20、約1:30、約1:40または約1:50である。
本発明は、抗PD-1抗体および第二抗体両者を含む医薬組成物に関する。ある態様において、組成物は用量比固定製剤である。このような単一製剤用量比固定組成物の利点は、処置の時間(例えば、静脈内投与組成物について)の短縮または投与負担(例えば、複数i.v.注射)の軽減および両薬物についての複合薬物プロファイルを有する能力による、医療コンプライアンスの改善を含み得る。しかしながら、このような単一製剤用量比固定組成物は、2抗体間の望まない相互作用を誘発し、それにより活性成分の総量が低下することがあり、同時に医師が用量をカスタマイズする手腕を制限する。

本発明は、疾患または状態を有する対象を、ここに開示する何れかの組成物で処置する方法に関する。ある態様において、方法は、X量の抗PD-1抗体または抗PD-L1抗体である第一抗体およびY量の第二抗体を含む医薬組成物を投与することに関し、ここで、第一抗体の量対第二抗体の量の比は、組成物中、約100:1~約1:100の固定用量比である。
ある態様において、組成物を患者の体重と無関係に均一用量で投与する。例えば、抗PD-1抗体と第二抗体を、患者の体重を考慮することなく、0.1mg、0.5mg、1mg、2mg、3mg、4mg、5mg、10mg、15mg、20mg、50mg、75mg、80mg、200mg、240mg、300mg、360mg、400mg、480mg、500mg、750mgまたは1500mgまたはここに開示する何れかの他の用量の均一用量で投与してよい。ある態様において、組成物を、ここに開示する何れかの用量で、体重に基づく用量で投与する。ある態様において、単一用量で患者に投与する第一抗体の量および第二抗体の量は、それぞれ、X量およびY量と同一である。
本発明の範囲内にあるのは、また、抗PD-1抗体/第二抗体組成物および治療使用に関する指示を含むキットである。キットは、典型的にキットの内容物の意図される用途および使用のための指示を示す、指示書を含む。用語指示書は、キット上にまたはキットと共にもしくは他の方法でキットに添付された、あらゆる記述されたまたは記録された書類をいう。従って、本発明は、(a)適当な用量のここに開示する組成物および(b)ここに開示する方法の何れかにおいて組成物を使用するための指示を含む、キットを提供する。
製剤可能性試験を、イピリムマブおよびニボルマブの個々の製剤(図1)を、最終イピリムマブ対ニボルマブ比1:1で混合することにより製造した、単一用量比固定組み合わせ(FDRC)製剤におけるイピリムマブおよびニボルマブの安定性を評価するために実施した。
各時点で、サンプルバイアルを外観、室温でのpH、HIAC、サイズ排除クロマトグラフィーおよび画像化毛管等電点電気泳動(cIEF)により分析した。HIAC(Royco)は、光遮蔽式粒子計数技術装置である。
SECを、3ヶ月間、40℃で保存後のニボルマブDPおよびイピリムマブDP対照および1:1投与量比組み合わせ(EC FDRC(1:1))製剤で実施した(図2A)。3ヶ月間、40℃で保存後、ニボルマブDP対照HMWピークサイズは約1.6%増加し、イピリムマブDP対照HMWピークサイズは約0.25%増加した(図2A)。EC FDRC(1:1)製剤HMWピークサイズは、3ヶ月間、40℃で保存後、約0.7%増加した(図2A)。6ヶ月間、40℃で保存後、EC FDRC(1:1)製剤HMWピークサイズは、0.555%から最終HMWピークサイズ2.82%まで増加し、約2.265%の増加であった(表2)。6ヶ月間、5℃で保存後、EC FDRC(1:1)製剤HMWピークサイズは、0.555%から最終HMWピークサイズ0.525%に減少した(表2)。
