Description

本発明は、２０１７年１２月２０日に出願したオーストラリア仮特許出願第２０１７９０５０８３号による優先権を主張し、それに言及することでその内容全体がここに包含されている。
本発明は、概して、ざ瘡（にきびなどの皮膚病）や皮膚炎症などの様な皮膚症状に関して、経口治療プロセスの一部として、自然成分を用いた皮膚の健康を増進するためのサプリメント（栄養補助食品）及び薬用組成物、及びそのようなサプリメントを調製するための方法に関する。
西洋文明においては、ざ瘡及び他の皮膚に関する症状の治療は、皮膚の浄化や、毛穴の詰まりを取り除くことに目標を絞った局所性クリームやゲルなどの薬学的治療が焦点となっている。そのような治療が失敗することで、局所性治療と、詰まった毛穴の周りに炎症を引き起こす細菌を殺すために作用する経口抗生物質とを組み合わせることが多く行われてきた。
典型的には、このような治療は、ホルモンレベルの変化と油の生成増加で皮膚の問題を経験しているであろう、１０代の若者の軽度の皮膚の炎症、及び症状の治療にほどよく成功している。しかしながら、そのような治療には副作用があり、そのような２段階の治療は患者全てに成功するわけではない。したがって、ざ瘡や皮膚の炎症のより重篤な症例に苦しんでいる人にとっては、炎症を軽減しざ瘡を引き起こす細菌を攻撃するためのレーザーまたは光線治療を組み込んだ良好な治療方法を探すことに大きなフラストレーションがあると思われる。このような治療は、成功の度合いが定まらず、他方時間が掛かり高価であろう。
東洋文明においては、自然産品や強壮剤を利用して様々な健康状態に対処するための歴史的アプローチがあった。天然の動植物を含む伝統的な漢方の薬用材料が、皮膚の症状を含む様々な症状に対処するためのサプリメントの形態で長く使用され、継続的な成功を収めてきた。しかし、このような原材料を加工し、使用のために調製する方法について、西洋文明はそのような治療の取り込みを長期間妨げてきた。したがって、簡単な公式（formula）と、使用のために組成物を調製する便利な方法を用いて伝統的な漢方のサプリメント組成物を提供する必要性がある。

