Abstract
Se describen poliolefinas termoplásticas de reactor (rTPO) espumosas y artículos realizados a partir de las mismas. Las composiciones tienen una rTPO combinado con un agente espumante. El agente espumante puede ser un agente de soplado físico y/o un agente espumante químico y puede incluir agentes de nucleación opcionales. Algunas composiciones usan una mezcla maestra que tiene uno o más agentes espumantes químicos para hacer espuma las rTPO. Las rTPO tienen un gran intervalo de velocidad de flujo en estado fundido y de módulo de flexión que se traducen en un amplio espectro de posibles aplicaciones y arquitecturas espumosas. Esto permite que la combinación de rTPO y agentes espumantes se ajuste para una aplicación espumante seleccionada.