製剤可能性試験を、イピリムマブおよびニボルマブの個々の製剤を最終比3:1、1:1および1:3で混合することにより調製したイピリムマブ/ニボルマブFDRCの安定性を評価するために実施した(表3)。FDRC製剤を、イピリムマブDS5mg/mLおよびニボルマブDS20mg/mLを混合して、3:1、1:1および1:3タンパク質比となるように調製した(表3)。各混合溶液をさらに撹拌子で室温で30分撹拌し、バイアルに移し、経時的安定性試験のために保存した。バイアルを、5℃、25℃および40℃で最大12ヶ月間保存した。
一般に、HMWおよびLMWの小さな増加が、全3プロトタイプで観察された(図3A~B)。SECを、2ヶ月間、40℃で保存後、ニボルマブDP対照、イピリムマブDP対照およびEC FDRC製剤EC:pH6.0(1:3)、EC:pH6.2(1:1)およびEC:pH6.6(3:1)について実施した(図3Aおよび3B)。イピリムマブ対照製剤は、0日目約0.4%の初期HMWピークサイズを有し、これは、2ヶ月間、40℃で保存後、約0.1%増加して最終HMWピークサイズ0.5%強となった(図3A)。ニボルマブ対照製剤は、0日目約0.8%の初期HMWピークサイズを有し、これは、2ヶ月間、40℃で保存後、約0.7%増加して最終HMWピークサイズ1.5%を超えた(図3A)。EC:pH6.0 FDRC製剤(1:3)は、0日目約0.6%の初期HMWピークサイズを有し、これは、2ヶ月間、40℃で保存後、約0.7%増加して最終HMWピークサイズ約1.3%となった(図3A)。EC:pH6.2 FDRC製剤(1:1)は、0日目約0.5%の初期HMWピークサイズを有し、これは、2ヶ月間、40℃で保存後、約0.5%増加して最終HMWピークサイズ約1.0%となった(図3A)。EC:pH6.6 FDRC製剤(3:1)は、0日目約0.5%の初期HMWピークサイズを有し、これは、2ヶ月間、40℃で保存後、約0.3%増加して最終HMWピークサイズ約0.8%となった(図3A)。
cIEFを、3ヶ月間、25℃(図4A)、3ヶ月間、5℃(図4B)および1ヶ月間、25℃(図4C)で保存後、ニボルマブDP対照、イピリムマブDP対照およびEC FDRC製剤EC:pH6.0(1:3)、EC:pH6.2(1:1)およびEC:pH6.6(3:1)で実施した。3ヶ月間、25℃で保存後、ニボルマブDP対照酸性ピークサイズは約0.05%減少し、イピリムマブDP対照酸性ピークサイズは約5.59%増加した(図4A)。FDRC製剤EC:pH6.0(1:3)で、3ヶ月間、25℃で保存後、ニボルマブおよびイピリムマブ酸性ピークサイズはそれぞれ約5%および約5.7%増加した(図4A)。FDRC製剤EC:pH6.2(1:1)で、3ヶ月間、25℃で保存後、ニボルマブおよびイピリムマブ酸性ピークサイズはそれぞれ約6.8%および約6.3%増加した(図4A)。FDRC製剤EC:pH6.6(3:1)で、3ヶ月間、25℃で保存後、ニボルマブおよびイピリムマブ酸性ピークサイズはそれぞれ約4%および約7.8%増加した(図4A)。3つのFDRC製剤にわたって、イピリムマブ酸性ピークサイズは約5.7%~7.8%または1ヶ月平均約2.2%増加し、そしてニボルマブ酸性ピークサイズは約4%~6.8%または1ヶ月平均2%未満(約1.76%)増加した(図4A)。
実験計画(DoE)の検討を、新規イピリムマブ/ニボルマブ製剤候補の決定のために実施した。プロトタイプイピリムマブ/ニボルマブFDRC(3:1)製剤を、表4に示す選択ヒスチジンまたはクエン酸製剤で調製した。全DoE FDRCプロトタイプを、3:1比で最終濃度10mg/mLのイピリムマブ/ニボルマブに調製した(表4)。FDRCプロトタイプ“Combo 4”は、理論的pH6で、20mMクエン酸、50mM NaCl、50μM DTPA、6%w/v スクロースおよび0.05%w/v PS80を含んだ。FDRCプロトタイプ“Combo 5”は、理論的pH6.0で、20mM ヒスチジン、50mM NaCl、50μM DTPA、6%w/v スクロースおよび0.05%w/v PS80を含んだ。FDRCプロトタイプ“Combo 6”は、理論的pH7で、20mM ヒスチジン、50mM NaCl、50μM DTPA、6%w/v スクロースおよび0.05%w/v PS80を含んだ。FDRCプロトタイプ“Combo New”は、理論的pH6で、20mM ヒスチジン、50μM DTPA、8.5%w/v スクロースおよび0.05%w/v PS80を含んだ。現在のニボルマブDP製剤に類似したFDRCプロトタイプ“Combo 8”は、理論的pH6で、20mMクエン酸、50mM NaCl、20μM DTPA、3%w/v マンニトールおよび0.04%w/v PS80を含んだ。