第１の態様の実施形態においては、サプリメントは、比率で、それぞれ０−３．８％間のショウガ（Zingiber officinale）とウラルカンゾウ（Glycyrrhiza uralensis）及び０−５．７％のシラネセンキュウ（Angelica polymorpha）をも含む。
別の態様によると、比率で、それぞれ約３．８−７．６％の桃仁（Prunus persica）、ベニバナ（Carthamus tinctorius）、ビャクシ（Angelica dahurica）、ソウカク（Gleditsia sinensis）、紫花地丁（Viola yedoensis）、牡丹皮（Paeonia suffruticosa）及びクチナシ（gardenia jasminoides）；それぞれ約５．７−７．６％の白花蛇舌草（Oldenlandia diffusa）と黄金花（Scutellaria baicalensis）；約３．８−５．７％の丹参（タンジン）（Salvia miltiorrhiza）；約２．５−５．７％の黄柏（オウバク）（Phellodendron amurense）；約２．５−７．６％のリンドウ（Gentiana scabra）；及びそれぞれ約０−７．６％のモウコタンポポ（Taraxacum mongolicum）とスイカズラ（Lonicera japonica）を含む、純正皮膚サプリメントが提供される。
さらに別の態様によれば、皮膚炎症に苦しむ患者に純正皮膚サプリメントを一日量で投与する経口投与を含む、皮膚炎症症状を治療する方法が提供され、前記一日量は約７５０ｍｇのサプリメントの錠剤で投与され、錠剤は、重量で、それぞれ２−３％の桃仁（Prunus persica）、ベニバナ（Carthamus tinctorius）、丹参（タンジン）（Salvia miltiorrhiza）、牡丹皮（Paeonia suffruticosa）、リンドウ（Gentiana scabra）及び黄金花（Scutellaria baicalensis）；それぞれ４−５％の白花蛇舌草（Oldenlandia diffusa）、薬草（Herba）、ビャクシ（Angelica dahurica）、ソウカク（Gleditsia sinensis）、棘 （Spina）、紫花地丁（Viola yedoensis）、薬草（Herba）、モウコタンポポ（Taraxacum mongolicum）、薬草（Herba）、スイカズラ（Lonicera japonica）；２．３−３．５％の黄柏（オウバク）（Phellodendron amurense）；及び１．５−２．５％のクチナシ（gardenia jasminoides）を含んでいる。
この態様の実施形態において、サプリメント組成物は、重量で、それぞれ０−２％のショウガ（Zingiber officinale）、シラネセンキュウ（Angelica polymorpha）及びウラルカンゾウ（Glycyrrhiza uralensis）を含んでもよい。
別の態様によれば、重量で、それぞれおよそ２−３％の桃仁（Prunus persica）、ベニバナ（Carthamus tinctorius）、丹参（タンジン）（Salvia miltiorrhiza）、牡丹皮（Paeonia suffruticosa）、リンドウ（Gentiana scabra）及び黄金花（Scutellaria baicalensis）；それぞれ４−５％の白花蛇舌草（Oldenlandia diffusa）、薬草（Herba）、ビャクシ（Angelica dahurica）、ソウカク（Gleditsia sinensis）、棘（Spina）、紫花地丁（Viola yedoensis）、薬草（Herba）、モウコタンポポ（Taraxacum mongolicum）、薬草（Herba）、スイカズラ（Lonicera japonica）；２．３−３．５％の黄柏（オウバク）（Phellodendron amurense）；及び１．５−２．５％のクチナシ（gardenia jasminoides）、を含むサプリメント組成物が開示される。
本発明は、好ましい実施形態を参照して以下で更に詳細に説明する。
好ましい形態において、本発明の純正皮膚サプリメントは、ざ瘡などの皮膚炎症症状を有する個人が経口摂取するための錠剤またはカプセルの形体で提供される。しかしながら、錠剤は場合によってはコーティングされていなくともよく、内含する活性成分の受け渡しと摂取を制御するために、錠剤に腸溶性コーティングのようなコーティングを施してもよい。しかし代替態様において、本発明は、そのような炎症に対処するため経口摂取するか或いは炎症を感じる皮膚の表面に局所的に適用できるように、粉末状か生の形態の成分を提供する。
本発明の主成分は、下記表１に、成分が採取される植物の部分と共に挙げられている。
上記の各成分は、漢方薬に従って様々な特性を有し、皮膚に関連する様々な症状に対処する。例えば、桃仁（Prunus persica）、ベニバナ（Carthamus tinctorius）及び丹参（タンジン）（Salvia miltiorrhiza）は、血液循環を増加させ、血液停滞を治療することが知られている。白花蛇舌草（Hedyotis diffusa）は、紫花地丁（Viola yedoensis）、モウコタンポポ（Taraxacum Mongolicum）、スイカズラ（Lonicera japonica）、黄柏（オウバク）（Phellodendron amurense）、牡丹皮（Paeonia suffruticosa）及びクチナシフロリダ（Gardenia Florida）と同様に、熱と毒性レベルを下げ、血液停滞を打破するのに有用であることも知られている。ビャクシ（Angelica dahurica）及びソウカク（Gleditsia sinensis）は、皮膚の腫れや膿瘍を小さくするのに使用されることも知られている。
ショウガ（Zingiber officinale）、シラネセンキュウ（Angelica polymorpha）、及びウラルカンゾウ（Glycyrrhiza uralensis）はそれぞれ二次成分であり、他の成分と協力してそれらの有効性を高める能力で知られている。
スイカズラ（Lonicera japonica）については、この成分は、その可用性に応じて黄連（Rhizoma Coptidis）又はクララ（眩草）（Sophora Flavescens）などのより容易に入手可能な成分に置き換えることができる。
この実施例では、成分を錠剤の形態で結合する賦形剤または担体としてジャガイモのデンプンを使用する。

錠剤を調製するために、上記の各原材料は抽出器に積み込まれ、組み合わせた原材料の重量の最大１０倍まで水が添加される。原材料混合物を構成する材料の割合を表３に示す。その後、混合物をｌ００℃で沸騰させる前に１時間浸漬可能である。この混合物はこの温度で約１時間保持され、その後液体は専用の貯蔵タンクに抽出され、かつ抽出器には上記の体積に応じて水が補充され、かつ抽出プロセス（工程）が繰り返される。

