Abstract
Description
本発明は、非水系溶媒及びリチウム塩を含むリチウム−硫黄電池用電解質溶液であって、
前記リチウム塩は、ドナー数(donor number)が15kcal/mol以上であるアニオンを含むリチウム−硫黄電池用電解質溶液を提供する。
前記正極と負極との間に介在される分離膜;及び
前記正極、負極及び分離膜に含浸され、イオン伝導性を有する電解質溶液;を含み、
前記電解質溶液は、前記本発明のリチウム−硫黄電池用電解質溶液であることを特徴とするリチウム−硫黄電池を提供する。
本発明は、非水系溶媒及びリチウム塩を含むリチウム−硫黄電池用電解質溶液であって、
前記リチウム塩は、ドナー数(donor number、DN)が15kcal/mol以上であるアニオンを含むリチウム−硫黄電池用電解質溶液に関する。
また、本発明は、互いに対向配置される正極及び負極;前記正極と負極との間に介在される分離膜;前記正極、負極及び分離膜に含浸され、イオン伝導性を有する電解質溶液;を含み、前記電解質溶液は、前記本発明のリチウム−硫黄電池用電解質溶液であるリチウム金属電池に関する。
実施例1
1.0Mの濃度となるように1,3−ジオキソランと1,2−ジメトキシエタン(DOL:DME=1:1(体積比))からなる有機溶媒にLiCF3SO3(LiTf、TfのDN=16.9kcal/mol)を溶解させ、電解質溶液を製造した。
リチウム塩として、LiBr(BrのDN=33.7kcal/mol)を用いたことを除いては、前記実施例1と同様の方法でコイン形の電池を製造した。
リチウム塩として、LiTFSI(TFSIのDN=5.4kcal/mol)を用いたことを除いては、前記実施例1と同様の方法でコイン形の電池を製造した。
(1)定電流駆動プロファイルの測定
前記実施例1、実施例2及び比較例1で製造した電池の充放電速度を0.335mA/cm2(0.2C)に固定し、作動電圧を1.8V〜2.7Vに設定して電池の定電流駆動プロファイルを測定した(図1)。
前記実施例1、実施例2及び比較例1で製造した電池の充放電速度を0.335mA/cm2(0.2C)に固定し、作動電圧を1.8V〜2.7Vに設定して80cycleを進めて電池の寿命特性を測定した(図2)。
放電が完了した実施例1、実施例2及び比較例1の電池の電極を走査電子顕微鏡で観察した(図3〜5)。
前記実施例1、実施例2及び比較例1の電池の電極を同じ容量だけ放電したとき、電極の表面をXPSを用いて測定した(図6)。
前記実施例1、実施例2及び比較例1の電池を時間−電流法(Chronoamperometry)を利用して、リチウムスルフィドの成長速度を測定した。

Claims (7)
- 非水系溶媒及びリチウム塩を含むリチウム−硫黄電池用電解質溶液であって、
前記リチウム塩は、ドナー数(donor number)が15kcal/mol以上であるアニオンを含むリチウム−硫黄電池用電解質溶液。 - 前記リチウム塩は、LiBr、LiCF3SO3、LiNO3、LiOAc、LiCl、LiSCN、LiI及びLiCNからなる群より選択される1種以上を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のリチウム−硫黄電池用電解質溶液。
- 前記リチウム塩は、0.1〜8Mの濃度で含まれることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載のリチウム−硫黄電池用電解質溶液。
- 前記非水系溶媒はエーテル系溶媒であり、線状エーテル及び環状エーテルからなる群より選択される1種以上を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載のリチウム−硫黄電池用電解質溶液。
- 前記線状エーテルは、ジメチルエーテル、ジエチルエーテル、ジプロピルエーテル、ジブチルエーテル、ジイソブチルエーテル、エチルメチルエーテル、エチルプロピルエーテル、エチルtert−ブチルエーテル、ジメトキシメタン、トリメトキシメタン、ジメトキシエタン、ジエトキシエタン、ジメトキシプロパン、ジエチレングリコールジメチルエーテル、ジエチレングリコールジエチルエーテル、トリエチレングリコールジメチルエーテル、テトラエチレングリコールジメチルエーテル、エチレングリコールジビニルエーテル、ジエチレングリコールジビニルエーテル、トリエチレングリコールジビニルエーテル、ジプロピレングリコールジメチルエーテル、ブチレングリコールエーテル、ジエチレングリコールエチルメチルエーテル、ジエチレングリコールイソプロピルメチルエーテル、ジエチレングリコールブチルメチルエーテル、ジエチレングリコールtert−ブチルエチルエーテル及びエチレングリコールエチルメチルエーテルからなる群より選択される1種以上を含むことを特徴とする、請求項4に記載のリチウム−硫黄電池用電解質溶液。
- 前記環状エーテルは、ジオキソラン、メチルジオキソラン、ジメチルジオキソラン、ビニルジオキソラン、メトキシジオキソラン、エチルメチルジオキソラン、オキサン、ジオキサン、トリオキサン、テトラヒドロフラン、メチルテトラヒドロフラン、ジメチルテトラヒドロフラン、ジメトキシテトラヒドロフラン、エトキシテトラヒドロフラン、ジヒドロピラン、テトラヒドロピラン、フラン、及びメチルフランからなる群より選択される1種以上を含むことを特徴とする、請求項4又は5に記載のリチウム−硫黄電池用電解質溶液。
- 互いに対向配置される正極及び負極;
前記正極と負極との間に介在される分離膜;及び
前記正極、負極及び分離膜に含浸され、イオン伝導性を有する電解質溶液;を含み、前記電解質溶液は、請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載のリチウム−硫黄電池用電解質溶液であることを特徴とする、リチウム−硫黄電池。