SECを、3ヶ月間、40℃で保存後、ニボルマブDP対照、イピリムマブDP対照およびDoE FDRC(3:1)製剤Combo New、Combo 4、Combo 5、Combo 6およびCombo 8で実施した(図5A)。イピリムマブ対照製剤は、0日目約0.4%の初期HMWピークサイズを有し、これは3ヶ月間、40℃で保存後、約0.2%増加し、最終HMWピークサイズ約0.6%となった(図5A)。ニボルマブ対照製剤は、0日目約0.7%の初期HMWピークサイズを有し、これは3ヶ月間、40℃で保存後、約1.6%増加し、最終HMWピークサイズ約2.4%となった(図5A)。Combo New FDRC製剤は、0日目約0.4%の初期HMWピークサイズを有し、これは3ヶ月間、40℃で保存後、約0.1%増加し、最終HMWピークサイズ0.5%強となった(図5A)。Combo 4 FDRC製剤は、0日目約0.6%の初期HMWピークサイズを有し、これは3ヶ月間、40℃で保存後、約0.7%増加し、最終HMWピークサイズ約1.3%となった(図5A)。Combo 5 FDRC製剤は、0日目0.5%弱の初期HMWピークサイズを有し、これは3ヶ月間、40℃で保存後、約0.3%増加し、最終HMWピークサイズ0.8%未満となった(図5A)。Combo 6 FDRC製剤は、0日目約0.5%の初期HMWピークサイズを有し、これは3ヶ月間、40℃で保存後、約0.3%増加し、最終HMWピークサイズ約0.8%となった(図5A)。Combo 8 FDRC製剤は、0日目約0.5%の初期HMWピークサイズを有し、これは3ヶ月間、40℃で保存後、約1.0%増加し、最終HMWピークサイズ約1.5%となった(図5A)。
cIEFを、3ヶ月間、25℃で保存後、ニボルマブDP対照、イピリムマブDP対照およびDoE FDRC(3:1)製剤Combo New、Combo 4、Combo 5、Combo 6およびCombo 8で実施した(図5B)。3ヶ月間、25℃で保存後、イピリムマブ対照酸性ピークサイズは約5.59%増加し、ニボルマブDP対照酸性ピークサイズは約0.05%減少した(図5B)。3ヶ月間、25℃で保存後、Combo New FDRC製剤のニボルマブおよびイピリムマブ酸性ピークサイズは、それぞれ約0.64%および5.98%増加した(図5B)。3ヶ月間、25℃で保存後、Combo 4 FDRC製剤のニボルマブおよびイピリムマブ酸性ピークサイズは、それぞれ約5.32%および6.97%増加した(図5B)。3ヶ月間、25℃で保存後、Combo 5 FDRC製剤のニボルマブおよびイピリムマブ酸性ピークサイズは、それぞれ約0.12%および5.34%増加した(図5B)。3ヶ月間、25℃で保存後、Combo 6 FDRC製剤のニボルマブおよびイピリムマブ酸性ピークサイズは、それぞれ約7.01%および12.19%増加した(図5B)。3ヶ月間、25℃で保存後、Combo 8 FDRC製剤のニボルマブおよびイピリムマブ酸性ピークサイズは、各々約7.17%増加した(図5B)。