抽出された液体は、次に濃縮器に供給され、ここで液体は、含水有量が約３５−６０％に減少してペーストの粘着性を持つまで、４０−６０％で２時間維持される。この濃縮されたペーストはその後冷蔵される。
担体は、この実施形態では、次いで、ジャガイモのデンプンを造粒器に添加し、濃縮されたペーストを、温度が約５５−６５℃に設定された造粒器中に散布する。品質管理目的のために、このプロセスで製造された顆粒に対して、分析を行うことができ、その後、顆粒はステアリン酸マグネシウム（magnesium stearate）などのさらなる賦形剤と混合され、次いで錠剤が形成される。錠剤は、その後、配布のために瓶に詰められる。
本発明の成分の組成物は、ざ瘡が主に熱、血液停滞、皮膚の毒性および炎症によって引き起こされるという知見に基づいて決定される。上記参照した一次成分は、炎症を軽減し、循環と血流を増やし、毒素の蓄積を回避する健康皮膚温度を維持するための各課題に対処するよう選択される。
本発明の錠剤は、専門家による初診の後でのみ患者に推奨することができる。場合によっては、診察中に特定された特定の課題に対処するために、成分の割合を増やす必要があり得る。しかしながら、初診なしに小売店等で錠剤を提供することも想定し得る。
本明細書及び特許請求の範囲を通じて、用語「含む」及びその派生物は、それに反する内容が明示されているか、または文脈から他の解釈を必要としない限り、排他的な意味ではなく包括的な意味であることを意図している。つまり、「含む」という語とその派生物は、それに反する内容が明示されているか、または文脈から他の解釈を必要としない限り、直接参照する要素、工程（ステップ）または特徴だけではなく、特に記載されていない他の要素、工程または特徴を示すものである。
当業者は、本明細書に記載された発明の方法に対して、その本質および範囲から逸脱することなく多くの改変及び変更が可能であることを理解するであろう。

Claims (4)

  1. 比率で、それぞれ約３．８−７．６％の桃仁（Primus persica）、ベニバナ（Carthamus tinctorius）、ビャクシ（Angelica dahurica）、ソウカク（Gleditsia sinensis）、紫花地丁（Viola yedoensis）、牡丹皮（Paeonia suffruticosa）及びクチナシ（gardenia jasminoides）；それぞれ約５．７−７．６％の白花蛇舌草（Oldenlandia diffusa）と黄金花（Scutellaria baicalensis）；約３．８−５．７％の丹参（タンジン）（Salvia miltiorrhiza）；約２．５−５．７％の黄柏（オウバク）（Phellodendron amurense）；約２．５−７．６％のリンドウ（Gentiana scabra）；及び、それぞれ約０−７．６％のモウコタンポポ（Taraxacum mongolicum）と、スイカズラ／黄連／クララ（Lonicera japonica／Rhizoma Coptidas／Sophora flavescens）の任意の一つ、を含み、約３０００−９０００ｍｇ間の経口投与用量の漢方薬の薬用組成物を含む、ざ瘡のための純正皮膚サプリメント／薬用成分。
  2. 漢方薬の薬用組成物は、比率で、それぞれ０−３．８％間のショウガ（Zingiber officinale）とウラルカンゾウ（Glycyrrhiza uralensis）及び０−５．７％のシラネセンキュウ（Angelica polymorpha）をも含む請求項１に記載されたサプリメント。
  3. 錠剤の形態で提供されかつ錠剤はユーザーによって摂取される、請求項１又は２に記載されたサプリメントを投与する方法。
  4. 抽出器に原材料を積み込み；
    抽出器に組み合わせた原材料の重量の最大１０倍まで水を添加し；
    抽出器内の原材料と水の混合物を混合し；
    混合物を所定期間浸漬し；
    約１００℃の温度で混合物を沸騰させ、混合物を約１００℃の温度で約１時間保持し；
    残留液体を専用の貯蔵タンクに抽出し；
    抽出器に組み合わせた原材料の重量の１０倍まで水を再補充し、混合、浸漬、沸騰、抽出工程を繰り返し；
    抽出された液体を濃縮器に供給し、そこで含水有量が約３５−６０％に減少しかつ液体がペーストの粘着性を持つまで、約２時間液体を４０−６０℃に維持し；
    濃縮器からペーストを取り出しかつペーストを冷蔵し；造粒器に担体を添加し；約５５−６５℃の温度で濃縮されたペーストを造粒器に散布して顆粒を形成し；かつ
    顆粒を更に賦形剤と混合して錠剤を形成する、
    請求項１及び２に記載されたサプリメントを形成する方法を含む、ざ瘡を治療するための純正皮膚サプリメント／薬用成分を形成する方法。
