Description
本出願は、特許協力条約の下で出願される、2018年6月14日に出願された米国特許仮出願第62/685,133号の利益を主張し、すべての目的のために参照によりその全体が本明細書に組み込まれる。
本開示の分野
本明細書で使用する場合、用語「コポリマー」は、2つのタイプのアルファ−オレフィンモノマー単位を含むポリオレフィンを指す。これは、2つのホモポリマーのアロイを指さない。

Claims (20)
- 以下を含む発泡体組成物:
以下を有する、結晶性ランダムコポリマーを含む反応器製ポリオレフィン組成物:
a) 以下を含む群から選択される、第1のプロピレンベースのコポリマーもしくはターポリマー:
i) エチレンの含量が1〜7wt%の間である、プロピレンとエチレンのコポリマー、
ii) アルファ−オレフィンの含量が2〜14wt%の間である、プロピレンと少なくとも1種のC4〜C8アルファ−オレフィンのコポリマー、
iii) エチレンの含量が0.5〜4.5wt%の間であり、アルファ−オレフィンの含量が2〜6wt%の間である、プロピレン、エチレンおよび少なくとも1種のC4〜C8アルファ−オレフィンのターポリマーであって、前記エチレンと前記少なくとも1種のアルファ−オレフィンの総含量が6.5wt%以下である、ターポリマー、ならびに/または
b) 以下を含む群から選択される、第2のプロピレンベースのコポリマーもしくはターポリマー:
i) アルファ−オレフィンの含量が8〜30wt%の間である、プロピレンと少なくとも1種のC4〜C8アルファ−オレフィンのコポリマー、
ii) エチレンの含量が1〜7wt%の間であり、アルファ−オレフィンの含量が6〜8wt%の間である、プロピレン、エチレンおよび少なくとも1種のC4〜C8アルファ−オレフィンのターポリマーであって、前記エチレンと前記少なくとも1種のアルファ−オレフィンの総含量が6.5wt%以下である、ターポリマー
(ここで、前記第1のプロピレンベースのコポリマーは0〜80wt%で存在し、前記第2のプロピレンベースは20〜100wt%で存在する)。 - 前記結晶性ランダムコポリマーが2〜15g/10分の間のメルトフローレート(ASTM D 1238)を有する、請求項1に記載の発泡体組成物。
- 前記反応器製ポリオレフィン組成物が、少なくとも1種の物理発泡剤(PBA)または少なくとも1種の化学起泡剤(CFA)を使用して発泡される、請求項1に記載の発泡体組成物。
- 前記反応器製ポリオレフィン組成物が、少なくとも1種の核形成剤を含むマスターバッチと組み合わされる、請求項3に記載の発泡体組成物。
- 前記物理発泡剤が、高加圧CO2、N2、空気、プロパン、イソブタン、ブタン、CFC誘導体、アルゴン、またはこれらの組み合わせを含む群から選択される、請求項4に記載の発泡体組成物。
- 前記化学起泡剤が少なくとも1種の核形成剤と同じマスターバッチ中にある、または少なくとも1種の核形成剤として異なるマスターバッチ中にある、請求項4に記載の発泡体組成物。
- 発泡体組成物中のマスターバッチの総量が前記反応器製ポリオレフィン組成物の5wt%以下である、請求項6に記載の発泡体組成物。
- 前記化学起泡剤が吸熱性または発熱性である、請求項3に記載の発泡体組成物。
- 前記化学起泡剤が核形成剤として作用する、請求項3に記載の発泡体組成物。
- 請求項1に記載の反応器製ポリオレフィン組成物を含む、物品。
- シート、ストランド、チューブまたは容器である、請求項10に記載の物品。
- 以下を含む発泡体組成物:
以下を有する、結晶性プロピレン/エチレンランダムコポリマーを含む反応器製ポリオレフィン組成物:
a) 約4.5wt%〜約8wt%のエチレン、および;
b) 約92wt%〜約95.5wt%のプロピレン
(ここで、前記結晶性プロピレン/エチレンランダムコポリマーが0.3〜15g/10分の間のメルトフローレート(ASTM D 1238)を有する)。 - 前記反応器製ポリオレフィン組成物が、少なくとも1種の物理発泡剤(PBA)または少なくとも1種の化学起泡剤(CFA)を使用して発泡される、請求項12に記載の発泡体組成物。
- 前記発泡反応器製熱可塑性ポリオレフィン組成物が、少なくとも1種の核形成剤を含むマスターバッチと組み合わされる、請求項13に記載の発泡体組成物。
- 前記物理発泡剤が、高加圧CO2、N2、空気、プロパン、イソブタン、ブタン、CFC誘導体、アルゴン、またはこれらの組み合わせを含む群から選択される、請求項14に記載の発泡体組成物。
- 前記化学起泡剤が少なくとも1種の核形成剤と同じマスターバッチ中にある、または少なくとも1種の核形成剤として異なるマスターバッチ中にある、請求項14に記載の発泡体組成物。
- 発泡体組成物中のマスターバッチの総量が前記反応器製ポリオレフィン組成物の5wt%以下である、請求項16に記載の発泡体組成物。
- 前記化学起泡剤が吸熱性または発熱性である、請求項13に記載の発泡体組成物。
- 前記化学起泡剤が核形成剤として作用する、請求項13に記載の発泡体組成物。
- 請求項12に記載の反応器製ポリオレフィン組成物を含む、物品。