製剤可能性試験を、ベースの製剤として、実施例3に特徴付けしたDoE FDRC(3:1)Combo New製剤の修正版を使用して、種々のイピリムマブ対ニボルマブ比のイピリムマブ/ニボルマブFDRCの安定性を評価するために実施した。イピリムマブ/ニボルマブFDRCプラットホーム混合(PC)製剤を、表5に示す、イピリムマブ対ニボルマブ比3:1、1:3および1:1で製造した。全製剤をヒスチジン緩衝液で製造し、最終濃度50μM DTPA、0.05%w/v PS80および8.0%w/v スクロースであった(表5)。FDRC PCプロトタイプ4(“PC:pH5.5-1:3”)は1:3比およびpH5.5を有し、FDRC PCプロトタイプ5(“PC:pH6.0-1:3”)は1:3比およびpH6.0を有し、FDRC PCプロトタイプ6(“PC:pH6.5-1:3”)は1:3比およびpH6.5を有し、FDRC PCプロトタイプ7(“PC:pH6.0-1:1”)は1:1比およびpH6.0を有し、FDRC PCプロトタイプ8(“PC:pH6.0-3:1”)は3:1比およびpH6.0を有した(表5)。
SECを、3ヶ月間、40℃で保存後、ニボルマブDP対照、イピリムマブDP対照およびプラットホーム混合(PC)FDRC製剤PC:pH6.0-1:1、PC:pH5.5-1:3、PC:pH6.0-1:3、PC:pH6.5-1:3およびPC:pH6.0-3:1で実施した(図6A)。3ヶ月間、40℃で保存後、ニボルマブおよびイピリムマブ対照製剤のHMWピークサイズはそれぞれ約1.7%および0.25%増加した(図6A)。3ヶ月間、40℃で保存後、HPC:pH6.0-1:1 FDRC製剤のHMWピークサイズは約0.5%増加した(図6A)。3ヶ月間、40℃で保存後、HPC:pH5.5-1:3 FDRC製剤のHMWピークサイズは約1.25%増加した(図6A)。3ヶ月間、40℃で保存後、HPC:pH6.0-1:3 FDRC製剤のHMWピークサイズは約0.75%増加した(図6A)。3ヶ月間、40℃で保存後、HPC:pH6.5-1:3 FDRC製剤のHMWピークサイズは約0.1%増加した(図6A)。3ヶ月間、40℃で保存後、HPC:pH6.0-3:1 FDRC製剤のHMWピークサイズは約0.25%増加した(図6A)。
cIEFを、3ヶ月間、25℃(図7A)および3ヶ月間、5℃(図7B)で保存後、ニボルマブDP対照、イピリムマブDP対照およびプラットホーム混合(PC)FDRC製剤PC:pH6.0-1:1、PC:pH5.5-1:3、PC:pH6.0-1:3、PC:pH6.5-1:3およびPC:pH6.0-3:1で実施した。
製剤可能性試験を、表6に示す数ニボルマブ-DPベース製剤におけるイピリムマブ/ニボルマブ(1:1)FDRCの安定性を評価するために実施した。これらの製剤は、ニボルマブDP製剤の改良によって設計した(図1)。計24バイアルのイピリムマブDPおよびニボルマブDPを、50kDaの分子量カットオフで遠心式フィルターユニットを使用し、それらの元々のDP緩衝液製剤から、pH6.0で20mM クエン酸および50mM NaClを含む緩衝液製剤(プロトタイプA)への緩衝液交換に付した。プロトタイプB~Dを、表6に示す仕様に到達するように同じ方法で調製した。プロトタイプAは、pH6.0で7.5mg/mL イピリムマブ、7.5mg/mL ニボルマブ、20mMクエン酸、50mM NaCl、3.0%w/v マンニトール、100μM ペンテト酸(DTPA)および0.02%PS80を含んだ。プロトタイプAは、プロトタイプAが00μM ペンテト酸を有し、ニボルマブDPが20μM ペンテト酸を有する以外、ニボルマブDPと同一であった。プロトタイプBは、pH6.5で、7.5mg/mL イピリムマブ、7.5mg/mL ニボルマブ、20mMクエン酸、50mM NaCl、3.0%w/v マンニトール、100μM ペンテト酸(DTPA)および0.02%PS80を含んだ。プロトタイプCは、pH6.5で、7.5mg/mL イピリムマブ、7.5mg/mL ニボルマブ、20mMクエン酸、100mM NaCl、1.0%w/v マンニトール、100μM ペンテト酸(DTPA)および0.02%PS80を含んだ。プロトタイプDは、pH6.0で、7.5mg/mL イピリムマブ、7.5mg/mL ニボルマブ、20mMクエン酸、50mM NaCl、6%w/v スクロース、100μM ペンテト酸(DTPA)および0.02%PS80を含んだ。
