Claims (11)
- プラスチック射出成形を行うための変圧射出型において、
発泡成形空間を有する金型本体と、
対応的に前記発泡成形空間から露出するように前記金型本体に設けられ、前記発泡成形空間に連通する複数の変圧空隙が設けられる変圧排気層と、
を備えることを特徴とする変圧射出型。 - 前記変圧排気層における前記複数の変圧空隙の寸法は、100マイクロメートル〜300マイクロメートルであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の変圧射出型。
- 前記金型本体内に少なくとも1つの冷却管が埋設されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の変圧射出型。
- 前記複数の変圧空隙は、非等間隔で網目状に分布することを特徴とする請求項2に記載の変圧射出型。
- 前記複数の変圧空隙は、等間隔で平行に配列されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の変圧射出型。
- 前記金型本体は、射出靴型システムの靴素材に対応する側方に取り付けられることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の変圧射出型。
- 前記金型本体は、
ベースと、
前記ベースの裏側に設けられる中実層と、
を含み、
前記変圧排気層は、前記中実層の裏側に設けられることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の変圧射出型。 - 前記複数の変圧空隙に対応して複数の微小ボスが一体成形される表面を含み、前記複数の微小ボスの直径の寸法は、100マイクロメートル〜300マイクロメートルであることを特徴とする請求項1の変圧射出型により製造された射出靴素材。
- 前記複数の微小ボスは、柱状、円錐状又はブロック状となることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の射出靴素材。
- 発泡材料を射出する射出工程と、
前記発泡材料を入れた後で前記変圧射出型を閉鎖し、また前記変圧射出型内の元々のガスを前記複数の変圧空隙に押圧して引き込んで、自動的に変化させて内圧のバランスを取る発泡前変圧工程と、
前記発泡材料を安定した内圧で加熱して前記微小ボスを有する前記射出靴素材を発泡成形する成形工程と、
を備えることを特徴とする請求項8の微小ボスを有する射出靴素材の製造方法。 - 前記成形工程は、前記発泡材料が発泡膨張する場合、前記変圧射出型内の前記ガスを前記複数の変圧空隙に押圧して引き込むことで、また内圧のバランスを取ることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の製造方法。