*註:プロトタイプAは、ペンテト酸(DTPA)濃度がイピリムマブDP製剤と同一である以外、ニボルマブDP製剤に類似する(図1参照)。
SECを、1ヶ月間、40℃で保存後、ニボルマブDP対照、イピリムマブDP対照およびニボルマブ-DPベースのFDRC(1:1)プロトタイプA、B、CおよびDで実施した(図8)。1ヶ月間、40℃で保存後、ニボルマブおよびイピリムマブ対照製剤のHMWピークサイズはそれぞれ約0.38%および0.02%増加した(図8)。1ヶ月間、40℃で保存後、FDRCプロトタイプ製剤のHMWピークサイズは約0.36%増加した(図8)。1ヶ月間、40℃で保存後、FDRCプロトタイプB製剤のHMWピークサイズは約0.41%増加した(図8)。1ヶ月間、40℃で保存後、FDRCプロトタイプC製剤のHMWピークサイズは約0.37%増加した(図8)。1ヶ月間、40℃で保存後、FDRCプロトタイプD製剤のHMWピークサイズは約0.24%増加した(図8)。ニボルマブ対照製剤およびFDRCプロトタイプAおよびB製剤は、各々3%w/v マンニトールを含み、一方イピリムマブ対照製剤およびFDRCプロトタイプC製剤は1%マンニトールを有し、FDRCプロトタイプD製剤はマンニトールを有さなかった(表6参照)。
cIEFを、3ヶ月間、25℃で保存後、ニボルマブDP対照、イピリムマブDP対照およびニボルマブ-DPベースのFDRC(1:1)プロトタイプA、B、CおよびD製剤で実施した(図9)。3ヶ月間、25℃で保存後、ニボルマブ対照酸性ピークサイズは約7.5%増加し、イピリムマブ対照酸性ピークサイズは約8.8%増加した(図9)。3ヶ月間、25℃で保存後、FDRCプロトタイプ製剤のニボルマブおよびイピリムマブ酸性ピークサイズは約9.4%増加した(図9)。3ヶ月間、25℃で保存後、FDRCプロトタイプB製剤のニボルマブおよびイピリムマブ酸性ピークサイズは、それぞれ約8.2%および13.8%増加した(図9)。3ヶ月間、25℃で保存後、FDRCプロトタイプC製剤のニボルマブおよびイピリムマブ酸性ピークサイズは、それぞれ約8.7%および10.2%増加した(図9)。3ヶ月間、25℃で保存後、FDRCプロトタイプD製剤のニボルマブおよびイピリムマブ酸性ピークサイズは、それぞれ約10.1%および9%増加した(図9)。各々100mM NaClを有するイピリムマブ対照製剤およびFDRCプロトタイプC製剤と、各々50mM NaClを有するニボルマブ対照製剤およびFDRCプロトタイプA、BおよびD製剤を比較することにより、酸性ピーク変化に対するNaClの影響を観察できた(図9;表6)。
ニボルマブおよびイピリムマブの用量比固定組み合わせ(FDRC)医薬製剤を1:3比で開発した。イピリムマブ/ニボルマブFDRCを、イピリムマブおよびニボルマブの市販品から製造した。図1参照。イピリムマブ医薬物質は、pH7.0で20mM トリス塩酸、100mM 塩化ナトリウム、1.0%(w/v)マンニトール、100μM ペンテト酸、0.01%(w/v) ポリソルベート80中に5mg/mL イピリムマブを含む水溶液である。ニボルマブ医薬物質は、pH6.0で20mM クエン酸ナトリウム、50mM 塩化ナトリウム、3.0%(w/v)マンニトール、20μM ペンテト酸、0.04%(w/v) ポリソルベート80中に20mg/mL ニボルマブを含む水溶液である。イピリムマブ医薬物質およびニボルマブ医薬物質いずれも2℃~8℃で保存する。

2 イピリムマブおよびニボルマブDS製造中、塩酸および水酸化ナトリウムの希釈溶液をpH調整のために使用してよい。溶液pHは、DP製造中調整しない
FDRCの凝集(HMW種)および断片化(LMW種)の程度を、SE-HPLCで試験した。イピリムマブのHMW種、単量体およびLMW種を、それぞれニボルマブのHMW種、単量体およびLMW種と共溶出させる。表8に示す結果は、イピリムマブおよびニボルマブの混合単量体、混合HMW種および混合LMW種の面積パーセントとして記載する。混合HMW種のレベルは、試験当初は0.5%であり、5℃および25℃で6ヶ月間の保存の間本質的に未変化のままであり(0.5%~0.6%範囲)、40℃で3ヶ月間の間に1.0%に増加した。混合LMW種のレベルは、試験当初は0.1%であり、5℃で6ヶ月間の保存の間本質的に未変化のままであり(0.1%~0.2%範囲)、25℃で6ヶ月間の間に1.0%に増加し、40℃で3ヶ月間の保存の間に2.4%に増加した。

FDRCの電荷バリアントプロファイルを、iCIEF分析により決定した。イピリムマブおよびニボルマブピークをクロマトグラフィープロファイルで分ける。イピリムマブの酸性ピーク面積、主ピーク面積および塩基性ピーク面積の相対量を表12に提供し、ニボルマブの酸性ピーク面積、主ピーク面積および塩基性ピーク面積の相対量を表13に提供する。イピリムマブおよびニボルマブ両者の酸性、主および塩基性ピーク面積は、5℃で6ヶ月間の保存を通して本質的に未変化のままであった。電荷プロファイルの変化は、イピリムマブおよびニボルマブ両者について25℃および40℃で観察された。分解は、40℃で極めて短期間内に顕著であり、それゆえに、比較に使用せず、DP安定性の評価には挑戦的すぎると見なした。
5℃および25℃で最大6ヶ月間保存されたサンプルを、光遮蔽式粒子計数法(HIAC)を使用して試験して、FDRC DPにおけるサイズに従い、粒子のサイズおよび数を決定した。表16に示すとおり、≧2ミクロン、≧5ミクロン、≧10ミクロンおよび≧25ミクロンの粒子状物質値は不定であったが、充分にUSP<787>に概説されている承認基準内であった。
ELISAアッセイを、イピリムマブのヒトCTLA-4受容体への特異的結合およびニボルマブのヒトPD-1受容体への特異的結合の試験に利用した。FDRCサンプルにおけるイピリムマブおよびニボルマブの結合活性を、それぞれイピリムマブおよびニボルマブ対照標品に対して計算した。25℃で2ヶ月間の保存を通したFDRCサンプルの結合活性は、提唱される承認基準内であった(70%~130%)(表17)。
脱アミドおよび酸化を測定するために、トリプシンペプチドマッピングアッセイを実施した。サンプルを還元し、アルキル化し、トリプシンで消化した。トリプシンペプチドをC-18カラムで分離し、215nmおよび280nmでUV検出器で、続いて質量分析計(LTQ-Orbitrap-Elite)で測定した。相対的定量化を、選択したイオンクロマトグラムにおける未変化ペプチドと修飾ペプチドのピーク面積の比較により達成した。本アッセイの結果を表18および19に示す。

- 組成物を静脈内投与する、請求項92または93に記載の方法。
- 組成物を投与前に希釈する、請求項88~94の何れかに記載の方法。
- 組成物を均一用量で投与する、請求項84~95の何れかに記載の方法。
- 単一用量で患者に投与する第一抗体の量および第二抗体の量が、それぞれ、X量およびY量と同一である、請求項96に記載の方法。
- 組成物を体重に基づく用量で投与する、請求項88~95の何れかに記載の方法。
- 患者に投与する第一抗体の量が少なくとも約0.5mg/kg、約1mg/kg、約1.5mg/kg、約2mg/kg、約3mg/kgまたは約5mg/kgである、請求項98に記載の方法。
- 患者に投与される第一抗体のX量が少なくとも約1mg/kgである、請求項98に記載の方法。
- 組成物を少なくともほぼ毎週、少なくともほぼ週に2回、少なくともほぼ2週毎、少なくともほぼ3週毎または少なくともほぼ毎月投与する、請求項88~100の何れかに記載の方法。
- 投与が、少なくとも約8週間、少なくとも約12週間、少なくとも約3ヶ月間、少なくとも約6ヶ月間、少なくとも約9ヶ月間、少なくとも約1年間、少なくとも約18ヶ月間、少なくとも約2年間または2年間を超えて続く、請求項88~101の何れかに記載の方法。
